If the parking lot/drive through had a better set up and configuration it would be 5 stars but it can get quite hectic on a busy morning being a shared lot with a gas station and gym. This is my usual Starbucks. After recent experiences,3 stars are too many, but 2 isn't enough. Since I'm loyal and can't split stars, I am hopeful they'll improve if I go with 3. This store on the way to work, but not necessarily the most reliable place. I can often count on friendly faces, and typical Starbucks-quality food and drinks. BUT. This store has a unique way of preparing their food that I've not witnessed in other stores. They seem to prep food, then keep it by the toasters/ warmers, etc. until they have several to put on the pick-up counter. I don't get why, but while they do this, food gets yucky, and people run late. I'll be ditching Starbucks for a while as this "stock-pile" food prep method has caused me to be late too many times. At least 6 employees but the drive thru closed. Didn't quite understand that. People like myself that order online for drive thru had to go inside to get the order. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice if the online process said inside pickup only. Not sure how closing the drive thru alleviated any work load. I came to Starbucks to use my gift card for a coffee and grab a bite to eat as well. The cashier was very nice and professional. She took my order with grace and elegance. I ordered a Cafe mocha and an impossible breakfast sandwich. My Cafe mocha was ready in a matter of minutes, but my impossible breakfast sandwich took about 15-20 minutes, which was unusual. The place was packed, like any Starbucks usually is, so I wasn't surprised that my order took longer than expected. The staff apologized for the delay in the impossible breakfast sandwich. It was fresh and tasted amazing! My coffee was hot and wonderful as it always is when I go to Starbucks. I can never go wrong with Starbucks, and it is always my go to place for coffee. read more

I rarely go to this Starbucks location but it was on my way to Mass Ave and I was trying to complete a bonus points challenge. My New Years Resolution was to give up Starbucks. So far - it's not going that well! I got in the long drive through line that moved Very Slowly. The car behind me bailed out. But of course eventually I got up to the window and got a cold brew drink ( to check off another bonus stars requirement) and used 50* to get a sweet treat (pumpkin bread - it's delicious). I frequent 3 stores on a regular basis. This store is not my regular but I go about 2x a month. The demeanor of the staff isn't as chipper as the other locations but they are also always slammed so not a big deal to me. Today I ordered the oatmeal and was disappointed the container was half full and there were no additional ingredients (nuts, dried fruit, etc). Every time I order from other locations (and this one previously) this is included or I'm asked if I want them. This time I was only asked if I wanted a stopper in my drink. An hour later when I was ready to eat, I discovered the missing additives. I called the store, explained everything I stated above and was told (mansplained) the other stores must just know my order and it was not a regular practice to either add or ask customers about their preference. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing but subtle blame on me or other stores. I've made the pledge to NEVER go to Starbucks again. Their coffee isn't organic, it's overpriced, they don't support their employees and they do support genocide by refusing to take a stance against the decimation of Ukraine or Palestine. This is one of many steps I'm taking to boycott companies that engage in anti-consumer practices. I've deleted my app and dusted off my hands, fully ready to embrace small businesses by purchasing from non-billionaires with ethics and decent customer service. read more

Quickest drive-thru ever! This Drive thru is always super speedy and they provide excellent service. Even if the lone is back to the gym, which shares a parking lot, you will be through the drive-thru in a jiffy! Today, I went inside and met a business colleague. We had a table, and could hear ourselves wonderfully. I had a grande, pike place which was delicious and provided immediately upon order. If you are planning meeting of the professional variety, arrive early. While today I did not have to wait for a table, I often have before because of the location in a professional area. read more

This location use to be a very good one. I would go here regularly and would have no problems with past employees. However, maybe it is the teenagers who need jobs now who suffer from communication skills due to COVID-19, but the employees here now are TERRIBLE. Worst service ever. I went today and they were talking back and catching a nasty attitude. They kept huffing and puffing, especially the lady with the headband. I don't know what happened to this location, but it definitely fell off so bad significantly. Over the last seven months, I have watched the staff, ignore, snap at, yell at, and disrespect customers. If the customer asks for something more, notes that they're being ignored, asks for an order to be corrected... the staff jumps back at them. Because that's the culture of the staff, it continues and increases. Most of us return because it's in our business park or near and so we have continued to overlook. But the disrespect is not ok. Unfortunately not a very good Starbucks for how convenient this location is for so many people. I always forgive the longer than normal wait time, but most of the time they skimp on the matcha I pay $5 for and give me a cup of warm milk where I then pour my own packet of matcha in to make it worth drinking. And secondly when I end up waiting an extra 10 minutes stuck in the drive-thru bc of 1 car's order ahead of me, I don't get any "sorry for your wait" or "this is on us" which I've gotten at other Starbucks. When I hear at least some compassion for the ridiculous wait at other locations, I am absolutely still happy with my order and proud to revisit that location in the future. Never seen that customer service at this Starbucks location unfortunately. It's very disappointing because they get so much business, they should have a 5-star rating. read more

I am in love with first watch. I go to the one in Westfield every weekend and have never had problems. We come to this one and after receiving our drinks i not iced mayonnaise all over the outside of mine. It was not a big deal, but then a couple seconds later my boyfriend found a BUG in his drink. A BUG. We left quickly and I called to let them know, but all they said was sorry. I'm sure whoever I spoke to will disregard the uncleanliness of this place. It gives me a bit of a relief to finally give a good rating to a Starbucks again. I came here to study and grab a cup of coffee and a bit of breakfast. The gentleman on register was super kind and welcoming. This is something many of the locations lack nowadays. I went to sit down and literally every table was taken except the corner comfy chairs...perfect. I will say that this Starbucks need to expand if they can or open another location nearby because this one seems to be so popular. And I was only there on a Wednesday! About an hour later I decided to be lazy and try out the mobile ordering on the Starbucks app to order a breakfast sandwich. (I didn't want to leave my purse in the corner with my MacBook out just to walk all the way around to the register especially when people were walking in and out so frequently and I also didn't want to lose my seat by packing up all my stuff.) Anyways, my sandwich is done and I walk up to where the orders come up (within eye view of my seat). My sammy ended up still being frozen in the middle which often happens if you don't leave them out to defrost in the early morning hours (I've worked at Starbucks before lol). They happily remade it. And my second one was also frozen in the middle but at that point I was tired of going up there and I really needed to study. Holy Macanoli!! This is easily the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen. It's small and the line is backed up to the door. The drive thru is 10 cars deep. There are 8 baristas with well differentiated task priorities who fill orders remarkably efficiently. Though there are easily 6-8 customers awaiting orders at the pick up counter for in store and on line orders, it is not a long wait. I'm impressed. The worst experience at a Starbucks I have ever had by far. Their order online system and online store hours said they were open, but they closed early due to a "glitch in the system". I knocked to try to say that we had a mobile online order and the employee practically yelled at me and said sorry we're closed. I said we had a mobile order and it was shrugged off and said we can contact mobile to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous, get your hours and staff right. While the drive through has always been really fast, the store employees have always seem cold and rude...by far the most unfriendly Starbucks staff I've had to joy of meeting. The blank stares or annoyed looks I've gotten anytime I've greeted them good morning or said thank you does not make me want to return, period. I get that it is a busy location and I truly wouldn't care about their lack of hospitality if the quality of my orders were okay..but I've gotten stale pastries, watery iced teas, and incorrect coffee orders there the handful of times I've visited.
