Recently met up with a friend to catch up and was surprised by both the size and business of this coffee place on a Friday morning. It was very spacious and clearly people come here to do work. I ended up getting green tea, which they gave to me in this cute little teapot. The service was just okay, not super friendly from what I recall which is the reason for this 4 star review.
After finding the spot on Yelp (thanks, ya'll), I drove all the way from downtown because I was curious to see the layout of the car showroom paired with a great coffee shop. I love Rivets other locations, so I knew I was in for a treat. It definitely didn't disappoint! This particular location is like their other coffee shops only on steroids with a full lunch menu and massive space with the variety of seating styles. I was so impressed with how busy the coffee shop was throughout our couple hour visit. I first started out working with a delightful coffee and then stayed on and ordered their quinoa chicken lunch dish that was healthy and delicious.I could definitely see myself driving out of my way to go here again. The only downfall is the gasoline smell that naturally comes with being attached to a garage.
The whole experience was great. Getting to see very expensive cars and get a coffee so fun! There is so much seating inside, coffee was good and well priced. We didn't get any food but saw it being brought out and looked so good! Will be going back.
Incredible supercar church barn where the sublime exotics meets supercharged espresso, I'm smitten still weeks later! My angry leprechaun didn't quite reach Rolls Royce standards of Indy area star craft like Coat Check, Commissary, Provider, or Rabble, however there's way too much eye candy, outdoor seating, and large inviting spaces to avoid Rivet. This is a must do for all Indiana tourism, fun times, family road trips, and serving all the sense.
What is a frog's favorite coffee shop? ......RIVET! Get it, like ribbit...ha ha ha. Rivet is much more than a coffee shop, it also has a full kitchen, a Ducati store and exotic car showroom all in one. Yup, kinda hard to believe until you see it yourself. We stopped by mid-morning on a Friday and the place was packed! There is a good amount of seating but most of it was full. I opted for my go-to, a plain cold brew. I was surprised to learn they roast their own beans, and the ones used in the cold brew was the owner's namesake -- Rahal. It was pretty good, bold yet wholesome flavor. After grabbing our coffee we wondered around the showroom and looked at some of the cars -- not every day can you get a $4 coffee while looking at a $250k+ Lamborghini Urus in the same place. Quite a neat experience!
This is a fun coffee/food spot tucked into an exotic car dealership that is a total surprise. You can enjoy the sounds of motorcycles being repaired as well as walk through a show room resembling something from a James Bond movie all the while sipping a delicious beverage. They have an open floor plan with plenty of seats both comfy and businesslike, as well as some outside seating for those wanting a bit quieter atmosphere. The vibe is electric and fun! The seasonal coffee beverages were plentiful and after a browse I had a baklava inspired latte. Yum! They also have baked goods and lunch/brunch items for those hungry for a snack or lunch. Loved the coffee and the scone and found the atmosphere to be inviting and yet also chill. Would definitely return and even plan to stay for a bit to try some food. A must try for those in the area or anyone wanting a new fun experience!
I came here during a trip for my partner's cousin's wedding on the outskirts of Indianapolis, looking for a quality coffee shop, and I was delighted by the craftsmanship of the drinks here! I must say I was a bit confused when it took us to what had looked like a car and motorcycle dealership, but saw the sign for the cafe along with some tables on the outsid,e which let u know we were in the right place. I ordered an Iced Latte Miel since I had never tried bee pollen in a latte before and was pleasantly surprised that the flavor mixed quite well with the cinnamon. Although it did take a bit of a while to be served to me, I would say it was worth the wait. The inside was absolutely amazing! I am in no way a car enthusiast, but I always appreciate a gallery when I see one. Definietely a nice coffee spot to bring someone who is into classic cars or maybe even take some nice pictures! Overall a nice little coffee spot for those looking for a quality drink :)
I can't call myself a coffee connoisseur, but as a car enthusiast I totally appreciate this place. Rivet is very spacious with seating both inside and outside, has lots of drinks to choose from, and all the staff was very nice. I got latte which tasted perfect, but it did take quite a bit of time until it arrived. Can't beat the view from the coffee shop with all the 911s and other sports cars though. All in all, it's a great place to hang out and there's a lot to do given there's a chophouse and a club nearby + motorcycle and car dealership. I do wish they were open on Sundays though.
The place was hopping with hardly an empty seat in the house. There is an automotive vibe throughout the complex, which is owned by Graham Rahal. People were meeting clients or friends in the upscale and airy Rivet coffee shop. Rivet Coffee is locally owned coffee shop by Allie Commons. This location in Zionsville is the third Rivet in the area. They serve breakfast or lunch off a trendy menu. You will find Pesto Frittatas, amazing waffles and Caesar Salads. The coffee is locally roasted. The service is friendly. You order at the coffee counter and then sit. A server will bring your order to your table. I had an Almond Orange Scone, which was downright delicious and a mango smoothie. The smoothie was creamy with bits of mango. It was hard to find parking as the lot was filled. There are a couple tables outside, about 20 tables inside and a coffee bar. The dining room is loudly filled with excited chatter. After you finish, you can wander next door and shop for a vintage Porsche or a high-end motorcycle. If you're into racing (or just like coffee), Rivet is a must visit.
Rivet is a stylish, airy coffee shop next to a dealership and a car shop, so it's definitely an interesting vibe! Peek through the windows at the front and in the back by the bathroom to check out the cars! The good news is that there is plenty of parking around. You order at the counter in the back corner of the coffee shop and then take your number to a table. It can be busy on the weekends and difficult to snag a spot! They have a great breakfast and lunch menu. The Sarah Lee Special is the winner for me. Sweet and salty perfection on some delicious brioche toast. The Egg-wich with pesto eggs was tasty but nothing special. The BLAT had so many greens on it that it was basically a salad on a little slice of bread, but it was still tasty! Our London Fogs were just fine. Can't wait to come back at try one of their waffles!
I love the coffee here! Such a cool spot to get some work done too. My go to drink has been the seasonal maple drink or a dirty chai. Both are great!
This is a busy coffee shop that is great for meetings and work from home days. It is spacious and has lots of seating. They serve coffee, tea, smoothies, breakfast, and sandwiches. I ordered the Angry Gourd Latte iced which consists of pumpkin and white mocha syrups, expresso, and milk. The latte was good but l expected more flavor since it had white mocha and pumpkin spice syrups.
Such a cool spot with a unique concept! They have cars and bikes on display and a modern cafe right in the middle. The interior is really beautiful and the whole vibe is fun to sit in. The baristas were super friendly and young. I had a vanilla latte and it was so good and the banana waffles came out warm and perfect. Now I get why this place is rated as one of the top cafes. I would definitely come back again. All ages and families welcome.
liege waffle -- 10/10 took me back to amsterdam fr!!! both options were so yummy but i preferred the one with strawberry and hazelnut drizzle. pistachio latte: 10/10 -- hit the spot! the flavor was light but sweet enough and i could certainly taste the pistachio. would definitely get again but i'd also love to try some of their seasonal flavors next time. yummy coffee and pretty cars? say less! this was an awesome wfh spot and i wish it was closer to me! the lighting was bright and they have outlets all around. good speedy wifi too! after work i walked around and looked at the cars (it was lowkey motivational LOL #getyourbreadup) also pictured is their creamy italian soda which my brother ordered but i didn't try it. read more
Enjoyed my visit to Rivet at Zionsville. Seemed like it was a hub for people in and around the area, as it was fairly busy on a weekday. The drinks menu was eclectic and reasonably priced. The food menu was more comprehensive than expected for a coffee shop. You can get specialty lattes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches. Even though it was busy, the space was large enough to not feel cramped. There was a variety of seating arrangements for coffee chats and remote work. It didn't feel like you were literally right next to someone else. As an added bonus, you can check out the Ducati bikes and Graham Rahal Performance showroom. If you are into cars and motorcycles you will definitely like this spot. If I am in the area again and needed to take a break, I know where I would be going. read more

I had an excellent latte there. They seemed to have worked out some of their kinks in terms of ordering and actually getting the order. I ordered a latte and a scone. I was handed the scone while ordering. I was a bit disappointed that they did even ask if I wanted it warmed up. I had a very short wait before my latte was brought over. It was hot and quite good. The scone was very dry. Although it was crowded there was still seating which I appreciated and it was fairly quiet. read more

This is a great place to get coffee and brunch! There's a huge selection of drinks including tea, coffee, lemonade, and so much more. I highly recommend trying one of their specialty or seasonal drinks such as horchata or baklavatte. They also have a great variety of savory and sweet entrees. Their waffles and hot-lox are a must try. There's a lot of seating and free parking outside. The best part is the coffee shop is attached to a Ducati motorcycle and supercar dealership! It was really cool to check out the motorcycle and cars after eating. I can't wait to go back! read more

Stopped in on a weekend morning for a coffee. I was so pleasantly surprised to the see the open space that is decorated wonderfully. It is kind of a win as it combines coffee, wonderful space and ambience for working, as well as some cars! My coffee was perfect and the service was exceptional. Definitely planning on trying my local Rivet Coffee again! read more

What a fun place!! I had the pleasure of meeting a friend here for coffee and an apple turnover one Saturday morning around 9:30am. It was definitely busy, but we were able to snag a table. The staff working were friendly, took our orders quickly, and brought our drinks out to us when they were ready. The cafe itself is brightly lit, clean, with warm wood tones and floor to ceiling windows. It's connected to a Ducati dealership and a car shop on the other side. I loved being able to connect over a beautiful and delicious latte and then take a stroll through the Ducati showroom. The drinks were perfectly sweet, balanced, and very fairly priced. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely stop by again. read more
I finally tried the Zionsville Rivet location! For those who are new to Rivet they have their flagship store in Westfield on the north side. And that store is super popular yet busy. Doesn't come as a surprise they opened their 2nd in Westfield library and 3rd in Zionsville. One step in and the ambience is so west like. I say that intentionally as the designer is from California. The customers are pretty stylish and the place is buzzing yet so spacious all the time. I ordered my Ethiopian black coffee and rivet known for their amazing coffee beans didn't disappoint. The Sarah Lee special was delicious with gluten free oat bread, eggs, creamy goat cheese and slightly tangy hot sauce which wasn't too spicy. I took my calls and met my good friend and had a great time! read more
Such a neat place! Offers PLENTY of space whether you are wanting to work, chat with a friend, or get together with a larger group. The decor and furniture showcases a very modern theme, with the backdrop of some luxury vehicles on display. I was pleasantly surprised by my espresso options and the final product. The staff was very kind and friendly. Will be back! read more

This is big cafe and newly opened. There is broad menu for breakfast and coffees. They have rich double shot machine which my Machiato base preride. My post ride Latte' was good... they have broad staff and newly trained. I believe they have opened staff to help practice and they are doing a good job. I am interested in coming back for breakfast soon. The option of peeking at supercars and Ducati dealership expansion is great upgrade. read more
Great coffee (had a latte) and tasty baked goods (apple fritter, a bit on the sweet side). The space is large and gets lots of light from the front of the store. It is in the same space with a car showroom, with high ceilings - so it can get pretty noisy. It may not be your best choice for a conversation, otherwise it is a nice environment. I still prefer the ambiance of the Westfield location, but overall, it is a nice alternative in the Zionsville area. read more

The service was really good, very polite and attentive. They even recommended a modification to make my drink better. Though the place was full it was open and did not feel crowded or overwhelming. Ordered: Tres Leches Cold Brew, Maple Cinnamon latte, misc waffles All items were delicious and came out to the table in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Our coffee club met at Rivet coffee bar one Saturday morning to try it out and we were very impressed. Rivet Coffee Bar is located in a warehouse in Zionsville next to a exotic car dealership and a motorcycle shop. The coffee bar is a huge space right in the middle of both shops, and the ambiance is wonderful and vey attractive looking. The coffee bar itself is very nice and the menu is excellent with a variety of breakfast items and coffee/tea selection. The staff are wonderful and helpful with the items, and can offer you assistance with any questions you have on their menu. I ordered the pumpkin Chai and a veggie frittata with bacon for breakfast. The pumpkin Chai was amazing and tasted like heaven in the sky. The veggie frittata was excellent and had a lot of flavor to it. It was cooked to perfection! I also ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk that was good, but not as good as the pumpkin Chai. The best part of rivet Coffee Bar is you can go next door to the motorcycle shop to walk around and admire the motorcycles. The car dealership was closed on this day, so we could not go to see the exotic cars in person, which was a shame, but from the window, the cars did look incredible. The motorcycles were classy and very nice. It was worth walking around to see the motorcycles. Rivet Coffee Bar is a cool coffee shop in Zionsville and I'm happy I discovered it, because I will definitely come back here with friends to check out the motorcycles and the exotic cars. The beverages are terrific and the food is amazing. One of our group members ordered the smoked salmon platter and it looked incredible. They put high quality and thought into their dishes which makes me respect them as a business. Everyone needs to come check out Rivet coffee bar if you have not done so already. It is a wonderful place!! read more

We went in not expecting much look to be in a commercial zone, but there's all sorts of nice Porsches outside. The vibe inside is great. It's super well decorated my coffee was fantastic. It was a full limited time drink that had pumpkin spice and cayenne was delicious and I got the hot lox which was also delicious. We talked to the owner and she seemed extremely nice overall everything was amazing. We'll for sure. Come back. read more

We love supporting local coffee roasters and shops. The owner is wonderful. This store is located between very ritzy car/motorcycle dealerships and walking in I was impressed by the aesthetic of the coffee shop. It was beautiful. Airy and cozy at the same time. We bought a bag of their Guatemala beans (medium roast...I've already tried it at home and it is yummy) and had 2 pour overs. We tried their lightest (an Ethiopian) and darkest (their Atlas blend). Both were great. As a medium to light roast lover, the Atlas was a pleasant surprise and the Ethiopian was delightfully acidic. Definitely a great local roaster and shop. read more

Lines out the doors you can't get coffee there anymore like it's impossible on any Saturday morning, CLOSED ON SUND! Done with this place until they can figure out self serve. Last time I was there I WAITED AN HOUR for one black POUROVER coffee ON AN AUTOMATIC MACHINE watching multiple people ask for there pourover that was sitting there. You know you're going to be busy!!! Figure it out at this point. Put black coffee out self-serve If you have to, and sell cups, get an extra person on board. I can make better coffee at home at this point, and I could run your line about 50% more efficiently. Sucks cause it's good coffee, but I drove 20 minutes for nothing and then drove to illumie because I was getting my coffee. Two visits back to back. It's not that good to wait an hour for one cup and drive almost 30 minutes in the morning when I can't even get a cup. All the good reviews are from people that visit once and don't locally try to go often I swear. No parking on Saturday either, you literally cannot get into the complex. The coordination for parking and the turn around as are nuts. read more
