Was excited to try the new Rivet in Zionsville. I will admit I was a bit confused when I pulled up because there was a Porsche dealership next door. But that is what made this such a unique experience. The inside is gorgeous. There is a ton of seating. It was very crowded when I went, but was still able to find a small table. I ordered an iced salted carmel pistachio latte and avocado toast with an egg on top. They will deliver the drink and food to you. I really enjoyed my iced latte. My angry leprechaun didn't quite reach Rolls Royce standards of Indy area star craft like Coat Check, Commissary, Provider, or Rabble, however there's way too much eye candy, outdoor seating, and large inviting spaces to avoid Rivet. What is a frog's favorite coffee shop? ......RIVET! Get it, like ribbit...ha ha ha. Rivet is much more than a coffee shop, it also has a full kitchen, a Ducati store and exotic car showroom all in one. Yup, kinda hard to believe until you see it yourself. We stopped by mid-morning on a Friday and the place was packed! There is a good amount of seating but most of it was full. I opted for my go-to, a plain cold brew. I was surprised to learn they roast their own beans, and the ones used in the cold brew was the owner's namesake -- Rahal. It was pretty good, bold yet wholesome flavor. After grabbing our coffee we wondered around the showroom and looked at some of the cars -- not every day can you get a $4 coffee while looking at a $250k+ Lamborghini Urus in the same place. This is a fun coffee/food spot tucked into an exotic car dealership that is a total surprise. You can enjoy the sounds of motorcycles being repaired as well as walk through a show room resembling something from a James Bond movie all the while sipping a delicious beverage. They have an open floor plan with plenty of seats both comfy and businesslike, as well as some outside seating for those wanting a bit quieter atmosphere. The vibe is electric and fun! The seasonal coffee beverages were plentiful and after a browse I had a baklava inspired latte. Yum! They also have baked goods and lunch/brunch items for those hungry for a snack or lunch. I finally had a free morning to stop in and I'm so glad I did! This location is very cool with all of the race teams around. The space is large and bright. A ton of people were working or having business meetings. I tried the iced cozy caramel latte, which had espresso with caramel and toffee nut. Admittedly, I panic ordered and wouldn't have gotten something with toffee nut but I didn't see that until after the fact. However, I was pleasantly surprised and I really enjoyed it! I came here during a trip for my partner's cousin's wedding on the outskirts of Indianapolis, looking for a quality coffee shop, and I was delighted by the craftsmanship of the drinks here! I must say I was a bit confused when it took us to what had looked like a car and motorcycle dealership, but saw the sign for the cafe along with some tables on the outsid,e which let u know we were in the right place. I ordered an Iced Latte Miel since I had never tried bee pollen in a latte before and was pleasantly surprised that the flavor mixed quite well with the cinnamon. Although it did take a bit of a while to be served to me, I would say it was worth the wait. The inside was absolutely amazing! I can't call myself a coffee connoisseur, but as a car enthusiast I totally appreciate this place. Rivet is very spacious with seating both inside and outside, has lots of drinks to choose from, and all the staff was very nice. I got latte which tasted perfect, but it did take quite a bit of time until it arrived. Can't beat the view from the coffee shop with all the 911s and other sports cars though. All in all, it's a great place to hang out and there's a lot to do given there's a chophouse and a club nearby + motorcycle and car dealership. I do wish they were open on Sundays though. read more

This location in Zionsville is the third Rivet in the area. They serve breakfast or lunch off a trendy menu. You will find Pesto Frittatas, amazing waffles and Caesar Salads. The coffee is locally roasted. The service is friendly. You order at the coffee counter and then sit. A server will bring your order to your table. I had an Almond Orange Scone, which was downright delicious and a mango smoothie. The smoothie was creamy with bits of mango. It was hard to find parking as the lot was filled. There are a couple tables outside, about 20 tables inside and a coffee bar. The dining room is loudly filled with excited chatter. After you finish, you can wander next door and shop for a vintage Porsche or a high-end motorcycle. If you're into racing (or just like coffee), Rivet is a must visit. read more

What a fun place!! I had the pleasure of meeting a friend here for coffee and an apple turnover one Saturday morning around 9:30am. It was definitely busy, but we were able to snag a table. The staff working were friendly, took our orders quickly, and brought our drinks out to us when they were ready. The cafe itself is brightly lit, clean, with warm wood tones and floor to ceiling windows. It's connected to a Ducati dealership and a car shop on the other side. The customers are pretty stylish and the place is buzzing yet so spacious all the time. I ordered my Ethiopian black coffee and rivet known for their amazing coffee beans didn't disappoint. You know you're going to be busy!!! Figure it out at this point. Put black coffee out self-serve If you have to, and sell cups, get an extra person on board. I can make better coffee at home at this point, and I could run your line about 50% more efficiently. Sucks cause it's good coffee, but I drove 20 minutes for nothing and then drove to illumie because I was getting my coffee. Two visits back to back. It's not that good to wait an hour for one cup and drive almost 30 minutes in the morning when I can't even get a cup. All the good reviews are from people that visit once and don't locally try to go often I swear. No parking on Saturday either, you literally cannot get into the complex. Our coffee club met at Rivet coffee bar one Saturday morning to try it out and we were very impressed. Rivet Coffee Bar is located in a warehouse in Zionsville next to a exotic car dealership and a motorcycle shop. The coffee bar is a huge space right in the middle of both shops, and the ambiance is wonderful and vey attractive looking. The coffee bar itself is very nice and the menu is excellent with a variety of breakfast items and coffee/tea selection. The staff are wonderful and helpful with the items,and can offer you assistance with any questions you have on their menu. I ordered the pumpkin Chai and a veggie frittata with bacon for breakfast. The pumpkin Chai was amazing and tasted like heaven in the sky. The veggie frittata was excellent and had a lot of flavor to it. It was cooked to perfection! I also ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk that was good,but not as good as the pumpkin Chai. The best part of rivet Coffee Bar is you can go next door to the motorcycle shop to walk around and admire the motorcycles. The car dealership was closed on this day, so we could not go to see the exotic cars in person, which was a shame, but from the window, the cars did look incredible. The motorcycles were classy and very nice. It was worth walking around to see the motorcycles. Rivet Coffee Bar is a cool coffee shop in Zionsville and I'm happy I discovered it, because I will definitely come back here with friends to check out the motorcycles and the exotic cars. The beverages are terrific and the food is amazing. One of our group members ordered the smoked salmon platter and it looked incredible. This store is located between very ritzy car/motorcycle dealerships and walking in I was impressed by the aesthetic of the coffee shop. It was beautiful. Airy and cozy at the same time. We bought a bag of their Guatemala beans (medium roast...I've already tried it at home and it is yummy) and had 2 pour overs. We tried their lightest (an Ethiopian) and darkest (their Atlas blend). Both were great. As a medium to light roast lover, the Atlas was a pleasant surprise and the Ethiopian was delightfully acidic. Definitely a great local roaster and shop. read more

Was so excited to check this place out with family visiting. Nice set up when you walk in with the cafe in the middle and cars on one side and bikes on the other. We ordered 5 different coffee (one normal). Four of them came out and we had to go up to the counter ask about the "normal" coffee, as we had been sitting for 15 minutes. People who came in after us were served their coffee and food before us. The food finally came out after waiting 30 minutes, well all except the Bacon spinach frittata. We waited another 15 minutes for the frittata. The server was very apologetic but not once did the manager come to our table. We also over heard the people sitting next to us that their order was wrong and they had to go back to the counter. Seemed to be a common theme from what we saw of the customers around us. I will say the food tasted good (only reason for 2stars). You would think they would have it together but the manager needs to step up and do their job. Come out and talk to the customers!! Don't think I will be back anytime soon. Especially when we had to go back to the counter two times asking about our coffee and food. For $100 for 5 people you expect better.
