I happened upon this place by accident. While looking for studio art space in the area it was located right across the street from The Murphy Art center. I recognized the name and immediately had to go check it out. This was the most amazing accidental situation EVER. Such a cute, quaint italian inspired cafe. I knew my son would want the honey lavender latte and I knew I wanted to try the cherry blossom matcha. There was also a London fog earl grey tea in the mix. And to snack on, a chocolate crossiant, a cinnamon bun and a cardamom bun as well. So let me unpack all of that for you. All of the drinks were delightful, you didn't have to add much sweetener to any of them unless you just want your beverage to be sweet. The honey lavender and thw cherry blossom were very refreshing and full of flavor. The London fog was very aromatic, it smelled wonderful long before you took a sip. Super creamy, frothy an all around treat for your taste buds. I was so impressed. The pastries, one word DIVINE. I was teansport3d back to Paris when I took a bite of my chocolate crossiant, very light and flaky. It was an excellent choice with my cherry blossom matcha. The cinnamon bun was full of flavor and flaky as well. Not overly sugary, it was just right. Lastly the tea was so amazing I had to get one to go for breakfast tomorrow and my son grabbed a cardamom bun. I have no words for how fantastic that bun was. Nice and warm. The slightly sweet and savory played well together and I was not ready. There is seating inside and out. Outside had covered patio space with ceiling fans. Inside vibes were awesome while you listened to some mellow music. Customer service was grade A and though they have another location in Carmel, I think I have found a home with the fountain square location. I will be back sooner rather then later. Give thwm a try Yelpers, you won't be disappointed.
A very cute place in the city of Fountain square. I went here for a morning coffee and tried their chocolate croissant! The croissant was so flaky in a good way! The coffee was fine to me, I went out on a limb to try something new that I don't normally get but it gave me the pick up I needed. The servers were nice and the place was clean. I recommend!
The staff is so friendly and great! Recommended a special seasonal hot coffee drink that was delicious. The space is chic and welcoming. I can't wait to come back!
This place is so amazing! The lattes are not sweet and so flavorful. The place is dog friendly and so welcoming. I got the spicy chocolate latte and it was so delicious. It lines up quickly so get there early.
The cutest coffee shop in Fountain Square! I stopped in to try the Mayan Mocha, which is dark chocolate, honey, cinnamon & cayenne. The flavors really go nicely together and as someone who is still trying to find her "go-to" coffee order, I thought it had a pleasant taste. It was not overly sweet and I loved the little bit of heat the cayenne gave the drink. I ordered it hot, but you could get it iced, however the barista suggested I order it hot instead. Adorable vibes with a cute outdoor seating too. I can't wait to see their second location in Carmel and love that their cups feature local artists. An extra touch of something special.

We needed a little coffee refuel while touring downtown Indianapolis and stopped at Bovaconti to help us out. We enjoyed hot mochas and iced mochas on the beautiful patio. This spot served up one of the best mochas I've ever tried! If you are looking for a wonderful coffee shop with a gorgeous interior, make sure to visit Bovaconti!

Pretty sure the almond croissant here is the BEST croissant I've ever had. Also got a honey lavender latte while I was here, and it was delicious! Very cute cafe with tables in the back if you're looking to study or get some work done.

I went on a Saturday morning for a quick coffee - fully expecting to wait. The line was longish but the service was SO quick and so friendly. It was packed with people - many working/studying. The vibes were cute, and the coffee was delicious! I loved the cafe Miele. Next time I think I'd get it half sweet - but that's just out of personal preference. The flavor was perfect!
I went here after my Pilates class at Era Pilates Sunday. There was a line out the door but it moved quickly! Ordering was efficient and pleasant. I got the cherry blossom matcha drink. It was SO GOOD! As I drank it the flavor changed from matcha to cherry which I loved! Also it's beautiful to look at! A friend got an herbal tea. Also very good! There's some seating in the back. We initially didn't get a seat inside so we sat on the covered patio. It was a bit chilly, so we went inside and were able to find a table. Great ambiance! I'll have to try their coffee sometime soon!
Dear reader, Bovaconti Coffee in Fountain Square remains one of my favourite coffee shops, and we stop there whenever we come to town. It is the sort of place that feels special the moment you walk in. A lot of people rave about the beautiful space, and quite right too. The shop has a gorgeous, old-world feel in a historic Fountain Square building, plenty of seating, and a lovely outdoor area that is very dog friendly. The staff always boast a delightful disposition that makes you want to smile and enjoy the rest of your day as well. As for the coffee, I love the iced Mayan Mocha. It is like a mocha with a kick and extra flavour depth, and it is absolutely delicious. The dark chocolate, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne give it a little warmth and complexity without losing the joy of a proper iced coffee treat. They also have some really high-end pastries to choose from. I love the lemon loaf, and some of the more complex, unique pastries make it feel a bit more elevated than the average coffee stop. Overall, it is clean, beautiful, welcoming, and always worth the return visit. read more
The staff here is so awesome. Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! It's definitely one of my favorite spots to stop by when I'm in Fountain Square. There's plenty of natural light, but also several cozier, dark areas perfect for coworking. When the weather's nice, the patio is unbeatable - they offer ample patio seating as well as chairs along the sidewalk. It is a relaxing, hip, non judgemental space to hang out in, work in, or meet with friends in. I liked that they had decaf options. I did not like that the latte I got had spices in it that I wasn't told about in advance. Everyone that works there is very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. read more

I love this coffee shop! It's a great place to pop into for a quick drink or to work from. They do offer free WiFi which is nice for working from the shop! They have a great selection of menu items and the staff is wonderful for recommendations. read more
Many many visits later this month, I must say Bovaconti is still my favorite coffee shop in Indiana! There, I said it! The vibe, coffee, crowd, and just the overall look and feel (renovated jewelry store) makes me come back to Bovaconti again and again! Also, dog friendly!!! Now who could beat that! I love that we have a modern coffee shop so close by everything in Fountain Square! Can't wait for their 2nd branch in Carmel!! read more

Bovacanti always has a great energy, vibrant outdoor seating and cozy indoor spots to work. It's for sure the heartbeat of fountain square. Docked one star off for affordability, has to be a celebration coffee over a daily one. read more

I loveee coming to a coffee shop where they know how to make a cup of coffee! They have amazing macchiatos! You really can't go wrong with anything there. Today I opted for their amazing on top kombucha (strawberry mango). We also tried their salads for the first time. Outstanding! I think their ranch was homemade and it was amazing. Service is always welcoming and they have such a cool vibe inside. I also love the history of their store(I heard this secondhand) but it used to be a family owned jewelers and so they kept the name and and have diamonds sprinkled throughout their decor as a nod to the former business. This is our go to coffee spot in fountain square. It's easy in and out or stick around and do work if you can snag a table. Their staff is always so nice, too. I love a good seasonal latte and their fall and winter offerings are so good. My regular order is their vanilla lavender latte with oat milk. The hubs loves their nitro cold brew. Can't beat an instagramable backdrop either! Their patio is super cute, right off the main drag in fountain square. Plenty of Adirondack chairs and hanging lights to soothe the soul. read more
Great coffee and quick service! I couldn't believe how fast my latte came out and how good it was. Very happy to have found this place and that they're open late. Bovaconti Coffee, located in Fountain Square, is a really solid spot to grab coffee. We stopped by on a recent trip to Indianapolis. It is such a cute place, and the people working there are so nice! I love the "ciao bella" neon sign that is behind the counter. They have a small seating area in the back with tables that were full of people working remotely, and they have a small outdoor seating area too. I noticed people had their dog with them inside on a leash to order, which was cool! We didn't order any food, but the treats looked really good and were tempting! The coffee drinks we ordered were really good! The person who took my order helped me decide which drink to try. We would definitely visit Bovaconti Coffee if we are in town again. read more
I have been wanting to try this cute coffee shop nestled on a corner in Fountain Square for some time. I needed a pick me up and something warm, so I left the office to go here. I'm so happy I did. The employee taking orders, after sharing it was my first time, suggested 2 popular choices. I opted to go with the Spanish Latte with oatmilk. My GOODNESS! Quality & yumminess. I was happy to find out they had a back room sitting that allowed for a more intimate or private seating if you choose. It was nice to relax, recenter and jam to some good tunes. I SO appreciated the music selection! I've returned and will continue. They currently are offering 2 winter features which also sound yummy. read more

This is one of the cutest coffee shops I've visited in Indy! The green, pink and gold colors that radiate the cafe make an excellent touch. I ordered a Spanish Latte, which seems to be a popular drink amongst locals. This was a nice place for me to work or read a book! The baristas were nice and the latte came out really great. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area :) read more

I'm no coffee expert as I think most lattes taste the same. However, this place seems like a neighborhood favorite and has some interesting coffee and tea options.
