Dear reader, Good Vibes Cafe in Indianapolis was a thoroughly pleasant stop and quite easy to enjoy. It is right downtown in a cool location on the second floor of a building, with a restaurant below, which gives it a slightly tucked-away charm. Inside, there is tons of seating and space, so it feels relaxed and inviting rather than cramped. The staff was so nice, which always makes a coffee stop feel more welcoming. I really liked my iced mocha, and they also had a nice variety of other drinks and pastries on offer. Overall, a lovely little cafe and one I would happily visit again. read more

Working downtown sometimes feels like coffee places are a bit hard to find close to where I work that aren't a major chain. I've walked by Good Vibes Cafe many times and was able to stop in and so glad I did! I got a large iced french toast latte and a strawberry croffle and both were so good! The French Toast Latte was good and a good balance of coffee and flavor. The croffle was great and wasn't overly sweet which I prefer especially early in the morning lol. The strawberries were fresh and delicious and I love that they offer dairy free options and not just in their milk but the whip that goes with the croffle is dairy free. The vibe is comfy and cosy! They're located on the 2nd floor and have plenty of space to sit and offer books to read and games to play. I'm glad they're close to where I work and will be back to try their other latte flavors! read more

I found this gem as I was searching for breakfast near my hotel. It was a short walk and easy to find. I was greeted from the time I walked in, which is always appreciated. I reviewed the menu and decided to try boba for the first time. It took some getting used to, but I liked it. The consistency and flavor were unlike anything I'd had before in a great way. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich and ate it in record time. The croissant was perfectly buttery and flaky. It was just enough to feel satisfied. Working so close to Good Vibes Cafe has been dangerous for both my wallet and my figure! I find myself making excuses to run errands on Washington Street just so I have an excuse to stop at Good Vibes! I know Good Vibes Cafe is known for their boba tea and "croffles," so of course I had to try one of each on my first visit! I love all the punny names of the boba drinks, mine was called "Pinky Swear," and another cute one is "Peach, Don't Kill My Vibe!" The Pinky Swear has a strawberry tea base with peach popping boba, and it's exactly what I order when I get boba at Harmony or Kung Fu Tea, so I knew I was going to like it! The "croffle" (a croissant in the waffle iron) is out-of-this-world delicious! It was the perfect balance of flaky and fluffy, and the Biscoff drizzle and fresh whipped cream made it even better. Now this is definitely not something that you can eat every day, but is a great occasional indulgence. On my most recent visit, I mixed it up and tried a coffee drink this time! I got the Biscoff latte, and it was literally perfect. The cup was lined with Biscoff cookie butter, and the rich espresso balanced out the sweetness and made it impossible to stop drinking. The only thing that would make this latte better would be if it came in a bigger size! One of my favorite things about Good Vibes is the half and half cup, where you can pick a drink for each side of the cup! It's a great way to enjoy everything Good Vibes had to offer without being forced to make a decision between two equally delicious drinks, plus it costs the same as a large drink! What's not to love? I definitely recommend Good Vibes Cafe, and don't be surprised if you see me there when you stop by! read more

I was pleased to find that Good Vibes Cafe Bar was only .1 miles in distance from the hotel I stayed at while visiting the city of Indianapolis. And its 4.7 star rating out of 100+ via Uber Eats was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience. Looking through the menu, I took interest in and ended up ordering their peanut butter & jelly sandwich, and a strawberry banana smoothie out of all that caught my eye on their extensive menu. Whether it be Grubhub or Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Most of the time my orders are completed upon my arrival or near complete. By the time I arrived at Good Vibes Cafe Bar my order was waiting behind the counter during this ordering experience. Picking up was just confirming my name, order, and I was well on my way. Prior to grabbing my order, I was informed by the employee that the peanut butter & jelly sandwich was out-of-stock and that I would be refunded. At that moment, I considered ordering something else, but I just did not want to wait, so I picked up my order and left. Now the strawberry banana smoothie was tightly sealed with tamper safe tape which I was pleased to see. Oh God! The first sip of it, I could not resist moaning because my tastebuds were surged with that strawberry banana flavory taste that I love. In that moment it also made me forget the absence of the peanut butter & jelly sandwich that was out-of-stock too! Tehehe, I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a drink that will surely leave your tastebuds satisfied. It has now been almost a week since I have visited, and I have not been refunded $7.50 for the out-of-stock peanut butter & jelly sandwich. At the time, I do wish that an alternative would have been recommended which I likely would have accepted, however it was not! My experience with Good Vibes Cafe Bar has left me with mixed feelings because other than not being refunded, I did enjoy the strawberry banana smoothie. A favorite for my colleagues are the croffles (croissant waffles with unique flavors and toppings) Good Vibes Cafe has dim lighting, good music, and games for your entertainment. I love this new gem on Washington street! I have been to Wei ramen many times, but I had not visited the upstairs. Now this building has ramen, mochi donuts, and this cozy cafe in one place! More people need to know! I went there after work around 5:30pm when I had some time to kill before an event I was going to. I love that they stay open because any coffee shops close around 3pm. When I went, there was no customers. I loved my matcha latte and banana but bread in this quiet, relaxing space. The ladies working there were nice. They warmed the bread for me. There were more options for the pastries and all of them looked good. I liked the interior. I saw darts you can play too. Very spacious. Prices are reasonable. I ordered through Doordash and opted to try the Banana Caramel Latte and the Oooh-Bae both with oatmilk and vanilla foam. The Banana Caramel Latte had an apparent banana flavor, almost overbearing/artificial, but it was still good. The Oooh-Bae did not look as pictured -- tbh, I'm not entirely sure that I even received it since I had not tasted it before. It was completely brown with a few blue and pink sprinkles in the foam, it had no trace of the vibrant purple pictured on the menu. I assumed it would taste similar to taro root but this did not, so I can't say for certain. It did taste good but I will try it in person next time so I can see for myself how it should be prepared. Good Vibes is an excellent addition to the downtown Indy coffee scene. They use Indie Coffee Roasters, and the result is a great coffee easily accessed from anywhere downtown. Their split cups for the bubble teas are nice, as you can try more than one thing at a time, or share with someone else!
