I think this place is more known towards their cinnamon rolls, I came here towards end of business and there were barely anything in stock, there's also no visible menu I could find so I just got what's left from the case. At $5 per cookie I think is pricey, as they were in a medium size yes they were thick but not as big circumference wise They're were good cookies though, just don't think $5 good I'd try this place again maybe for their cinnamon rolls

Banana pudding cinnamon roll

Good cinnamon rolls and very big! For the price and the consistency however it is definitely 3 stars. My husband and I ordered cinnamon rolls from Cavity Factory twice, and was told the first time stopping in (after driving from 45 minutes away) we had to order online and come back and pick them up. It was 11 am, and the first slot available was 3, so we spent 3 and a half hours around broad ripple, came back and picked them up. Extremely inconvenient, but since covid we've been losing the art of fully functioning store fronts, so it wasn't surprising. I got the banana pudding cinnamon rolls, which the flavor was very good, but the filling (which I took a picture of) was very sparse so the roll was very bready. I took a bite of my husband's, which was the original, and it was delicious! The filling was generous, and it was baked to perfection. For $26 for two cinnamon rolls and a 4 hour wait (which by all means is extremely steep) we were relatively happy. However, today, we picked up one original cinnamon roll and scheduled the pick up ahead of time. It looked entirely different from our first order aesthetically, but it was still pretty good. However, the middle of the roll was undercooked. It had that weird gummy bread texture, similar to raw biscuit dough. I ended up having to toss it out. For $12 + tax and a 45 minute drive, that is definitely disappointing. The cinnamon rolls are pretty good, but as you can see in some other reviews, it lacks greatly in consistency, the food and business alike. And for the price point, it leaves a lot more to be desired before $15 is a genuinely fair price.

I love these cookies! The flavors are so unique and the cookies are always soft and packed with flavor! Make sure you stop by Friday-Sunday to get new flavors! She posts her cookie schedule on instagram so you can plan your taste bud experience! The shop is in the fountain square area and I love the design. It's clean and easy to get your order and go about your day! This weekend I got the pineapple upside down cookies, biscoff, oatmeal butterscotch, lemon, and cookies and cream. They are big enough to share (if you want ). The pineapple upside down cookie was sooooooooooooo good! Didn't make it out the parking lot with that one! You're sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Some of the best cookies I've ever had (and definitely better than Crumbl and similar places)! They're so soft, super rich, and full of flavor. Make sure you check social media before you go to operating hours and the flavors available for that day. They close when they sell out! There is parking on the side of the building but also free street parking in Fountain Square. It's super easy to run in and out to grab what you want, but the staff is welcoming and friendly if you have questions. This trip I got Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Dubai Pistachio Brownie, Slutty Brownie, Banana Pudding, and White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup-- all delicious!!

Croissant with chocolate chip cookie inside and chocolate drizzle on the outside

A croissant with a chocolate chip cookie inside and drizzled with chocolate sauce..... need I say more? Wow! The service was quick. It's a cute little shop and there is a small parking lot on the side. The creative menu that changes weekly is definitely something to check out. I will be visiting again, as soon as I burn off the calories from today's yummy dessert. I recommend checking it out!

Strawberry & Biscoff cinnamon roll

I recently tried two cinnamon rolls from The Cavity Factory: the Biscoff and the Strawberry and wanted to share an honest but balanced review. First, the presentation is a standout. Both rolls are generously sized, and the toppings are applied heavily. The frosting is rich and plentiful, which I personally appreciated. The Biscoff roll came loaded with cookie crumble, and the strawberry roll looked beautiful with the fresh strawberry on top. Visually, these rolls definitely deliver that over-the-top dessert look. The dough itself was fluffy, which I enjoyed, but it wasn't anything particularly special or unique. For a $14 roll, I expected a more elevated, artisan-style dough or something that set it apart from a standard cinnamon roll. Most of the excitement comes from the toppings and frosting rather than the base of the roll. Where the experience really fell short for me was the strawberry drizzle. It tasted like the inexpensive artificial gel you usually find on grocery-store pastries. It stood out because the rolls are priced and presented as a premium product, so the cheaper-tasting drizzle didn't match the expectation. The Biscoff flavor was tasty, but again, the strength of the roll was in the toppings, not the craftsmanship of the base. Overall, these rolls are fun, indulgent, and very Instagram-worthy. But in my opinion, the ingredient quality especially the drizzle and the dough not being particularly distinctive doesn't fully justify the $14 per roll price. They're worth trying once for the experience, but at this cost, I expected a more elevated flavor profile behind the toppings.

Hey viewers and fellow Yelpers!! If you haven't heard the buzz around The Cavity Factory, I'd be surprised!! And I'd say that you are missing out! The Cavity Factory is a small business built ground up by Destinee who is super kind and hardworking! I first experienced her cookies at the pink truck on Keystone last year! Today I finally was able to make it to her store front! The store front is not an establishment where you can sit so there will likely be a line! Once you get inside it's super duper cute with the wall of art! The cookies are absolutely delicious! They hit ever taste bud in the best ways! I'd choose her over crumble cookie and several other places any day! Her cookies are normally priced at $5 and the crookies are $8.50! Worth every penny! Parking can be challenging if it's a very busy day for other businesses in the area otherwise you can park in the lots of other places nearby where allowed. Watch for any towing indicators. Although they have opening and closing hours because The Cavity Factory is well known they typically sell out prior to their closing hour! With that being said be sure to keep watch of their social media posts on Instagram and Facebook so that you are up to date on inventory and sell out! ‼‼

Lemon Cheesecake is my new favorite.

The Cavity Factory was the first sweet spot that I wanted to try when I first moved here last year. I went to KY Kingdom to ride rollercoasters (my literal favorite thing because I'm a middle aged kid) and then I asked the husband to find the pink truck and I haven't been the same girl since. Anyways, let's discuss. These cookies are soft. Someone on Facebook said they have an under baked quality to them and I nearly lost my mind but I decided to go for peace because there's a huge difference between an under baked consistency (that's actually Crumbl) and these. These are fat and chonky and delicious. Each cookie weighs 4oz. They cost $5. Recently we got a new product called Crookies. Croissant cookie combos that I didn't want to love but here we are. One million out of 10. Destinee knocks it out of the park 100% of the time. Important: they are open until sellout. Then closed. Please don't write a bad review. This is just how this place operates. Perfection creates demand. Minus one star for Lucky Charm only being available in March. Lol jk.

Yes, these are quite a bit pricer that's for sure. People were buying one of everything in line. I was like wow! Some Items the combinations of flavors didn't appeal to me. I love tiramisu and pecan pie so I got them both. One suggestion I would have is to have utensils and napkins at the table for people to use. The pastries I bought are really temperature sensitive and need to be kept cold. Both had a cream - mousse inside. They wouldn't last long only a day or to the next. I loved the pecan item I ordered. It was great! The tiramisu one I wouldn't order again. The bottom flakey part was so bitter. I love coffee and expresso and tiramisu. But, the whole thing just wasn't what I thought it would taste like. Now I know. :-( Creamy, sweet, smooth, with a kick of coffee all come together to make a great tiramisu. This is what most people love about it. I don't know if they are planning on opening a store or not. The pop ups are doing well it seems. I will try other items whenever I can get to one of the pop ups.

What went from ordering 1 pastry each turned into 8 total.. and we regret nothing. The Tiramisu Danish was exactly as I had hoped for! The bitter taste of espresso paired with the sweet mascarpone cream filling reminded me of the holidays when I would watch my mom make tiramisu for our family. While a lot of people prefer a sweeter espresso, I thought this was perfect and very true to a traditional tiramisu taste The Pear Kouglof reminded me of a fresh yeast donut that's been tossed in sugar This was a very kid-friendly pastry in taste and while I wasn't too blown away by it, it did make me wonder if I would have preferred it with a stronger, more potent, fruit. The Cherry Basque Cheesecake -- this pastry was the house favorite. The texture of this cheesecake was creamy, but somehow still spongey.. cakey, but more like pudding. Mix that with the juiciest sour cherries and the crunch of a biscoff crust.. mind blown was an understatement. We're looking forward to what Beurre Sec has planned for their next pop-up

I ordered the hot chocolate... just one sip and wow, I already knew. This jumped straight to the number one spot for me. Best hot chocolate I've had in the States, no question. The flavor was deep and full. You get those darker, slightly nutty notes right away, then it settles into this smooth, creamy finish that just stays with you. Every sip hits the same, and it just keeps pulling you back in. The whipped cream on top melts right into it and adds a little extra sweetness without taking away from the chocolate. The whole drink felt like an experience. I even asked how they make it and found out they use actual chocolate bars... makes sense. 100% worth it. And definitely be coming back for more.

The blueberries were the perfect pop of fruitiness. Who knew such a little thing could have so much flavor and put a huge smile on your face. The cherries were tart and sweet and so delectable. That could not be more true. We both did Pick Two: I got a chicken salad sandwich and my mother got a turkey and cheese both with the soup of the day which was butternut squash. Soup was OK, sandwiches were OK. I got a side of chips (not made in-house) for $3. My daughter was upset when we arrived bc she was napping in the car and she proceeded to cry for about the first 10 minutes so, I walked around with her to calm her before I sat down since it's so cramped to try not to disturb everyone else. She was not happy the entire time so we were trying to calm her and feed her. Cake slices and cheesecake are $17-20 each. They're large but other reviews say dry and taste old. That's pricey. We skipped dessert at those prices based on the quality of the rest of our meal... I got an $8 peppermint mocha which was good but, served in the smallest teacup imaginable. It's extremely small inside. Like, uncomfortable. Granted, I had a lot of items with my baby and her and we were seated at a table for two with her in my lap but it was close quarters and the waitresses were squeezing between the chairs to walk around. They have about 6 tables inside with a small event private room in back. Our waitress was kind but, the manager or owner was off-putting. She went to every single table seated except ours to ask how their meal was and experience and, when time to pay, she wanted to personally ring me up to ensure we left in a hurry. I get it, some places are not meant for babies, but, since it's billed specifically to kids, I thought this was. Nope, I was wrong. (She's 19 months - so, too young for this bougie of an establishment clearly) I would not come back at all unless it was for my, older daughter to have a birthday cake experience and get a couple cute pics. As far as instagram-worthy goes, they know what they're doing. As far as quality of food. It's like a 2.5 stars. I wish we'd waited and walked into the larger one in Carmel and just shopped and got some cookies to go!

Each one of our milkshakes themselves tasted different. The Oreo one had a very strong cookies and cream flavor while the S'mores one had an impressive smoky taste to it that I've never had before in ice cream. Really, the attention to detail here is fantastic. My s'mores milkshake came with a literal s'mores treat on top of it. It wasn't just a from-the-box s'mores treat. It was actual graham cracker and marshmallow that they took into the back to use a torch on and give that extra-smokey, warm gooey feel to it. It did take awhile to get our milkshakes. One older woman was working her butt off but clearly getting frustrated at the mounting line and the fact that things kept falling. (Good to see: if something fell on the floor, she took it into the back to, presumably, toss it into the cleaning area) At one point, she asked for someone in the back to come help her, but that young teen seemed to be doing the bare minimum. I'm not sure if it's because they're untrained or not allowed to operate some of the machinery, but while this woman is frantically trying to keep up with things, he'd do what he was told to do, relatively slowly, and then stand around and wait for a new command. It was frustrating ME to watch. I can't imagine how that feels as a co-worker. All-in-all, we had about a 15-20 minute to receive our milkshakes. Definitely worth it in the end, but it's just something to note before popping in. I'd say it was definitely worth it for the unique flavor and quality when it was all done. The place looks a little "hole in the wall" with a few tables and chairs in an older building with the single, for-customers restroom in it. If you like the older, diner-esque style building that's been around for a long time, it has that vibe. Both of our milkshakes included a to-go lid right on them that we could snap on. Unlike some "crazy milkshake" establishments, the lids could actually go on both of the milkshakes after a few sips. The toppings were large but not insurmountable.

We arrived and I was immediately impressed, visually, by the beautiful atmosphere that they've curated. Through the glass garage door storefront, you are greeted by interesting light fixtures, eye- catching red chairs, large booths, rotating digital images of the delectable chocolate offerings, and flowing fountains of white, milk and dark chocolate. We entered and the smell of sweet confections filled the air. I left my husband at the counter to order and grabbed a table for us in the corner nearest to the garage door. We later discussed how, during the Summer, it will be so nice if/when they open that door up to the outside air. You order at the counter, and then they bring it out to your table. My husband returned with a big glass bottle of cold water (and some of the flimsiest plastic cups that I've ever held). The water was a nice, and necessary, touch. The dishes are rich! They are rich in the best way possible, though. The event provided a complimentary crepe with your choice of fruit, and a cookie skillet with ice cream. My husband couldn't decide on which fruit(s) to get, so the employee just told him that they'd hook it up for us. The crepe came out, and it was so beautiful...it was almost too pretty to eat! They provided us with an array of fruit to accompany it; bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and kiwi. The addition of the fruit really helped to cut through the richness of the chocolate. The crepe was the perfect, delicate vehicle for all of it! I probably ate about a 1/3 of it, and tried so save room for the cookie. I'm not a real "sweets" eater, but everything here just looks so good! The cookie skillet came out warm, gooey, and with its own generous drizzling of chocolate under a scoop of ice cream (& whipped cream if my memory serves me correctly). The cookie by itself was really delicious. In the future, I will omit the addition of chocolate sauce. It really didn't need it. I look forward to another fun dessert date with my hubby at this really SWEET lounge! P.S. All of the portion sizes that I saw were shareable. Bae and I could've shared either one of those desserts and been good. I also saw a woman sharing a sweet treat with her two children, and several other patrons were sharing. We all know that sharing means caring!
