My daughter is obsessed with strawberry Dubai cups. So , we had to go here and try one. She enjoyed it, but notes the strawberry chunks are too big in the cup, if they could be cut up a bit smaller. Very cute inside and love the big couches to sit on. Great place to bring the family after dinner to splurge on an incredible dessert. Free Parking available. Cons: straw is too tiny to drink my strawberry juice, I had to pour it into my mouth. That was not appealing. Please invest in fatter straws for your chunky drinks offered.
Yelp recently hosted an event here, but sadly, I was not on the guest list. I was, however, the esteemed guest of my husband! Lol. We arrived and I was immediately impressed, visually, by the beautiful atmosphere that they've curated. Through the glass garage door storefront, you are greeted by interesting light fixtures, eye- catching red chairs, large booths, rotating digital images of the delectable chocolate offerings, and flowing fountains of white, milk and dark chocolate. We entered and the smell of sweet confections filled the air. I left my husband at the counter to order and grabbed a table for us in the corner nearest to the garage door. We later discussed how, during the Summer, it will be so nice if/when they open that door up to the outside air. You order at the counter, and then they bring it out to your table. My husband returned with a big glass bottle of cold water (and some of the flimsiest plastic cups that I've ever held). The water was a nice, and necessary, touch. The dishes are rich! They are rich in the best way possible, though. The event provided a complimentary crepe with your choice of fruit, and a cookie skillet with ice cream. My husband couldn't decide on which fruit(s) to get, so the employee just told him that they'd hook it up for us. The crepe came out, and it was so beautiful...it was almost too pretty to eat! They provided us with an array of fruit to accompany it; bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and kiwi. The addition of the fruit really helped to cut through the richness of the chocolate. The crepe was the perfect, delicate vehicle for all of it! I probably ate about a 1/3 of it, and tried so save room for the cookie. I'm not a real "sweets" eater, but everything here just looks so good! The cookie skillet came out warm, gooey, and with its own generous drizzling of chocolate under a scoop of ice cream (& whipped cream if my memory serves me correctly). The cookie by itself was really delicious. In the future, I will omit the addition of chocolate sauce. It really didn't need it. I look forward to another fun dessert date with my hubby at this really SWEET lounge! P.S. All of the portion sizes that I saw were shareable. Bae and I could've shared either one of those desserts and been good. I also saw a woman sharing a sweet treat with her two children, and several other patrons were sharing. We all know that sharing means caring!
Came here for the Yelp event last week and I'm Back already! This time I am trying the lotus milkshake and the chocolate covered strawberries. The service was fast and friendly! The lotus milkshake is so good! It's kind of rich but it's yummy. The chocolate here is amazing and the chocolate covered strawberries did not disappoint. What a great decadent dessert spot!
I had the best time at Melt and Dip; it's truly a dessert lover's paradise. Initially the service felt a bit rushed, I expected more conversation about the menu and their popular picks. The desserts were on another level, beautifully presented, rich, and honestly unforgettable. The warm skillet dessert with chocolate swirls and melting ice cream was heavenly, the crepes were draped in gorgeous layers of chocolate, and sampling the gelato added such a playful touch. The coffee was smooth and paired perfectly with all that sweetness. The space feels fun and inviting, the kind of place that makes you excited before you even order. Even with the quick start, the ambience and the tastefulness and quality of the items made the visit feel like a real treat. Melt and Dip delivered a delicious, memorable experience, and I will absolutely go back!
Have a sweet tooth? Check this gem out on the north side of Indianapolis, located in Fishers conveniently near the interstate for easy access. They have plenty of parking spots right out front, which makes stopping in really easy. The service was genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. The space is beautiful, featuring three chocolate towers (milk, white, and dark) that are mesmerizing to look at. I was checking out the gelato selection and wondering which flavor was the most popular so I asked one of the workers, and he kindly offered me a sample of Mr. Lotus, explaining that it's their top seller. One taste and I understood why--it was delicious! I ended up getting one scoop in a cup (they offer both cups and cones), and the price was around $5-6. One scoop was plenty for me--super creamy, rich, and extremely satisfying. The inside atmosphere is also a big win. The seating is cozy and comfortable, with both chairs and booth options that make it easy to relax and enjoy your dessert. I chose to sit in a booth to enjoy my gelato and noticed real plants behind me--such a nice touch, and it definitely elevated the vibe for me, I love plants! They also have two gender-neutral restrooms, and both were clean and well-maintained during my visit, which I always appreciate. Overall, Melt n Dip delivered great service, amazing gelato, and a cozy, aesthetically pleasing environment. Highly recommend trying the Mr. Lotus flavor gelato!
My daughter & I stopped by this evening, we tried the eclair pyramid, hot Carmel macchiato, and the apple drink. All were very delicious. The staff were great at suggesting different things. It's very comfortable inside with nice chairs and couches. Definitely a great desert spot if you have a sweet tooth! This was our first time, But we will be back.
While we citizens of Central Indiana were experiencing our first substantial snowfall of the season, I was determined NOT to let a little media hype (and actual slippery roads ) keep me from fulfilling my duties as a loyal Yelp! Elite...Besides, I was on my way to a place called Melt-N-Dip, and there was NO way I was NOT going to Get Lost in WHATEVER that meant! After driving over the fresh snowfall and navigating around drivers who forget how to drive after each snow event (no matter how small), I eventually arrived at my destination to also #find the first snowman of the season - made right outside the front door of the evening's INtertainment. He was a snowman who got covered in snow (how ironic!), but I gave him back his sight (at least for a while). I parted ways with the snowman and walked through the open door of Melt n Dip (Fishers). My eyes immediately fixated on 3 giant chocolate fountains (white to dark) that were begging me to run my fingers through them, lick off the decadent goodness, then do it again. But I stayed strong; strong until not 1 but 2 dishes holding beautiful pieces of edible art were placed in fromt of me. And then things got messy! Check out the photos to see what this tiny storefront with huge flavor has to offer. #Getlostindiana13K https://meltndip.com
This is literally the best place for your chocolate craving! My daughter treated me to Melt n' Dip after church and we had such a great time. The wait time wasn't long & it's a very chill vibe so it was perfect for us to have some time to chat. I had the brownie a la mode & she had the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries cup. She ate the whole thing smh lol. I couldn't finish mine but I really wanted to. The brownie was warm & the strawberries helped balance the richness from the chocolate. The gelato was also creamy & flavorful. I'll be back for sure!
I had came here and decided to get some ice cream. The cashier had let me try the different ice cream out before I decided on flavor because there were two I couldn't decide on which one I really wanted. I settled on the strawberry cheesecake which was really delicious. The price was okay but the ice cream was rich since it's gelato which is really good. The inside of the restaurant was really nice and they played some good instrumental music in there. It was very warm and welcoming. I will be coming back here again. They have a lot of delicious looking items here. Especially if you are a chocolate or gelato lover.
This is a great place to take someone to treat them for their birthday or special occasion. The chocolate is very rich. I had the chocolate and strawberries and as well as the screw with fruits, chocolate and marshmallows. They're very busy so you'll get a beeper to let you know when your order is ready or if you're dining and they will bring it straight to your table. Because they're so popular the ambience can be very noisy at times. But it's well worth it.
This place has it all, from gelato to crepes to Dubai chocolate and even chai tea and coffee. I need to go back because everything sounds amazing. The portions are significantly big and you can totally share some crepes with another person. The young man at the register was polite abr answered all my questions about differences and such. It wasn't busy but it was a little late for lunch. They also have cookies that they make on the spot but it does take a little time to wait. It's worth it though!
Absolutely delicious food! The best place for a sweet treat! Everything is seriously so incredible. You can't go wrong with whatever you order!
Very nice establishment!! Very relaxing and very comfortable place to stop for dessert. I liked the classical music playing and the great service. The dessert is both very eye pleasing and very tasty. I can not wait to come back and enjoy an evening on the patio.
I visited Melt N Dip for the second time in early February. The restaurant was significantly less packed from when I visited the first time. In my first experience they wouldn't allow me to change the chocolate from milk to dark in the dubai cup, but this time they allowed it. I shared the dubai cup and triple chocolate crepe with a friend. The price is $$ in my opinion but I feel like you are paying for the experience. The menu is extensive so there are a lot of options, one might even say, too many options. Since we visited around 8:45 pm there was no line and we had a lot of time to ask about their offerings. The person working the register was kind and handled our questions with ease. We sat at a table with our number stand and then we were served. It wasn't that our desserts were bad they just were a lot for two people. Talk about sugar rush!! What we did end up eating was tasty and seemed very fresh. I love this concept and hope more people venture out to check it out. The vibe is very chill and there a chairs and tables plus couches if you want a different experience. Be warned you will be filled to the brim with chocolate but who says that's a bad thing. read more

I am obsessed! Let's start with the ambience. This place sets the bar high! There is a lot of seating. Everything is tastefully decorated. It opens up to the outdoor for extended seating. This would be a great spot for a date night. The service was good. They gave me a buzzer for when my order would be ready. Within 10 minutes of ordering my buzzer went off for me to pick up my order. The taste of the chocolate and fruit was honestly the best I've ever tasted. The fruit was super fresh. I was surprised of the amount of fruit for two people. We ate on this for three days. I will have to ask the next time I go if the chocolate has to be refrigerated I was not sure so I did which was a little bit of a pain warming up every time we eat our fruit. I asked and they also do catering for 50+ attendees. I will be getting this for my daughter's graduation open house next year. I'm telling you if you have not been, it is worth the drive and your time to go check them out! read more
What a special treat! Stopped with my family and couldn't have been happier! The service is great and the decor is cozy! We went mid afternoon during the week so it wasn't busy at all! We ordered the Melt n Dip Crepe which was amazing! It's filled with an array of fruit that includes, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, and kiwi! And then of course covered in delicious decadent chocolate! The fruit was extremely fresh and paired with the chocolate was so yummy! The crepe was nice and light not heavy at all! So excited to come back here and try some other things!! read more
Holy decadence!. We saw these all over social media and knew we had to try. We went on a rainy day so the line wasn't very long, thank goodness. I totally see how the line could get incredibly long. We waited about 20 minutes. The line isn't where the wait is... it's just the start. We got our crepe pretty quickly, within ten or so minutes. It was decadent, delicious. I was actually overwhelmed with how much rich chocolate was in it. I'd get again immediately. We saw a huge line at the counter - I'm assuming they were all for the Dubai cups. We finished our crepe and waited about 15 more minutes and the cup never came. We finally tracked a waiter down to get one for us. They seemed overwhelmed. I'll be back! read more
This place is so cute, quick service and worth the experience! The staff is nice and it's a clean environment. Good dessert place for sure! I've been here twice and the first time there were lots of open tables and no wait but the second time the line wrapped around the store! I don't know if it was because of the Dubai strawberries or because it was Valentine's Day but it was still worth it! I ammmm a sweets person though and at times this was too much chocolate, even for me. So personally, I'd probably do ice cream next time but it was still good! read more

Came back with my husband this time, but unfortunately, the line was still out the door. If the novelty of this place doesn't wear off, they might need to expand to a second location or rethink their ordering process--you end up waiting longer to order than to get your food. This time, we split the brownie crepe. It was definitely big enough for two, and we even had some left to take home. In hindsight, I wish we had gone with something that included fruit. The chocolate-on-chocolate was a bit too indulgent for my taste. I think even the Dubai crepe may have been a better choice since it offers more variety in flavors. That said, the crepes definitely felt like a better value for the price--perfect for splitting on a date night! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. A group of friends and I came in so excited to try this place out since it was so hyped up on instagram and it looked good on social media but we were so disappointed so fast. We first came in and the place looked nice I won't lie, but the service is terrible. We wanted to head to the bathroom before we ordered but we noticed that there was no toilet paper in ether bathroom. We told one of the employees nicely and she just said "ok I'll be back " We were waiting for her for 20 minutes thinking she would come back but never did. After that we tried to forget about that incident cause she could have "forgotten" so we ordered like normal. While ordering the person had an annoyed attitude since we took an extra minute deciding, even though there was no one behind us.The food is extremely overpriced for the amount we get and for the taste. Does not look like what was being promoted. Honestly I don't think I'd ever come back. read more

The desserts are super good but sometimes the employees are racist and pick and choose who they like the most to get served first which is annoying but there's nothing you can do but either way their Dubai cup is good read more

The menu had so many options. It was very difficult to choose. I decided on the Dubai chocolate crepe. Was impressed with how quickly it was prepared. I would definitely recommend sharing. I could only eat half and I have a huge sweet tooth. I also got an espresso which was delicious. I wasn't expecting there to be so much seating. It had more of a lounge feel than a cafe. If you love dessert, this place is a must! read more

This is one of those places I'm struggling to rate I'm giving it a three but it could be a 4. Upon entering I noticed the amount of tables full of dirty dishes this was extremely off putting. The menu is large I'd advise checking it out online so you have an idea of what to order. I came for the fondue which you can order for one or multiple people. I ordered the fondue for one. It's 16 dollars let's keep that in mind. My friend ordered the red velvet fettuccine. I tried the gelato and it was delicious they have a lot of flavors and they were all so good. We were given a number and found an empty table. There was a significant wait but we didn't mind it took about 15 minutes to get our dessert. I laughed when mine was placed on the table. For 16 dollars I received a quarter of a banana, two sliced strawberries, a sliver of pineapple and a few negligible pieces of marshmallows and brownies. The pictures are extremely deceptive My friend enjoyed their red velvet fettuccine said it isn't something you'd eat often due to the sweetness but really good for an occasional treat. The prices are high but I do think for certain dishes it's worth it. I just wouldn't recommend someone order what I did. read more
Wow, what a spot! You'll be stunned by the giant chocolate fountains on the counter and the drool worthy images of treats circulating on screen. I hear it's packed on weekends, but it wasn't too bad on a week night. The service at the counter was great and made good suggestions (since it's so heard to choose). The crepe itself was STUNNING. Super rich and decadent. The price was also rich, so this is definitely a special treat spot. When you've got something to celebrate, come here! read more
I stopped by Melt N Dip because I wanted to try the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. I walked in and was honestly shocked the inside looked the way it did. I wasn't expecting it to look so elevated and have lots of seating. I had to wait in line for a little bit it moved by fast. When I got to the cash register to order, I had mentioned how good the ice cream looked and they offered to let me taste some flavors. I decided I would get the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and save the ice cream for a different day (the Twix sample was delicious). I would highly recommend trying this! This isn't too sweet but it's definitely a lot. I thought the prices were a bit on the higher end up worth it for the amount of sweets one gets. I'd love to go back and try other stuff! read more
Such a fun and delicious concept! We got the crepe, fruit bowl, and pistachio waffle. Everything was so good and the chocolate is really good. The best so far was the pistachio waffle. There's plenty of seating on the inside and the bathrooms were clean. read more

I've been wanting to try this place and got my opportunity today. The place opens at 1pm and we got there around 1:30. It quickly started getting crowded and that can make parking tricky. I shared the Dubai cup and let me tell you are a chocolate lover you are going to love this. Actually 3 people can eat off of it. They have ice cream, waffles, crepes etc... down side there are items are expensive. read more

Wow was this overpriced. These two items + 15% tip led to me paying ~$40.00. Yikes. Definitely not worth it. It seemed like a lively/chill hangout spot but way too expensive to justify going back (unless you're planning on splitting with multiple people!). Oof. read more

I'm torn. I loved the ambiance of the space. It felt like a cool place to hang out. When I tell you, I was shocked by the prices. We spent almost $50 just on dessert . It felt like we were paying for more of the "experience" versus the quality of food. And honestly, I don't think the price was worth what we got. I personally thought the flavors were all one note. Of course my kids loved it- chocolate on chocolate on chocolate LOL I would try melt n dip again. But I'm not in a hurry to come back. Prices don't match the flavors read more
