So exciting that Paris Baguette finally arrived in Indiana! I had only been to their location in Brooklyn and I found this one spacier and cleaner. Unfortunately they were out of the baguettes which I wanted to try. Hopefully next time I can grab one. They had many kinds of pastries and I tried a sweet potato pastry and a danish with cheese and some kind of berries I cannot remember. They were both great, but overall pricy. Considering there are other bakeries where I can get similar items for half the price, this won't be my go-to bakery but I'd love to treat myself once in a while! Overall an average experience. They have a lot of great pastry options which I liked but thought the Almond Croissant was okay but have had better. As for the coffee, they were out of vanilla syrup which when you only have a few flavors seems a bit odd. No problem, wife tried the Hazelnut. I had a Mocha. The issue was more in how long it took. My wife's iced Hazelnut latte was out fairly quickly but then it was taking a while on my hot coffee. Then we saw several people who came after us get their drinks but all were iced drinks. I saw others go up and ask about their drinks as well. I finally had to go up as well. It was as if they forgot to print the drink tickets for the hot beverage. No problem, finally got my drink and it was okay but again average. The place was quite busy with people coming and going but not sure this is one I'd come back to with all the other options nearby. Sorta set up like a Mexican bakery. You walk in and get a tray and tongs and pick out the items you want. We got 4 different pastries in the cases and we got a slice of cake each from the case up front. We don't do coffee but they do have tea. The slices of cake were good. We ate the pastry when we got home. The donut I got was amazing. The cronut was way too greasy. Pan o chocolate was good. Other item not eaten yet. I realized the place is way too small for any of the food to actually be make in house. So it is all pre make and shipped most likely flash frozen to each location. It was a beautiful Saturday morning, and my wife wanted coffee. She suggested we try the new place in Carmel, Paris Baguette. I am so glad we did! The coffee was great, and the croissants were flawless, offering light, flaky, buttery perfection. It's the kind of food that stays with you. Honestly, this place is dangerously close to home, and my wallet is going to suffer for it. There is so much more to try here. The cases were packed with delicious food, and despite being busy, the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to serve their guests. As the sign in the lobby prominently states, "Happy to see you. Happier to serve you." The team completely lives up to that promise based on our visit. Note on Food Allergies: If you read my reviews, you know I usually adjust stars based on how allergy-friendly a place is. Because of the opening-week rush, I didn't get a chance to dive into that conversation with a manager. However, the food, decor, and exceptional service earned a well-deserved 5 stars today. Listen: You need to get the almond croissant, and you need to ask for it toasted. Otherwise, don't even bother. A toasted almond croissant from Paris Baguette is a sublime thing, indeed. Almond croissants are my litmus test for any bakery, and I'm happy to say that this bakery, the first Paris Baguette in Indiana, exceeded my expectations and passed the test with flying colors. I got a Nutella croissant, as well, for a Nutella lover in my life. He is used to eating Nutella for breakfast almost every day, so he knows his Nutella. He said the Nutella croissant was "Mmmmm!" and allowed me to have a little taste. And I agree: Mmmmm! It didn't even need to be warmed up, either. I visited Paris Baguette hungry for lunch, so I also got a chicken salad sandwich. The sandwiches and other savory foods are of the grab-and-go variety. My chicken salad sandwich was already prepared and waiting in a refrigerated case. It was very good, for a packaged sandwich! Big chunks of chicken, studded with nuts, with fresh lettuce on a whole wheat bread. You can ask for anything toasted, so go ahead and do that, if you want. You'll want to ask for the savory pastries to be warmed up, like the Hash Brown Bread with Ham and Cheese. The coffee here is very good, and gets better as it cools down, which is a rarity. Paris Baguette brews Lavazza coffee. There are maybe a dozen tables in Paris Baguette, plus a couple of tables outside on the patio. I don't know why I was so surprised to see people lingering and wanting to dine in. This is the kind of bakery where you can get something to go quickly, but it's also a great place to stay for a while and enjoy a nice pastry and a cup of coffee. read more

Ever since I discovered Paris Baguette, I knew it would be both a little dangerous and packed with options--and it definitely delivered. I was so indecisive because everything looked incredible! I ended up going with the Nutella Iced Latte and the Strawberry Nutella Waffle, and both were absolutely delicious--loaded with that rich Nutella flavor. Was so excited to find out we were getting a Paris Baguette. So when I found out it was finally open, I made it a priority to try it. I was worried about how busy it would be so I placed an online order. It was very convenient. It was also nice to see what kind of pastries, etc they had available. When I arrive there wasnt anyone in line but there were several people seated. There were so many pastries and cakes on display. Everything looked amazing! The pick up process was so easy. I got the chocolate supreme croissant. It was filled with chocolate mousse. The chocolate on top was delicious and the mousse was a nice surprise. I do wish there was more chocolate on the croissant. I'm so happy Paris Baguette opened near me! My daughter and I went there on opening day and it was very clean. The staff were friendly and greeted us. We got a few pastries from the case which included the mochi donuts and a Nutella croissant. I ordered a cold brew as well. It was well organized given it was their grand opening. Finally had the chance to checkout the Paris Baguette and I was not disappointed! The minute I walked in I was immediately greeted with a variety of pastries to choose from. I also liked the fact that there was plenty of seating inside. Unfortunately I already had a big lunch and only came in for a sweet drink! I quickly went up to the counter to scan the menu and was trying to decide what to pick. I was taking some time but the cashier (Pressy) was so patient as she gave me recommendations. Pressy mentioned an iced blueberry matcha latte and I decided on that. Now let's get to the drink because it was perfection. Right balance of matcha without it being too overpowering and the tartness of the blueberry was great! Overall great experience and service. Friendly service although not yet fully trained for grand opening week so please offer them grace. Take a tray, line the tray with paper, grab a pair of tongs, and snatch up your heart's desires. So excited that a Paris Baguette is finally in Indiana! We went the weekend they opened and love that they were open until 9pm on a Saturday. We went later in the evening, and they still had a lot of pastries left. They had a variety of baked goods, sandwiches, and drinks. Highly recommend the Cronut and matcha latte. Paris baguette is a chain but if you love French pastries it's definitely worth a visit. For the amount of business they get I think they honestly could've gotten a larger space. It fills up quickly and because they have so many options it's tight. There are so many options but I decided to try something savory and something sweet. The cereal milk donut was so good. I've thought about it more than I'd like to admit. Typically cream filled donuts are too sweet. This donut was absolutely perfect and the cereal on top was fresh. The curry croquet was delicious I had them warm it up and I believe it's better that way. My friend enjoyed her croissant. Not pictured a latte, which I also enjoyed. There was one employee who wasn't friendly at all. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but she had her hair in a ponytail. When I asked if I could apply my rewards, she looked annoyed, turned the POS screen toward me, and had me enter the rewards myself without saying anything. also she seemed much friendlier to other White customers, smiling and chatting with them, but she never treated me the same way. The new Paris baguette opened in Carmel. We had high hopes for the place and were looking forward to trying some of the pastries. We got almond croissant and almond pastry and took them home to try. They were not fresh and dry. The almond flavor was almost non existent. I have had better almond croissants in other places and it is quite disappointing for the price you pay for the pastry how sub par they were. I have to say their service was good and attentive when checking out. I did see some people sitting there and enjoying the ambiance. But again I had more hopes for the place.
