First thing you notice is the beautifully displayed donuts! Also this place is always squeaky clean! The people in the store are also very nice and attentive. We generally always get drinks from here and honestly they might have the best boba tea in town compared to harmony and yujo. Fruit teas with differing flavors and popping boba is my favorite pick - the base tea is either a black or jasmine tea but it's a perfect ratio of tea to fruit flavor. We have tried their taro milk tea, Thai tea and brown sugar tea and they have all been a hit. Their sugar levels and ice adjustment in drinks is always done as asked for. We have enjoyed their donuts as well. Overall one of our favorite spots. read more

I love Pana Donuts, and this location is great. They always have my favorites available when I stop in. Today I was here with three friends, it was the first visit for one of them. We all ordered donuts and various fruit drinks with boba. Even though it was a very busy Saturday morning the donut case was full and service was fast and friendly. There were tables available and all were clean. We all enjoyed our donuts and drinks. There were two larger vehicles parked just outside the entrance, which meant customers had to squeeze by to get in the door. I'm not sure why parking is allowed there as it is an inconvenience for customers walking in or out. read more

So many colorful donuts! I love Pana donuts and this was my first visit to this location in Carmel. There were lots of sweet options late in the morning. Prices are really reasonable at $1.53 per donut. The cafe area has plenty of small tables plus a sitting area. An early Christmas tree with lights stands between tables. I had a sour dough glaze donut, which I swore I was only going to eat half. But I ate the whole thing. The donut was light and sweet. My husband had the red velvet donut, which the clerk told him was a popular choice. He complained because the donut was a tad dry. The entrance is a little wonky. They have a covered portico indirectly in front of the entrance where cars can park to get quick pick-up. So if you want to go in, you have to maneuver around cars that have their engines running. It doesn't seem very safe, but I guess it's convenient for people in a hurry. read more

Surprisingly I told myself before going in I am only buying one raspberry filled donut even though these donuts are very addicting. As I walked in I was greeted and customer service was great. The prices are very reasonable and it is space in the store to where you can sit down to enjoy your items. This location has a lot of space for seating. I stopped in for a quick treat after my daughter's karate graduation. All I can say is they've earned their 4.9 rating. The donuts were fresh and still warm. I chose a bear claw which is yeast donut with apple pie filling inside it and they cut the side of the do it before frying to math it look like toes. My daughter got a powdered donut and she said it was two thumbs up. It's an old bank turned into a donut shop....your think that would be weird. It they did a great job with the interior. It's clean and inviting. Service was super fast and they are helpful if you don't know the menu. I'll be back to try new donuts and a drink. read more

But wouldn't you know, Pana was offering a free donut with every purchase! So I took that as a sign that the universe wanted me to also eat a glazed old fashioned. I really tried to eat just one donut, but the donuts ... they are yearning to be eaten. Pana Donuts is the only place I get donuts in Indy. I come from the Donut Capital of the U.S. (aka Southern California), where there are more independent donut shops per person than anywhere else in the country. I'm used to excellent donuts. Most of these donut shops are owned by Cambodian families, and guess what: Pana is owned by a Cambodian family! The Cambodian donut tradition lives on in Indianapolis. The donuts at Pana are the real thing: soft, fresh, perfectly frosted/glazed, not too sweet, and simple. My favorite go-to donut from Pana is always the glazed twist -- this is the place to get a yeasted donut. But others in my family like the strawberry frosted with sprinkles, the raspberry jam-filled, and the Boston cream donut. I've never had a less than perfect donut from Pana, so you can't go wrong no matter what you choose. read more

Saw that this was finally opened and decided to go try them out. I remember when this place used to be a drive up dry cleaner so it's obvious that the parking lot it's still set up unusually. The interior is clean and spacious and you can't really tell that this place was anything other than a doughnut shop. I ordered a regular glazed, an apple fritter, and an old fashioned doughnut along with a latte. The staff was extremely friendly and answered my questions when I asked what was popular. The service was lightning fast, especially on a Saturday morning! Each time I read an item off my list, the young man was already waiting for my next item. The donuts are pillowy soft, although a couple of them had a slight oily aftertaste, but not enough to drop a star. I was so happy to learn that Pana Donuts opened up a new location in Carmel. They have fantastic donuts and the boba tea is amazing! I stopped by the location on my way home from the dentist, because I wanted a treat for myself. This location is bigger than the W 86th St location, and has more space for seating. It is very clean and decorative with pictures of donuts and boba tea. The nice young woman greeted me with a smile when I went up to the counter to place my order for a couple donuts. I picked up a bear Claw and a buttermilk donut, my personal favorite. She cashed me out and thanked me for coming in today. I told her I loved the donuts, and she thanked me with another great smile! This is why I enjoy Pana Donuts! Not only are their donuts amazing and incredible, but the service is wonderful as well. Thank God Carmel has a Pana Donuts location, because now they will start to get busier than ever being in a good location right next to Niemann Harvest Market.
