I got a scoop of their rosewater pistachio brittle (a rotating flavor, thank goodness) and it was quite literally perfect. The rosewater flavor was forward and had a hint of pistachio. I'm not sure where the "brittle" element comes in / if it was supposed to have a 'crunch' factor but it was perfect anyways. I also appreciated the lack of food coloring (nothing cringes me out more than artificially colored ice cream). After eating a fish sandwich from J's Lobster right next to it, my wife had to try the Lick Ice Cream vendor. Her first impression was they had some really different and unique ice cream flavors. One was called Earl Grey and another was called Cedar and Whiskey. She is not the adventurous type so she opted for her usual favorite, Mint Chocolate Chip. One small dip was $3.50 and she had them serve it up in a waffle cone which added only 25 cents extra. She thought the ice cream was as good as she has ever had, rich and creamy, of a good quality and fresh. It may not be the cheapest ice cream cone but was worth the splurge.
