I have been to this location multiple times and each time I come here I receive some great customer service. They are pretty quick and don't mess up your order. I had wanted a smoothie the last time I went and I changed something at the last minute and the employee was very understanding. The prices are reasonable but it also just depends on what you get. I wasn't a huge fan of the smoothie I had got. I know when I go back here I want to just stick to the milkshakes and ice cream. I love the cheesecake ice cream. There is a small eating area and they have a bathroom inside. The bathroom was clean when I went to utilize it. read more

Cold Stones are usually a lower tier for me as I tend to find they're poorly staffed and managed. This location was fairly average as far Cold Stone goes. They goofed our order a little, even though it was simple. But that's to be expected. The counter staff were friendly enough but not very attentive. The store was clean enough, but not impressive. The ice dream was good. It's ok. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

I order the new pretzel perfection and they made an Oreo overload. I also ordered a cone but they gave me a bowl.

3 stars. It's cold stone. Yep, it's a chain and pretty much the same everywhere. Try the milkshakes! Get a large...you'll be glad you did. Totally worth the calories. I only wish they'd fill it to the top! They have tables inside and out. From a sustainability standpoint, this place lost a star for serving their delicious frozen treat in styrofoam bowls. Not only is that likely in violation of their franchise agreement, it takes away from my enjoyment. Please restock your branded cups! Lost another star for lack of personality and customer service. My friend and I frequent this joint because they are open later than most. Usually the same two ladies there and they seldom greet us or say anything beyond asking for our order. Kinda meh, right? And the waffle bowls sometimes lack the crispy texture we desire. They are sometimes "bendable" and "chewy" which neither of us like. Totally doable ice cream spot and yep, we'll be back. It'd be great if you'd Smile and ask us how our evening is going! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Coffee ice cream with Oreo mix-in...yummy! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

PLEASE READ There was a young girl and boy behind the counter, terrible service and ambience, barely any acknowledgment from her whilst ordering. I ordered two "Gotta have it's" she skimmed both batches (they were barely full & without a cap), the total for the whole order was $19 with additional mix ins. She was visibly upset and staring down all the new customers as they walked in, by the way she did NOT greet any of them. There were about 10 people in line and she was visibly becoming more upset. When our second batch was ready she slammed it down on the ready counter. She did this to absolutely everyone. Also her hair was loose, she did not have on a hair net/hat or gloves. Her and the other worker (who seemed to be her brother or other relative) also started arguing behind the counter. If your looking to take your family or friend to this location DO NOT DO IT. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to enjoy your time and get your moneys worth. I certainly will NEVER go back. read more

Talk about RUDE customer service!! Walked in about 10/15 minutes before closing and was told by the older Asian lady (possibly the owner) that they were about to close. Yes, it was close to closing but you aren't closed yet. It's ice cream for goodness sake, there's not a lot of prep. After getting the ice cream she says, "Next time come earlier." Is she seriously telling customers how they should shop at her business?!?! Do NOT give your business to this rude woman! read more

I took one of my clients to this location because it's the closest and we had really been craving some quality ice cream. We were enjoying our orders when I found a long piece of hair in my ice cream. Thank GOD I didn't eat it. I returned to the store hoping to be completely accommodated for my inconvenience and truly, disgust. I asked to have my money refunded to me and for my order to be remade, since I came expecting amazing ice cream. I also asked for the employee to wear a hair net since her hair, so easily, fell into my cone. They refused to consider hair nets and they told me I needed to choose either a refund or a new cone. I just got a refund because I was absolutely not going to risk almost eating more hair. I will NEVER return to this location ever again. read more

We have been cooped up in the house for 4 weeks and I decided we needed a sweet treat. I haven't had Cold Stone in years and it tasted exactly how I remember. I devoured my cheesecake ice cream with all of the Fixins. Great customer service with ice cream you can't beat! It's set up to take your order in a safe way because of COVID-19. We felt safer being inside to pick up and go. read more

I have been to a few Coldstone locations, and so far this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and they do not skimp on the mix-ins! Favorite creation so far: Mud Pie Mojo -- coffee ice cream with oreos, a heaping spoonful of peanut butter, crushed almonds, and fudge. Get it in the waffle bowl for an extra treat. Of note, my husband is allergic to milk. The staff here are all very kind in trying to accomodate him...it is just that the best part about Coldstone is the mix-ins which are lost on him when he can only have one of their dairy-free sorbets. I wish it was a little cheaper and better for my waist-line...but I WILL be back! read more

Two words: banana icecream. It is not a common favor available at local icecream shops. This particular Coldstone location always has banana flavor available and it is worth ever calorie. It is my opinion that it is a huge omission and oversight not to carry banana flavor icecream. The banana icecream is a right balance of flavor. It is not overwhelming banana. I also like their coffee flavor icecream as well. Coffee and banana makes a good combination. The staff is friendly and helpful even when the line is out the door and wrapping around the building. Samples of the icecream is free and encouraged. I tend to try whatever is the seasonal or new flavor. The serving portions are generous. I typical get the small and it is always enough to satify my craving. The guy in front of me shared that they have excellent milkshakes. I've never tried but his recommendation was convincing. Indulge your guilty pleasure this summer and give this place your business. read more

This specific Coldstone Creamery has made ordering special occasion ice cream cakes a COOL BREEZE! I place my orders over the phone and my sister picks them up. I've order from here a few times now and always have yummy results. Word of caution: If ordering over the phone, you want to spell out every letter that will be written on the cake. There is a language barrier with some representatives; however, I give extra credit for the lady because she called me back when she was not quite sure of the spelling. read more

Great customer service, always consistent with the variety of flavors, ice creams are creamy and delish!

I cannot have dairy , so I avoid ice cream places for obvious reasons. I passed Cold Stone and decided to stick my head in. Asked about non.dairy and they had some. Then Tara offered me a taste of LEMON DELIGHT. It was delightful It was flavorful and I forgot that I could not have ice cream, temporarily. #worththetastetest read more

Cold Stone Creamery - The is nothing left....delicious - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

I really love cold stone creamery it's just this store and the people at the counter. I have been there 2 times and the ladies at the counter both were rude and kept on rushing my order. Didn't have any patience to listen to full order. When I asked for topping for my kids icecream they gave me a frustrated look like I had asked for what !! They both kept giving me look and kept talking to each other in ears like high school mean girls !! Dude you guys really need a lesson or two in how to respect your customers and if you are worked up take a break but don't behave like teenage girls on periods !! I hope the owner takes this seriously as it's happening second time ! I don't think I am ever gonna come to this store ! read more

This location closed over an hour early with just a cash only sign in the front, there system is down constantly. Mannn I just wants some ice cream read more

After a late night dinner this was the perfect stop for a quick desert and they are opened until 10:30pm on weekends!!! The hardest thing is figuring out which delicious concoction you want them to make on their 16 degrees counter! It's all yummy you can't go wrong. Always happy staff to help you decide! read more

They put in peanut butter cups which I did not order, and I corrected her and she insisted I had ordered it and refused to correct the order or refund my money Why would I order something I don't like eating? Who knows! For the record, I didn't have a complicated order. I asked for one mix-in, caramel. On the other hand, my boyfriend ended up getting two portions of ice cream, so he would probably rate 5 stars. read more

Stopped in on a rainy day for a quick treat. Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and quick. Lots of flavors to choose and lots of toppings! I am a loyal customer (probably should not be eating as much ice cream as I do) and birthday cake remix addict. However, I am very upset following my recent visit. I arrived 20 minutes before close and stood outside in line the whole time. Was also told by someone during our wait they would 'try to get us in as quickly as possible.' They took in a couple more customers at 9:30p and then at 9:32p came out and let us know they were closed and couldn't serve the rest of us. I understand not letting anyone else jump in line after 9:30p, but for those of us who had been outside waiting well before close? Verrry frustrating. In other news, the birthday cake remix is delicious. Unfortunately. read more

I know its a chain, but, the employees live here locally right? Everyone here is crazy about their ice cream. They have all tried everything they create and have created a few things of their own. Amazing place. only complaint is that we showed up at 9:29 (when the place doesn't close until 10) and the door was locked and the two teenage girl workers would not open the door or provide service. very disappointing and rude. unprofessional. read more

Can't go wrong with Cold Stone. However, we arrived at 10:05 pm, the open sign was on, the hours clearly said closes at 10:30, and the doors were locked. I would rate this place 3 and a half. Service is fairly solid. Lots of menu options. It's just soooo expensive compared to local spots, but I like the come here every once in awhile when I feel like treating myself. You can find coupons monthly in the mail. If I could give less than 1 Star I would! Take my word on it. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Ice cream is amazing!! Most definitely. HOWEVER, it is the people who portray the company at the end of the day. And it's the coworkers at this particular location, that is completely disoriented. Especially the owner! I had received the incorrect order. It happens, no big deal. But when I had tried to get the correct order, a coworker then gave me her OWNERS CELL PHONE number, at which then I had to call her, basically to reniform the same shit, and all over again. As if that is not annoying already; when I had politely told her that I would like to get the correct type of ice cream, she then interrupted me. Like painfully over and over and over again. Like holy shit fuck I had to ask her countless numbers of times to let me talk just so I could answer her question!! In brief, the owner on the phone needed to "prove" and on the camera, that I had actually received the incorrect order... She then expressed how my situation... sounded completely uhh "sketchy" and argued with me. For a long long time. Possibly 20 or so. At this point? I'm livid, and I don't care anymore. I don't want any ice cream. I was more frustrated at the fact that she had accused me of making up stuff. I have never EVER dealt with such a rude person and while trying to get ice cream. Just the correct type was all. That was it. Not that deep. -------------------------------------------------- Critical tips below and only for the owner. 1. In the future. PLEASE, if you can't trust your employees, to handle situations regarding particular issues and related to maybe this one here for example? Then don't leave your store. Hello. Not that hard. That's on you. Clearly there is a very very large trust issue on your hands if they have to give your customers your CELL PHONE NUMBER to assess the mistake. 2. I shouldn't have to CALL YOU! And then to only get accused. 3. This one is critically essential for you; the owner! You REALLY should think.. k? And please, do think hard on how you went about this issue. Could you presume or even assume.. anyone would feel confident coming back after being talked to in that way? Yeah, no. Exactly. Definitely not. Think about that. 4. Don't discourage your team, empower them. If you are not at your location for what ever reason, just schedule someone who can be to assist customers or mistakes accordingly. That's it. It isn't that hard. Plus? This isn't a freaking flee market woman. Your coworkers should not have to give YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER out and to customers to then call to discuss any related mistakes, misunderstandings or just any given issue that may come up. Hello. That's shitty, and just overall an unethical way to run and resolve things. 5. Grow up. I say this only due to how you spoke to me on the phone. I don't and shouldn't have to wait for you to check into your shit cameras. That's ridiculous. Like for real. Get a life. Bitch. read more

The ice cream is definitely good. However the employees did not wash their hands after handling money when going guest to guest. I am surprised they are not wearing gloves. The other issue was the one main worker used her hand to unstick the ice cream from the scooper. And when I mentioned that was probably not appropriate it was completely dismiss read more
