Service definitely isn't why I give this place 3 stars. Service was spot on. I personally base this off if cost is worth it. I personally think that you aren't given a big enough cinnamon roll to justify. I may be spoiled by the size of Cinnabon thought. I will give them that the taste was good and the toppings were generous. Atmosphere-wise...it's cute...but, I will there were a couple safe style tables and chairs to sit in...either outside or inside...I say this, as I am a person that if I'm going out to enjoy a food item, I want yo be immersed into the place while I eat my food...not be forced to face to either eat it in my car or go home or someplace else enjoy. Apparently this was a Shark Tank pitch?? Sold. What could be wrong about a place that just serves cinnamon rolls. It smells amazing inside when you walk in and they have a display of all the amazing options. They did let us know it would be about 8 minutes for our order, but it's well worth the wait. I have been a Cinnaholic fan since the 2010 Berkeley location with it's line out the door and around the corner. I've visited multiple locations since they've expanded, and I understand that as franchises go, sometimes things will not be what they used to be. That being said, I'm happy for the owner of the Cinnaholic brand and all that she accomplished. This new franchise is located about 30 minutes outside of Indianapolis proper, in a cute little outdoor mall area. It was easy to find as its right off of a roundabout (across from the Red Robin). Both this and the Carmel location are the smallest Cinnaholics I've ever seen. No restrooms to wash your hands, no seating, and no free water stations to wash down your sweets. The employees were very nice though. Presentation- The presentation of both the displays and the actual rolls was lacking. The display case had no signage so you couldn't tell which roll was what. The rolls in the display case and my Monster roll were nowhere near the beautiful rolls that Cinnaholic are known for making (See the stock photos they used on this Yelp listing from their franchisee marketing package. THAT is what they are supposed to look like.) Taste - The rolls were fresh but just did not taste the same. I had the Cookie Monster Roll in Gilbert, AZ and baby it was the business! This one... not so much. It was more of a cookie minion. You know it was sad if I didn't even take a picture. It's supposed to be a big, buttery, melt in your mouth mound of sweet delight, rich with the cream cheese frosting, a heaping of cookie dough and chocolate sauce toppings. I barely tasted any cookie dough or cream cheese frosting. The roll, although very fresh, sadly wasn't that buttery melt in your mouth roll that I've loved for 13 years. For the road- DD wanted Cinnadoodle cookies and the lemon-berry cake. It's served as a coffee cake in Chicago, but as a muffin here. I also grabbed some take n bake cookie dough. Haven't yet tried the aforementioned items, so I'll update if there are any issues. I got a roll to go and asked for the frosting and toppings on the side. I'm hella peeved by that lil dab of caramel sauce. I understand that they've just opened and are likely going through those new business snafus and learning curves. I say give them a couple of months and hopefully they'll get it together and do great. In the meantime, I encourage this location's owner to visit some of the older locations as a refresher on how the rolls should taste. read more

I participated in their grand opening special so I bought a $2 caramel apple pie donut (reg. $8.50) with crème brulee frosting instead of more rich caramel frosting. Healthy vegan baked goods. I spoke with the helpful, nice owners. I believe they will be successful, and it is a great location even with Homemade Ice Cream and Bakery Cafe around the corner. read more

Cinnamon rolls may be my favorite food group and these do not disappoint. Tried out the caramel biscoff cinnamon roll with crunch cookies and pie topping. First time trying something different than the original frosting. Although I do love the carmel I think the original is always best. The carmel frosting was a bit on the runnier side. read more

This was my first time trying Cinnaholic and boy did it not disappoint! The cinnamon roll was huge and warm and delicious!! It's pretty small inside so you just walk right up to the counter and you can either try one of their already curated cinnamon rolls or build your own! We went the route of building our own so we got maple icing with sprinkles. I thought it tasted pretty fresh and the cinnamon roll itself was so flavorful and I loved the texture of it. Was craving a cinnamon roll ( well I wanted Cinnabon, but none close to us) It was ok . Didn't really scratch that itch I had just the classic cinnamon roll and my son had the cookie dough. My roll was kinda dry like it sat to long and my son after one bite refused to eat his ,he's autistic so I thought maybe it's the Texture but no, I tried it thinking I would eat it since he didn't want it. Food looked amazing and was delicious! Had never been before and was very satisfied. The service was very prompt and professional.

The overall place was very clean and nice, but it was the service and food. I got a scoop of cookie dough with chocolate frosting and Oreos. There was almost more frosting than cookie dough and overall it wasn't super great. We got some cinnamon bites with crème brûlée frosting and the bites were a little undercooked and the frosting is not really crème brûlée at all. For the service part, there was only one worker and she was very nice, but I do not think she understood english that well. We asked her for the Biscoff pie and we got a cinnamon roll with some crumbles of something else on it. When we asked for the crème brûlée frosting it took a minute or two for her to know what we were talking about. The cinnamon roll was not bad though. We asked for coffee and she said you guys do not serve coffee when it was in the picture and on the menu. I also read a response from a worker to another review saying it was damaging and to consider that before writing a review, but after all, the whole point of reviews is that things get fixed and people become aware. First time visiting today and we tried an Old School and aVery Berry cinnamon roll and pumpkin bread. They definitely didn't look like the pictures, there was maybe a tablespoon of icing on each which wasn't enough to cover the cinnamon roll. There also wasn't much cinnamon filling inside. I couldn't taste the cinnamon or anything else over the butter. The pumpkin bread was okay but nothing to special. We will go back to Rise n Roll in Fishers where we can get made from scratch cinnamon rolls and pumpkin bread that's delicious every time and less expensive! read more
