My new go-to donut spot!! We stopped by on national donut day, of course and we were not disappointed. The owner of the shop was so friendly and walked us through the flavors and also let us know we missed out on some others that had sold out. (Which just means I will have to return to try those ones) The donuts are heavenly - perfectly light and somehow dense at the same time. Yeast donuts are my favorite and I was blown away by how Fluffy Bake Shop managed to make my favorite yeast glazed donut to date (and I've been to the donut festivals in Chicago)! Was up early this weekend and thought I'd try a new spot out. So glad I drove over here to Fluff. Their doughnuts are amazingly soft and delicious are very affordable prices. Washed it down with a Black Cold Brew which also had some great flavor to it. The inside dining does get very loud, but its because they get slammed fast after opening. Line is like 7 people deep and all the tables filled up shortly after I arrived. Great spot and I look forward to going again read more

My husband and I tried Fluff Bake Shop on Sunday around 1030. They still had a lot of variety left but they were sold out of 2 donut types. So make sure you get there early to ensure all your faves are there. Great place for bunny lovers. There is plenty of seating and the staff were very friendly. We tried the blueberry cake, maple iced and chocolate yeast. My favorites were blueberry cake and maple iced. The coffee was yummy and very sweet so keep that in mind if you don't love a sugary coffee! read more

Oh my goodness...Let me just say everything I ate from Fluff Bake Shop was delicious!! They have the most unique doughnuts!! All of which were absolutely scrumptious!! My absolute favorites are the cherry cobbler doughnut and the Boston cream pie doughnut The girls behind the counter were so helpful and super hospitable. Fluff is a problem. BIG problem. HUGE problem. Walking in and realizing that they know people's names when they walk in the door, I gather they're either super friendly, or incredibly addictive. As I was leaving, I surmised it's both. Came in for the doughnuts, left with looking at my calendar and figuring out when I'll be back. Let's start with the doughnuts- shareable if you're willing. I pretended to be willing, but let's face it, we all know better. Picked up a cake doughnut (didn't make it home- damn, SO GOOD.) Light, not overly sweet, and perfect slight crisp on edges.) Had to get a plain 'ol yeast doughnut, you know, just to compare.... it's up there with the best. Cinnamon roll- that one I DID share. Had to. It's huge! Delightful dough, perfect hint of cinnamon & sugar. Could totally plate these for guests at home and they'd think I baked them myself. Wait, if someone's staying at my house the probably know I'm not a baker (too many rules) and will call me on my bluff. :) AND- the maple bacon doughnut. You had me at bacon. Just order it and say "thank you." Couldn't pass up an order of biscuits and gravy. Holy smokes, folks, sausage gravy LOADED with sausage! Seriously- I'm a bit of a B & G specialist (if I say so myself) and this one... THIS ONE is a keeper. Perfect (by perfect, I mean a LOT) amount of sausage, a hint of peppery spice, and that biscuit. SO FLUFFY! Huh- is that where they got their name? I've added a few pictures of their menu, the breakfast and lunch sandwiches look delish. I asked about them ingredients & they mentioned they use Boar Heads meats. I'll be hitting it up for my next northside breakfast or lunch meetings. I loved the bustle of Fluff. Customers seemed to know each other and were very quick to offer up their praises as well. It was difficult to decided what to order, because the customers kept saying "get 1 of everything!" Fluff's is a hidden gem on the east side of Noblesville that serves enormous donuts. The dining room is adorable with lots of plants and art by local artists. While I came for the donuts, they do serve a selection of breakfast and lunch items, as well. They are a full service bakery, and if you're lucky, you can watch them decorating donuts and cupcakes through a window. The Glazed and Boston Cream Pie donuts are their best sellers. I had the Glazed which was enormous. The donut was hearty and not overly sweet. My husband had the Maple/Bacon donut which was equally enormous. He managed to devour the donut within seconds. Shelves are filled with gift items and decor for sale. I loved the container gardens. The shop wasn't busy midweek, but I hear that weekends are SRO. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. Super lowkey spot but cozy environment. There were a few small tables and 1 big table to lounge around. Ordering process was easy and friendly. I ordered the lavender hazelnut latte but I'm not sure if I got the right drink because the color looks a little light. Or maybe it's just their roast. It tasted more like a London fog with a hint of lavender. It's more light and refreshing tasting rather than strong espresso taste. It seems like I should try their donuts in the future based on other reviews bc I do like the location since it's close to the library! read more

Popped in for the first time this past weekend and my spouse said it best- "these donuts are dangerously good." The old fashioned and the blueberry cake donuts were some of the best I've had. Even better though was the service. Who I believe was the owner greeted me and helped me choose and he was just so friendly and pleasant. My family and I stopped in on a Saturday, and this place was busy! They had a great selection of donuts, which look amazing and are displayed in the case for you to see. The store was charming inside. We decided to try a few donuts and some iced lattes. Everything was delicious! The donuts were fluffy, and not overly sweet. This was probably the cutest bakery and coffee shop I have ever been to. I was obsessed with the bunny decor and all the plants. All the donuts and baked goods looked delicious. Stopped here to try out the donuts, while my wife tried out the coffee. First, it is a very nice, clean shop. We were greeted immediately upon walking in, and the smell and looks of the pastries and donuts was amazing! I had such a hard time picking because all the specialties all looked SO good. In my first time at donuts shop, I always get a plain yeast just because I feel like you can tell a lot about a shop by that and their yeast glaze was so good. Very airy but with nice texture. I also kept looking at the cinnamon rolls and they looked great. I ended up getting a cinnamon twist as a mix of the cinnamon rolls and donuts. It was also very good, a little more dry than the glaze but the cinnamon taste was amazing but not over powering. Overall, I thought both options were great and can't wait to come back and try some of the more specialty, out of the ordinary type options! read more

Brought my daughter for her birthday this morning and he went out of his way to make us feel special. Everything tasted amazing- cannot recommend the maple glaze enough. It's extremely delicious! As we sat here, I realized, they make every customer feel like the most important one. The customer service is outstanding. Shop was very cute. Little bunnies everywhere. Staff were inviting and knowledgeable. I got the spicy piggy because they recommended it. Spicy piggy was very good! Bacon jelly was awesome. Bread was chewy and flavorful. Now, for the not so good part. Doughnuts were not spectacular. I was not impressed. Also, they were expensive... around $2.50 each. I got an Americano, and it didn't taste like one. It just tasted like extremely hot coffee. I had a cubano and it was delish! I also had an iced chai which was very good. I bought a half dozen donuts to go as well. There were only 2 working at the time and were quite busy, but managed to get the orders out very fast. Loved the plant wall which made the place homey. The decor was nice, not over done. My only problem was the huge, heavy tables that didn't move. IMO smaller, less obtrusive tables would be better. The donuts and pastries were the star of the show. Fluff is the new bakery in Noblesville that opened last week. They are in the space formerly occupied by Rebellion Donuts. The family-operated cafe has a clean, modern industrial vibe with a good amount of seating for a bakery with a walk-up counter. There were a variety of cake and yeast donuts along with sweet breads and rolls available. I tried the blueberry cake donut, raspberry lemon cake donut lemon cake donut,candy chocolate chip cookie. Of the baked goods, my favorite was the lemon donut. It wasn't too sweet with the light icing. The raspberry lemon donut is a lemon donut with sweet raspberry icing. It was just too sweet for me. I would describe the blueberry donut as the top part of a blueberry muffin topped with light icing. Blueberry is not personal favorite, but it's a popular flavor in our office. The chocolate chip cookie had good flavor, but I prefer a softer, chewy cookie. Another Noblesville bakery makes my favorite chocolate chip cookie and it's gluten free, so that's a pretty high bar to beat. Since I popped in at lunchtime, I decided to try the turkey sandwich. It had a robust, smoky flavor with a hint of sweetness from the bacon jam. Delicious. Fluff will definitely be in my rotation of Noblesville bakery/cafes! read more

Glazed yeast doughnuts are the vanilla ice-cream of the doughnut world. There's nothing to rave about or dislike. Someone brought in a box from Fluff into the office. Word got around quick how great these were and you'd better get one while you can. I was inspired to stop in and get another box of mixed a week later. They had kinds I'd never seen before and were immediately devoured. I can't tell you why these are the best doughnuts I've ever had they just are. They must understand the term "bliss point" it's when fat, sugar and salt are at a perfect ratio.
