The curse of being awake super early is that there aren't many places open for business this early. Starbucks is and so I was here from 5:30 until 7:30, sipping coffee, writing Yelp reviews and planning my drive across Indiana. First of all, when I went to order, the lady was goofing off and laughing, which is highly unprofessional. Then, when we got to the window, we received the completely wrong drink. My refresher was made with water instead of lemonade. When we corrected them, they were extremely offended and rude. I would strongly advise against visiting this location. read more

I love this location. The staff is always friendly, and they always offer my fur baby a pup cup, even on the days that I forget to ask. My drinks are made to perfection at least 90 percent of the time. The service is quick most of the time. read more

Nice relatively quiet hangout for the usual Starbucks fare. Coffee in my estimation is average. Tea is a little better although Chai Tea linguistically still makes no sense. Chai Latte is nice but you can save a few scheckels by just ordering chai and adding your own cream and sugar. You just give up the frothy part of the drink. And to me it's no big deal. If you do order a Chai Latte I'll warn you it's made very sweet so you might have them back off on the syrup or hold off completely and add your own sugar read more

There always seems to be an outrageous line within the drive thru. Understandable that this is out of their control, but would be nice if there was another Starbucks within the area. Aside from that, you're taking your chances ordering inside. You never know what kinda of service you're going to get. Manager is rude and negative to customers. Experienced it myself. I now drive out of my way to the Fishers Starbucks which is completely out of my way just so I can receive better customer service. read more

Love this Starbucks, order ahead online here very often - baristas are always very positive and double check to make sure they have your order right! They've even been positive when they're slammed busy with a wraparound line out to the street and I have my window down ready to receive my drink because I'm next in line and the person (who chose to go to Starbucks during rush hour, knowing both that yes, this is a busy location - half due to the location yes, but definitely half due to the stellar staff and the consistent accuracy of orders and that yes, because they are ACTUALLY COVID CONSCIOUS, the cafe is closed which VERY UNDERSTANDABLY slows things down - I'd rather wait an extra few minutes than go to a super spreader Starbucks!) And I can hear them being extremely verbally rude, when I pull up the barista is (somehow!!!) still very sweet and kind and very quick with my order. Not to mention, unlike many other places, EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW TO WEAR A MASK CORRECTLY! As in they wear their masks covering both their mouth and their nose! It's tough times. I'm a very patient person, and so when my drink wasn't made after 30 minutes (I ordered through the app), I asked a woman near the pick up station inside the store if she had a drink under my name. She replied with a short "Nope" and then went back to her work. I tried telling her my order was older than all the others that had been put out, but she seemingly ignored me. Whatever, fine, it was a bit busy. I then went to the counter and nicely asked where my drink was. The man said "Oh, we have to wait until you're here to pour cold brew, so they were just waiting." He then said he'd get it for me now. But I had just told her my name and that I'd been waiting.... This was the rudest experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. No apology from either person, and no follow-up initially when my drink was missing. I've had many friends who work at Starbucks...they'd never act like the first woman. I'm sure it wasn't personal, but it would be nice if they were a bit more polite. Two stars because the drink was made well. I will go to Starbucks again, but not this location. read more

Ordered via my Starbucks app when I just a couple of minutes out and my order was piping hot and ready when I got there. I will say that this place was extremely busy for a Tuesday morning (around 9:30) and the store is just too small to accommodate rushes because I could barely get through to the pick up spot. The drive through was packed and a line both at the register and pick up spot. They must prioritize mobile orders because, again, my order was ready when I got there, but not sure about the pace for in-store orders with how packed it was. Overall, a good experience and decent location, but they may need more baristas during morning rushes. read more

Granted, the location is inconvenient and the store is too small, but the people are good and the manager seems to run a tight ship. Mark (regular morning guy) has a great attitude. He's part of the morning pick-me-up. Every other employee interaction I've had has also been positive. Store is always clean and organized. As I said, the only drawback is location and size/layout. I had a really pleasant transaction at this Starbucks today. The really nice person at the window, Tyler- I think, was really nice. When he realized my glass was messy he made sure to give me an extra cup to put over my other cup and gave me some napkins. It's small gestures like this that really matter. I come here every Friday and service is great. When I've gone, I've never had very long lines, and if they were long they moved quickly. I've never had them mess up my order, and if they do mess it up, they will replace it for free, and you still get to keep the first one. read more

However, it is a difficult place to find a parking spot and harder to get service. I was in there today and they ran out of stir sticks. Lately, I have had a couple of Pike coffees that literally had a burnt taste and smell. I know some people think Starbucks roasts their beans too long. But I have never tasted this at other locations or even at this location prior to the last couple of weeks. I don't know it is burned until I get home and take a sip. So, I cannot get help with it. There service was good, but it seemed like they didn't want to be there. The food items are great but I heard that they received a F on the meat quality according to the better business bureau. Of the course the main thing is coffee, way better than your coffee maker at home.
