I love the concept of Dutch Brothers - drive thru focused coffee. You would assume going through a drive-thru would be quick, but the service was incredibly slow. Over a 30 minute wait at 6pm on a Saturday night. The location is in a busy area and getting in and out is a nightmare! The baristas are very friendly, but I can't justify waiting over 30 minutes for a sweet coffee. It's almost like a dessert which is what I was wanting, but it just wasn't worth the wait. read more

I will say this place always has a line at the drive thru, so I opted to walk up to the window and order. The young man who took my order was so friendly and helpful with the menu. Which is extensive! You can literally order any combination of any drink you want, and it can be a little overwhelming, however he helped me custom my drink just the way I wanted. I will definitely have to stop back and try the coffee, today I just wanted something refreshing reminding me of warmer days and sunshine. read more

I've always loved grabbing Dutch Bros when visiting family in Tennessee, so when we heard they were finally coming to Indiana--jaw drop. Dutch Bros Coffee is a top-tier, fast-paced coffee stop that easily outshines your local Dunkin' or Starbucks. They've got it all: lemonades, teas, smoothies, shakes, coffee, and my personal favorite--protein-packed iced coffees. Their sugar-free options are seriously impressive too. I had a sugar-free white chocolate strawberry iced coffee and it was so good. 26 g of protein and sugar free? Someone pinch this type 1 diabetic. Despite the long lines (no surprise with all the hype), we were in and out in about 20 minutes and the service was incredible. Dutch Bros just opened in the Indy area and it's fantastic! After having tried it out west, I quickly came to love it. I am not a coffee drinker; however, some of their coffee options are fantastic. Plus, they have great lemonades, teas, and energy boosters that I highly recommend. Right now, there's a line to get in (around 20 minutes in the evening), but I thought it was worth it! I've tried Dutch Bros Coffee before in Texas, at that time I ordered a coffee but at this visit I decided to go with the Rebel Energy drink. I ordered Tiger's Blood Rebel and was surprised at how well it tasted. The strawberry and coconut flavors balanced out very well. There is walk up ordering which might be quicker because the drive thru was almost a 25 minute wait. I'd drop by again if I'm in the area! read more

My wife has had Dutch Bros a few times! She finally took me last week and she's gotten the protein coffee every time which of course she loves. I tried the Strawberry Colada Lemonade which was outstanding!! I was somewhat surprised it was drive-thru only, but that's really only because I didn't know any better. However while we waited in line for a while (20-25 mins), it went extremely fast due to how quickly their staff moves getting everyone's orders while waiting in the long line. We definitely will be going back & only expect the process to get better as everyone gets used to the new process of working and the community gets used to it being here so it's not extremely packed and I can get more drinks without waiting 30 mins. This place gets busy! However, at 6:00 in the morning, it's not that bad and that is when I stopped by. The service was quick and super friendly. Be prepared to chat, cause that's part of their game. I was unprepared for small talk, but did my best. My Irish cream latte, the kicker, was rich and creamy with lots of flavor. They have tons of different drinks. As an Oregonian I was so excited to see Dutch come to Indiana! Got a classic favorite, the blended Galaxy Fish Rebel. Wasn't as thickly blended as in Oregon but still good! Also tried the sugar free vanilla protein latte which was yummy but nothing special. Drive through was quick, but did have my order wrong when I got to the window so who knows if I was charged incorrectly.... Always loved Oregon Dutch because the people working there were SUPER FRIENDLY as always had great energy. Didn't get that same vibe from this location. read more

I've tried giving Dutch Bros several chances, but every time I mobile order, my drink is never ready -- even after waiting 30 minutes or more. The baristas don't seem efficient or focused; they spend too much time chatting among themselves instead of managing orders. People cut the line at the walk-up window, and no one on staff seems to care or manage it. The long waits aren't because it's busy -- it's because the place is completely disorganized and lacks any real work ethic. Canceling an order on the app is unnecessarily difficult, and finding where to file a complaint feels intentionally tricky. I really wanted to like this place, and I've tried multiple times hoping the service would improve, but it never has. Very disappointing experience overall. read more

sat in line for over 30 minutes and still hadn't had a chance to order so we left. i know it's new but the design is an absolute clusterfrick. the exit of the drive through lane goes right into traffic, making leaving difficult and holding up the rest of the line. either do walk up or try the downtown location like we're planning to. such poor planning makes me never want to come back read more

So Dutch Bro's... what can I say. Well let me start by saying that I seen they were building this chain in Noblesville IN. Some time had passed b4 it opened. I forgot about it until I saw they had the cookie butter latte for fall. The flavor was a draw for me so I downloaded the app and in the process got a free drink to try. All the more reason ro go, a free drink why not. On an afternoon off from work I decided I was going to put my coupon to use and see what all the talk was about. The location is in a weird place which creates a bottle neck in traffic getting in and out. VERY INCONVENIENT. Then there was a double drive thru but the set up was for you to look at the menu in these dual lanes and then you order at the window. To say that I was extremely disappointed dosent even begin to describe my experience. We sat for about 15 minutes with little to no movement. So I mentioned let's go in. We saw a door on the side when we pulled into the drive thru. We pulled forward and went to get to the other side . We fought with the bottle neck of 2 way traffic trying to get to the other side. Once on the other side I saw a walk up window and we got the cookie butter latte. It took a little bit to get it, which was fine. NO PROBLEM. Finally someone came out to assist with the ever growing drive thru line and started taking orders. I get my latte. It was a nice size. I made sure to give it a good stir and I couldnt taste any coffee, just oatmilk and sweetness. There was no caramel drizzle in it or on it. It didnt even taste like cookie butter. No crumble no nothing. I had the opportunity to try, there was no cost associated but I think its safe to say, I came, I tried and won't be returning. I shared rhe remaining latte with my son and the consenses was the same for him. He was not a fan. Im always willing to try something new and with that sometimes things just arent your cup of tea. Very complicated feelings about Dutch Brothers. I love that. I can make my own customized soda. Staff is always very friendly. That being said, service itself is an absolute nightmare, not to mention the parking lot. I don't know if they are not fully staffed inside, but I have never been here where they have gotten drinks out quickly. Parking lot situation and traffic is beyond their control, but it doesn't really make the experience any better. read more

How can it possibly take so long to make coffee? This was wild. I was in line, let me rephrase, STUCK in line for at least 40 minutes (once you're in, there is no turning back). I went there for their henna event for Eid, where you can purchase a coffee or pastry to get a henna tattoo on your hand. I enjoyed my latte AND the henna done by the artist Noor. It is very interesting to learn about the ways they celebrate Eid, one of which is henna. Thanks for doing a fun and meaningful event like this, I cannot wait to go back for the great coffee.

The lid felt a bit bulky (almost like a slushie-style top), but it didn't take away from the drink itself. Service was good -- the barista was quiet and took her time preparing everything. My husband tried the Turkish tea and it wasn't quite his favorite, but he's always up for trying something new. The café itself was calm and quiet, making it a nice little spot to get some work done in the middle of busy Fishers.

It was also pretty quiet which made focusing on my work tasks easy.
