    Pastel de nata, espresso

I drove up to Noblesville to explore/walk around and came across this café that I actually had already put on my "want to visit" list. A café that would transport me back to Lisboa? Yes please. I had high expectations especially since I had heard that the one of the owners had Portuguese heritage. The café was cute & clearly a great meeting spot. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because the staff didn't know how "pastel de nata" was correctly pronounced (which I guess I assumed they would've been taught) & the egg tart was so so (could've used some more cinnamon!). Otherwise though I think it's a cute place & definitely a nice addition to have in downtown Noblesville.

What a beautiful little cafe! I felt like I was in Europe sitting out on their cozy plant-filled patio enjoying a leisurely breakfast. Bica's is a hidden gem in Noblesville. Anastasija, our server and hostess, was charming, friendly and accommodating. We studied the menu and the beautiful case of fresh pastries. The menu is a mix of Portuguese/American breakfast and lunch options. Anastasija made recommendations. I had the Bom Dia Breakfast, as I was craving bacon. The bacon is thick cut. The potatoes were coated with a blend of Portuguese spices. The house-made sour dough bread was phenomenal. My eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband had a ham and cheese filled fresh pastry and two a la carte eggs. The pastry was delicious and the eggs were cooked perfectly. As I write this, I'm looking at the lunch menu and thinking about going back for a seafood dish. The food is original. I can't wait to back. There are tables and a comfy seating area inside. The cafe is immaculate. Water for your dog awaits on the patio. We easily found parking early in the day around the square, but parking is probably tough to find near lunchtime. There is no nearby handicapped parking, but sidewalks are accessible and easy to maneuver. Bica Cafe is a win in my book!

it's not often I write a review while I'm still eating, but Cafe Bica transported my tastebuds to somewhere far away. After seeing the popularity of the chicken salad, i had to try it and i upgraded my side to fries, which were crispy, salty, and delicious. My chicken salad came out quickly on some sort of buttered roll, dressed with lettuce and tomato. I love chicken salad, but i'm quite picky about it tbh. this came out quick and was delicious! very light and great for the heatwave we're in. the staff was friendly and welcoming and didn't mind me taking too long to decide. can't wait to come enjoy their outdoor seating!

There is no waiter/waitress, you order at the counter up front. They bring the food and beverages to you though. I had a slow drip unlimited coffee and the weekend brunch omelette. The coffee had great flavor! Oat milk is an extra $0.75. The omelette was huge and filling! I had sausage, peppers and onions in it. The potatoes had a really nice seasoning and were crispy. The toast had little containers for jelly that you could spread on. A little pricey for brunch but the food was really good! Good portions, especially the omelette.

This is a fantastic location! It's a beautiful spot with art paintings for sale when you walk in. It's very clear and I love the atmosphere and very friendly customer service. Their pastries and desserts are amazing and always worth trying. I'm a big fan of their brunch menu but they have some amazing soups and sandwiches as well. I'm always a sucker for coffee and their seasonal menu never disappoints! I love that you can get the caramel brûlée latte any time of year although it isn't posted.

Definitely will go back! 10/10 Food was great. Got the lunch special: 1/2 veggie torta, Cobb salad, Portuguese soup. HUGE portion! Coffee was the latte macchiatto. Service was great. Ambiance was nice, plenty of seating available Parking was easy, no meters. Free wifi, laptop friendly.

Ordered a few of their baked goods, and found that their egg tart was the best of the bunch. Good bake and texture to them. Not too sweet or eggy. They have a vast menu of breakfast, soups, salad, sandwiches, and seafood, and weekend brunch. Employees were friendly. Inside dining includes about seven tables and chairs. Street parking can be challenging at times.

We ordered the calamari, the chicken and waffles, and the breakfast fries. Overall everything was enjoyable. The calamari was quite soggy though. I got the ham and cheese croissant to go, it was delicious! Get it! The service was great! It was my first time there and when I walked in the staff was immediately helpful! Bica is the cutest! The ambiance tracks with the yummy foods and the overall cafe vibe!

Really helpful and engaging customer service. Offered a lot of suggestions for a first time customer the environment is beautiful. Reminds me of an old general store in colors like Robin egg, blue and brown. I have to say that the food was mid. The cheesy potato soup was watery and not think but had a good flavor. The avocado toast was just ok. I would ask for the everything but the bagel seasoning to be left off next time because it overwhelmed the flavor. I got a half order but it was a very large skinny slice of bread. I liked the bread but would have preferred more avocado per bite on a smaller piece. I was ok with my order but i think next time I would venture into more rustic dishes like their sandwiches or small plates. It is a place would definitely try again for the calming vibes and friendly staff. I am at a 3.5 at present.

My best friend and I were looking for a cute cafe to have a girl's lunch and we are so glad we picked Bica! Adorable small cafe with so many options for food, drinks, and dessert! The young ladies working were so kind and helpful when we were trying to decide what to get. We ended up both getting the peri peri chicken salad sandwich which was so good with the perfect amount of spice! The pasta salad was also tasty! I loved the strawberry/coconut/match drink and would go back just for that. We can't wait for spring to go back and sit on the patio out front

A local favorite that brings all the charm to the Noblesville square! Such a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy solo, with a book, or catching up with friends. Offering a full bar of adult beverages, savory dishes, and a variety of beautifully crafted sweets, there is surely something here for everyone. Craving a light salad in the summer or a hearty warm cup of soup in the winter? The authentic culinary talent that Bica brings to the community is a treat for all your senses and has you covered.

    Chocolate croissant & apricot danish
    Sam U.

Came in after my never-ending hunt for a quality bakery in the greater Fishers/North Indy area. I saw some pictures on Facebook and got very excited - I was a little underwhelmed. I guess in my brief research it didn't click that a mainly Portuguese restaurant might not have the French pastries I was really looking for so that is on me 100%. We got the apricot danish and the chocolate croissant. The apricot danish was good but the chocolate croissant just was not that flakey croissant I was looking for but again that is on me. They do have quite a lot more to offer than just pastries so I suggest checking them out and I may give them another go if I am in the area.

My food was delicious. Pasta is available, I chose to not have it with my dish. This is a lovely little cafe. Service was wonderful, everyone was friendly.

It's food and feel are clearly driven by the owners who want you to return. Ambiance: bisto feel that allows the business casual group of friends to mix with those that want to dress up a bit, but not fancy. The bar service for food is small but the attentive bartender and staff make you feel at home. The mixed drinks features specials and they were top notch. The wine list is well paired with affordable selections that are not just Cabs and Chards, lots of small family vineyard selections. The restaurant holds about 35 people. Service: not "unreasonable hospitality" service and that's great, attentive group of waiters and staff that know the menu, are concerned about your wants, and deliver with speed or an update, very solid!. Food: clean plate club food, everything hot and very well done. Special occassion dinner was Chili glazed carrots, Carpacio, Lobster Enchilda, Veal Schnitzel, and an Afagato and comped Mango Bread Pudding, two glasses of wine, and special mixed drink right at $200 plus tip. Cheap, no...worth it, 100%+. Honestly if I was a regular I'd pop in for split apps and drinks often and be perfectly satisfied, spend less, and feel welcomed. If you are not a regular, 9th Street should be on your "must go" list. Take friends or guests they will remember you and and the experience.

I was wondering if the seating here would be communal since they only have 9 tables and room for 35 guests but I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated at our own table in a bit of a nook created by bookcases. My girlfriend and I had plans that day to go to the Peony Festival in town but it was cancelled due to weather. There were still many beautiful peonies in the restaurant itself and in many businesses around town. We were immediately seated by the hostess and our waiter, James, came to the table to tell us about the restaurant and that they would take our entire order and then course it out for us. I love this. Being a small restaurant it was a little noisy in there but we just spoke up a bit to talk to each other. We started with a couple cocktails, mine was Mr. Rumtastic and my friend had the Coming Up Roses. Both cocktails were well made and good. I found mine a bit thick on the palate, maybe because of the coconut milk? Still the flavors were well balanced and delicious. We started our meal with the Housemade Burrata, the bottom of the plate had a pistachio butter spread across it and there was mortadella on the plate, a puffy fried dough called gnocco fritto, and a balsamic honey along side. We were instructed to put it on our plate and mix it up and see how we like it paired together. What an excellent way to start our meal. We would definitely order this again. Next up for us was the Lamb Kafta Kebabs along with the Housemade Focaccia Bread. The lamb kebabs were ground lamb skewered and grilled served over a fresh fava bean puree finished with olive oil, sumac, ramp powder, and black cumin with some thinly sliced watermelon radish. The lamb was super tender and a perfect medium cook. The focaccia bread was a good addition to this as we slathered the homemade bread with the super soft whipped herb butter. Loved the rosemary baked into the bread as it gave it a woody, herby note without overpowering it. I almost ordered the Spring Salad but I asked James if it would be going overboard and he said what we ordered he thought would be the perfect amount of food so I will save that for another day. We ordered a second cocktail, mine was the Persephone's Elixir and my friend ordered the Peonies in the Park. We both enjoyed these cocktails more than we enjoyed the first cocktails we ordered. The egg white on mine made a little frothy creamy top and I loved the slight sweetness from the vanilla syrup and the pomegranate juice. I tried my friend's cocktail and it was so refreshing, it was peony infused vodka with rhubarb liqueur with a strawberry-rhubarb shrub. Next up for us was our main dish. I ordered the Spring Ravioli and my friend ordered the Persian Chicken. My ravioli was the best pasta dish I have had in quite some time. I usually don't eat an entire entree, I usually bring half home, this one though I ate every little bit, I would have licked the plate if I were not in a nice restaurant! Housemade ravioli with a filling of sweet peas, ricotta and percorino cheese bathed in a potato veloute' with sugar snap peas, pink peppercorns, chive oil and microgreens. I would order this again tomorrow if I were to go back tomorrow. My friend loved her chicken and her baked rice as well. So even after all these food, and it was a lot, we had to go for dessert. I ordered a cup of coffee with cream along with Crunch-Dipped Peanut Butter Pie and my friend ordered the Double Scoop of Housemade Peanut-Butter and Chocolate Gelato. We enjoyed these as well. We will definitely make another trip here as the service, food, and cocktails were right on point. Thanks so much to 9th Street Bistro and I hope you have many years of success.

We were still a bit hungry after the board, so we ordered a "bacon flight" and some deviled eggs. And that is how I learned that bacon served with a sauce is not for me., whether is a spicy chili sauce, a creamy lime dip, a tomato aioli, or a butterscotch-chocolate concoction. The "savory" bacon option was egregiously salty. You might expect that when you're having bacon, but they added even more salt and it was too much. It turns out that I also do not like wasabi on a deviled egg. I would give Divvy 3.5 stars if Yelp allowed half-stars because I like the shared small-concept and our server was friendly. I found the execution on the food pretty uneven, though, so we're rounding down instead of up.

A little impersonal, but I understand it helps the food vendors succeed when it's hard to find employees. I was shocked to see how large and colorful the bowl was! It was plenty of food. However, I don't feel like it was worth it to add the chicken. It was bland and didn't really add much (besides the protein, I guess). I was also shocked to see how much farro was in the bowl. I get that it's a grain bowl, but I ate most of the other toppings/ingredients and still had 1-2 cups of farro in my bowl. Overall, I liked it as a healthier option at a brewery.
