I stopped in with family to try the viral sushi tacos and i was not disappointed! the food was fresh and so flavorful. the shop had a cute, comfy, and cozy vibe. the cashier was patient and kind with every patron even though they were getting busy! i can't wait to go back!
This spot will get me up early on a Saturday so that I can revel in their tea and popiah! What a delightful spot for a quiet coffee or tea, a meet up or just a grab and go. They are an open space with lots of various seating and I always feel relaxed when I walk inside. They have light airy decor and uplifting music which just helps the ambience. Their options have expanded and now they have things for non coffee/tea drinkers. I love their milky tea and the whole story behind it. Their popiah is also such a tangy treat for the morning. Filling and yet full of veggies which I love! This is a fun treat spot for me and so always enjoy going there or meet others in this spot. If you haven't been I would highly suggest a visit today!
I've wanted to try this place for a while now! My brother recently discovered it and delivered me some breakfast while I was stuck at work. We split the pistachio and biscoff croffles. They were both good but I thought the biscoff was the better of the two. They were both very sweet. They have a few fruit forward croffles that I would like to try as well. For coffee, I went with the Milo which was some sort of chocolate iced coffee. It was good but also very sweet. I would definitely look for a less sweet option next time. Presentation of the riffles was beautiful, even in a to go order, but I do think I missed out on a lot of the cool vibes by not dining in.
The sushi tacos are so good. First time I went they weren't busy and I ordered the sushi tacos. Let me tell you these things are so dang good. Everything you love about sushi but better. The shell is so crunchy. I've tried their coffee and I wasn't a fan but I did try their drink that was a mix of tea and coffee. I can't recommend it but I do like to try new things. The staff was friendly if you go and they were busy you will be waiting. The tacos are handmade and take awhile.
Claypot Coffee House has been on my must-visit list ever since I started seeing their drinks--and those viral sushi tacos--all over TikTok. While we didn't get the chance to try the tacos this visit, it was so fun watching them made fresh for other guests. The drinks absolutely stole the show. We ordered the Honey Lemon Iced Tea and a Vanilla Iced Latte, and both were incredible. Honestly, some of the best tea and espresso I've had. The service was top-notch, and the space is warm, cozy, and inviting. Whether you're catching up with friends over coffee or settling in to get some work done, it's the perfect spot to spend a few hours.
Did TikTok send me here? Yes. Did I wait about 45 mins for my food because they were extremely busy and dedicated to making everything correctly? Also yes. Was it the nicest service and best thing I have had in a while? 100% yes! I was extremely pleased with my sushi taco and my peach berry lemonade. It was crazy busy (probably because of tiktok) but there was enough space for everyone. The restaurant is decently sized and cozy. There were spaces for medium sized groups and couches for comfort. I cannot wait to come back. Definitely worth the hour round trip commute
Wow!! Thats what came to mind when I tried the sushi tacos. I had the tempura and spicy salmon tacos and they were phenomenal! I got them to go and it was about a 25 min wait but they held up very well on my 30 minute commute home. The cafe itself was very cute and trendy and the food options were interesting. I would love to go back and the croissant waffle but I don't think I will be able to go back and not get tacos.
Saw sushi tacos online and had to make my way south to try!! I love sushi and I love tacos but combined ...not so much . This gives coffee shop vibes that happens to have sushi available. If I went for coffee and to work remotely or vibe , I think it's a decent spot. But for sushi, nah. The apple juice and the peach tea were 10/10!! They make the juice fresh. Must try! The sushi tacos were challenging to eat. The tempura "shell" is crunchy and just falls apart as you try to eat it. I asked for a fork and they said they didn't have any. The portions are decent you can get 3 for $25. I've had better sushi but the idea is cool...just not for me.
Every time we drive by here I forget to stop in. But on this day we had a little time to waste and was looking for somewhere to get an afternoon pick me up. Nestled in an area with other businesses sits this adorable coffee shop. This place is perfect to catch up with a friend or do some work. Lots of little places to tuck away into for a bit of privacy. They have lots of things to choose from coffee to deserts to sushi. I got the coffee with Ube topping and the flavor was so delicious. Not too sweet which is a huge plus for me. We split a cookie butter dessert and it took a few mins to come out because they are made fresh to order and it was delicious would highly recommend giving this a try. I would most certainly come back and try some other options.
The Cafe was clean and the decor was super cute. The table was sticky and terrible customer service. I was excited to try the sushi taco. They no longer offer jalapeños even though its on the menu. I may have had a better dining experience had the customer service been better.
You must try this spot! This is a great spot for delicious and affordable sushi. First off the ambiance is everything. This is such a cute cafe with unique seating options and decorative pieces throughout the establishment. I loved the selection of music that fit the ambiance so well. This is also a great place to do remote work. There is also plenty of parking outside. The staff is amazing and so helpful. They patiently answered my questions about menu items. The sushi combination was $16 and it was a lot. My friend and I struggled a bit to finish it. Although the taco is delicious, it was a bit small though for $12. I am excited to return to try the ube muffins.

I met up with some friends and got an iced pandan cold foam matcha. My friends got some of their food options and I instantly had FOMO! They looked so delicious so I can't wait to come back and try for myself. The parking lot is a little small and shared with other businesses in the area, but when you come inside you're immediately welcomed into the space. A lot of mixed seating available from tables, booths, and couches. A must visit and definitely worth the drive!
May be the best coffee I've had in Indy. I've been twice and I got the Black Sesame latte first and the Creamy Dark Delight the second time, and both are so delicious. The coffee has a rich, full taste that other places don't have. The egg roti and beef murtabak are both super good with the curry dip, and the waffles and croffles are tasty, too! The waffles are giant!
I ordered takeout for my first time trying this place, and I absolutely loved it! The place itself is really cute and has such a nice atmosphere. I could definitely see it being a great spot for a date, studying, or just hanging out and socializing. I tried their sushi tacos and they were DIVINE! I also tried their strawberry and coconut drinks, and their ube latte without coffee, which was so good! Everything was delicious, and I'm definitely coming back for the sushi tacos again. These sushi tacos taste just as good as they look! After seeing these on Tiktok I knew I had to give them a try. I did have to wait about 10 minutes in line and another 30 for my food, but once I got my food I felt like it was worth it. I did the 3 for $25 which lets you mix and match any of the tacos. I tried the tempura crunch, spicy tuna avocado, and spicy salmon. The salmon was my favorite but they all were excellent. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the crunchy shell gives it a really satisfying texture. It's not crumbly and won't fall apart after one bite. I also added a peachberry lemonade which was the perfect mix of sweetness and tart, very strong peach flavor I'm glad it wasn't subtle. They also sell croffles which I would've loved to try ( I made the mistake of planning on ordering it to go AFTER I ate but the line was long again ) but I will definitely be coming back soon and I'll be trying one lol! read more

Claypot Coffee is such a cutie spot, truly a must visit spot on the southside! I tried their famous sushi taco - Spicy Salmon it was delicious and I tried the vanilla oreo frappe which was good! Downside was only one person was making the sushi so wait time was a bit longer than anticipated. The sushi taco was definitely worth the wait tho! Trash can area was over flowing and tables needed busing. The inside was super cute lots of tables they were packed! They have two cute booth rooms that id love to go back to hang out in! This place is so nice inside! It's spacious and has cute decorations. I also love the variety of menu options here. Loads of choices for tea & coffee and friendly staff. I wanted to try a few things so I ordered the egg roti and the beef murtabak to go as well as the Teh C' Delight The roti & murtabak both came with a side of dahl curry. I ended up having both of these for breakfast the next day and it was the perfect amount of food. The tea didn't really taste like anything special to me but I would really love to go back and try some other variations of it or their coffee. If this spot was closer, I very much would make it a regular spot of mine. read more
This is one of my new favorite places in Indy! I came to try the sushi tacos and I got the sizzling grilled eel. It was actually really large and filling. It was great! I also got a plain roti to give to my toddler, but I didn't want to share. It came with the best curry sauce to dip it in and was delicious. Their drink menu is large and unique, so I asked for a recommendation and went with an iced creamy dark delight (condensed and evaporated milk) and loved it! The menu explains what is in each drink and has a visual of the ingredients so it is really easy to order even if you don't know what the drinks are. There is lots of parking available and lots of tables to stay and dine in. We got one of the tables in a nook area which was really nice. There were multiple high chairs too so it was a great stop with my toddler. I recommend this one completely just for food, just for drinks, but ideally for both! read more

I'm so grateful that this exists in Indy! It reminds me of my time living in Singapore eating roti and drinking teh tarik. The space is decorated beautifully, you can tell that everything has intention. I got matcha latte and egg roti. I loved the egg roti dipped in curry! One note is that it needed a bit more salt. The matcha flavor was great, but it was way too sweet for me. Next time I'll be ordering it with less than half sugar! Will definitely be back again :) read more
This is a cute coffee shop on Indy's south side! It reminds me quite a bit of Yafa in Noblesville and I love that - the decor and cozy seating nooks definitely make the interior so inviting. Ordered the Double Shot Bliss, which is coffee, black tea, condensed milk and whole milk. They do have an oatmilk option. I can tell a difference in the taste of this coffee versus other coffees and I think the beans are roasted in a clay pot, which is how they chose their name. It was interesting and the staff were super nice. I will definitely go back to try some other menu items. They have a Pandan latte, which I haven't seen on the south side yet. read more

Unique cafe experience, I've never seen Malaysian claypot coffee before! The pastries are huge and they have a surprising amount of savory items like roti and sushi, which makes it a good stop for lunch. Baristas and staff were super sweet and helpful and there's a lot of cozy seating. read more

One of my customer had highly recommended this place. She typically gets the cold coffee options and she raved about the food. I prefer hot coffee, not knowing what to get I relied on the hostess to recommend. I went with the dark creamy, it was very good. Coffee is prepared in a clay pot, it has a different flavor which I really enjoyed. I'm not a fan of really sweet coffee, I was worried that this may be too sweet due to the sweetened condensed milk... it was perfect. I also relied on the recommendation of the veggie, seaweed dish. This was great! I will be craving this for sure! I was there in a Friday evening and it was busy. Highly recommend! Service great, food great, price was very reasonable. read more

Tried this coffee shop for the first time last week. I had the matcha and ube mix latte. It was delicious and tasty, the service was quick and efficient. The ambiance was relaxing and pleasant. Would recommend if you wanted to relax and enjoy your time. read more

We got the sushi tacos that have gone viral on TikTok. They were really good we got 4 different kinds. Good service and nice employees. They seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of orders due to the sushi tacos going viral. If you are going for the sushi tacos please be patient with the staff. I also got a matcha and it was really delicious. read more
This coffee house is really good. I had a Cafe delight and Ube Matcha. The coffee was strong and sweet, and the Ube matcha was delicious and not chalky at all. The vibes of this coffee house is perfect to study and do homework and is open later than most coffee shops. The workers are nice and fast. Defiantly recommend this coffee house. read more

I've been eyeing this spot as soon as I saw it was coming; I'm so glad they are finally open. It's on the south side of Indy off of US 31, and they have parking. They operate every day except on Sunday. When I walked in, I was stunned by how beautiful it appeared inside. They have a variety of seating options. My favorite was their little nooks; they were elegant and cute. I could imagine myself studying and getting some work done in that space. They opened not long ago, so everything feels clean and like new. The order counter is easily visible; it's large and cannot be missed. The inside is bright, but has a dim feel. I love the ambiance here; it's very relaxed and vibrant. The workers were very friendly, answering all my questions with pleasure. I ordered an iced strawberry matcha and got it as is, but with oat milk in a small. This drink had an exceptional presentation. I couldn't get over how pretty it was. The flavor was extraordinary; it was so scrumptious that I drank it up so fast. I wish I had gotten a large one, given how good it was. I might just have to say this is my favorite iced strawberry matcha so far. I didn't have to wait too long for my drink, so it was pretty quick service. Coffee shop on the south side of indy. Their coffee is brewed in claypots which gives it a different taste. The young ladies behind the counter were nice and did a good job of explaining the menu. I had the Ube Cafe latte which had their creamy dark delight on the bottom and the ube on top. The creamy dark delight consists of coffee, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. The drink was like nothing I've ever tasted before. I will definitely be back to try their other combinations off coffee and matches. This coffee shop has an inviting atmosphere that is good for meetings, virtual workers and dates. read more

My husband and I decided to check out Claypot Coffee House on a Saturday afternoon. We have driven past this place many times, and finally made our way over. I ordered an iced cafe delight while my husband ordered a black coffee. We both also ordered a strawberry waffle. The food and drinks were really good! There were a steady stream of people coming in while we were sitting. Olivia took our order and was super nice! We will definitely come back!! read more

I was nervous to try this place out on my own but it was so worth it. All the staff are super nice and friendly. The story behind the coffee is really interesting. The coffee is delicious and the pastries are unique and fresh. The almond croissant I got is huge and really sweet with almond cream filling inside. The seating area is also definitely a reason to visit. They have little study coves and window seating as well as couches and calm music. I went during the day on a week day and it was super quiet and calm inside not busy and bustling like you might find at someplace like starbucks. read more
I was excited to see a new coffee spot near me. I've been thinking their location would be a great spot for something like this. The inside is so cute, clean and large. I ordered a creamy dark cafe delight iced which was very tasty- it had condensed milk in it which was a nice addition. I also ordered a strawberry waffle. I enjoyed the flavor and crisp outside of the waffle. The staff were super friendly and were explaining the menu to people. I am excited to come back and try more. read more
