New juicery? Yes, please! It's incredibly hard to consume all of the vegetable and fruit servings you're supposed to have in one day, and when I have succeeded, it's probably because I've had a cold-pressed juice. Seriously! One juice is MULTIPLE servings of both! I walked in and the owner passionately explained all their juices and let me try all of them to make my decision a bit easier. So nice of him! I ordered the "Green with Envy" juice and it has: 1.5 apples, 2 heads of romaine, 1/4 cucumber, 1/4 celery and 1/4 bunch of kale. WOW. Feelin' clean over here. The shop itself is new as of a month or so ago and serves kombucha, coffee (and I believe tea?) in addition to their cold-pressed juices. They didn't have any food that I saw. There are a few tables for people to sit down and work. The owner mentioned that they're currently trying to rebrand to 317 juice so are awaiting a few changes until that name is officially up and running. Super new juicery in town! Stopped in to try the flavors and they've only been open a few weeks. The space has so much potential and fits so well with the Fountain Square vibe. The owner is extremely passionate about her business and how they want to expand. They offer four juice flavors currently and all recipes are original. The Carrot Bliss was by far my favorite and could be a great breakfast drink as it's also flavored with orange. Organic, vegan and they also have coffee and teas. Expansions could include smoothies (YUM), a juice bar so people can customize and activities like yoga. This would also be a great work space! Stop in and show them some love. read more

317 Juicery has a small but mighty feel. The space itself isn't large, but still has room for a generous counter, juice fridge and tables and chairs to seat about 12 people. They do have WiFi available and I can see myself stopping by to work on my laptop one of these days! It was quiet while I was there, and there's plenty of light pouring in those big front windows, making it a nice space to get work done while supporting a local business. Currently they offer four juices -- Pure Greens, sweet greens, carrot and beet. I sampled each one and suggest you do the same to find your favorite. I grabbed a Pure Greens for my first bottle, as I wanted the extra veggie boost today. The carrot juice has oranges in it, so it's a good option for newbies to cold pressed juice. The beet juice is going to have an earthy taste -- that's just how beets are -- but they've done a great job at pairing them with other fruits and veggies to make a beet juice that's enjoyable. ;) In addition to juices, they sell things like Circle City Kombucha, coffee and tea, protein bars and Artie's on the Go meals. Tyler, the man running the shop while I was in, told me they plan to open a raw juice bar soon, too. Can't wait for that! This is a fantastic business that I hope succeeds in Fountain Square! Great little spot in fountain square! 4 different juices, coffee and such. When I juice I generally get a fruit heavy juice. This juicery is heavy on the veggies, but give you some sweet options. I ended up getting the Carrot bliss and a cold brew. The worker (maybe owner) was super friendly and let me sample of couple of them to make my mind up and I'm thankful for that. I wouldn't have normally gotten a carrot heavy juice. The juice was very good. Hit the spot and filled me up. The cold brew was great as well. Nice and smooth with a ton of flavor. read more

I took advantage of a Yelp promotion this week to stop by this new shop in Fountain Square. They serve delicious chilled juices that avoid all the artificial additives so many commercial brands have. Cold-pressed ingredients that aren't pasteurized let the true flavor come out in these drinks. The shop is located on Shelby in a shared building between the Conoco and the My Pet Carnivore shop. There is angled parking along the south side of the building and when you exit, you simply head to the alley to get back to the streets. Inside, the shop has concrete floors and an industrial vibe. The left side is filled with 4-top tables with outlets. Wifi is available if you want to hang out like you would at a coffee shop...only with something more healthy! Towards the back is a refrigerated case where you can select which of the flavors interests you. If you aren't sure, just ask the staff behind the counter if you can taste them first. The juices (currently four combinations) are available in 16 oz containers (considered 2 servings). I tried two of them while there and enjoyed them both. I settled on the sweeter "Carrot Bliss" though I liked the slightly salty taste of the "Pure Greens". Each 16 oz beverage has about 2 pounds of fruits/veggies. Wow! The Bliss has roughly 3 carrots, 3 oranges, 1.5 apples, 1 lemon, and some light tumeric root. And water. That's it! I found it really refreshing and could see having this as a breakfast drink. However, I drank it all in one sitting! It was hard to stop since it tasted so good! Although the price is higher than the teas, coffee, and Kombucha which are also available here, there is a lot more health benefit from the juices than those other options. At only 100 calories per serving, you won't have to worry about busting your caloric intake targets either. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable of the juices. Decided to check out this great new Juicery at Fountain Square! There was 4 different types of juice to choose from and they allowed me taste test them all. The employee was very nice and friendly and answered any questions I had. I thought all the juices were tasty and healthy, but I decided to get the pure greens juice, it was my favorite out of the 4. They serve a few other beverages than juice like coffee, kombucha, and tea! He also told me they were going to be getting smoothies and were working on food! Ran in here on my break and was greeted by Tyler! He spent a few minutes explaining the juices had how beneficial they are for our bodies! I am super indecisive so I couldn't choose between the 4 he had available however, he was gracious enough to let me sample them so that I could narrow it down! All of the juices were decent, but If you're looking for a more fruity taste, id suggest the Carrot Bliss! It was a little pungent due to the Turmeric, but it was Refreshing! I have had this place bookmarked for a while, and I am SO glad that I stopped by today! They currently have four of their juices for sale, and Tyler was so kind to let me try a sample of each of them. I ultimately decided on the Carrot Bliss, but the Beet Delight was a close second favorite. I'll get that one next time. I am not a huge fan of celery, so when I arrived I was shying away from the two Greens juices. However, I was pleasantly surprised that no one flavor overpowered the overall flavor of any of the drinks, and I would absolutely order any of the four any time. I loved trying their juices and I will definitely go back soon! * I was told that there may be weekend yoga/juice events in the near future, so I'll definitely be looking forward to that! read more
