We then had a seasoning 101 class with Candace virtually through Yelp and she was so fun to work with. For the event, I bought her YoungBae Signature Seasoning, which is similar to a "Chesapeake style seasoning with a twist." FoodLoveTog also sells the Signature House Seasoning, Garlic Goodness Signature Seasoning, and LemonPeppa Signature Seasoning. Then they gave me the front section of the restaurant to myself so that I could have some quiet and go at my own pace. They also gave me the world's best server, Tayla, who went above and beyond every step of the way. She put up with all of my particular tendencies and made sure I had everything I needed, down to my individually wrapped straw, and helped me balance the heaviness of the meal I was about to partake in. When I ordered the rigatoni, I even asked her exactly how many ounces of sausage came with it. When she told me it was three ounces, I explained that I needed a minimum of six ounces of protein with my meal. Without missing a beat, she helped me augment my dinner by adding a six-ounce chicken breast.
