I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.

As an avid canna enthusiast, I was stoked to discover this brand Voted #1 Vape Product in Indiana last year at the ICA. Dodi Hemp's website dodihemp.com is great to navigate. But sometimes, it just feels better to purchase from a local store and get the product right away so I go to Indy E-Cigs to find the best variety. When it comes to my personal canna preference, Dodi Hemp truly excels. They have some of the cleanest labs around and offer an impressive variety of D8, Live Resin, D9, Disposables, Gummies, including tinctures, edibles, and even pet products. As a wellness enthusiast, I appreciate the Dodi's dedication to the movement as proceeds from all sales go toward fighting for Cannabis Reform in Indiana. Furthermore, each product is meticulously crafted using premium-quality hemp extract, ensuring maximum potency and effectiveness. I must also acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Indy E-Cigs. They have many locations in Indianapolis as well as in Broad Ripple, Pendleton Pike and Westfield. The staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist with any inquiries I had. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable and sets them apart as a reliable source for cannabinoid products. I chose the D9 Drink mix this time.

Their new location is a lot easier to access than their last place. I highly recommend them if you are new to vaping or not. They are patient and not condescending like so many other vape shops I have been to! Their pricing isn't the cheapest but still very fair because you're paying for convenience or not having to wait on shipping (also their expertise). They sell vapes, tanks, juices (naked seems to be mainly what they sell these days). You can buy a full set up or certain parts individually. They also started selling cbd products. Which they will be glad to teach you about if you have time to chat. I usually go on week days during my lunch and there is never a long line. And if there is someone in front of you they have a little comfortable seating area for you to hang in while you wait. Check them out in broad ripple because well there's rly no where else that compares in the area. Hopefully they'll stick around for a long time!

Store is really well kept and looks beautiful coming in, but obviously the focal point is the alcohol. The people there are always very helpful. I had two people stop by and ask if they could help me out in different sections of the store, and they walked by and did the same to everybody that was looking and didn't seem to have found what they were looking for.

I was totally taken aback by the level of customer service I was provided. Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.
