Well got to Southside a few seconds before it was supposed to close. George who was managing the shop told me to take my time, that there wasn't a rush. I was about to turn around and leave after purchasing my cigars for the evening and another patron invited me to go back outside where there was a group of regulars enjoying a cigar (s). I would've paid the difference to get the vape I usually get... instead I'm out my money and have 4 disgusting vapes. If you pay cash, they don't charge tax, prob a tax issue worth looking into. I will not be coming back here, instead I'll make the drive to the beech grove shop that has better selection, prices and service.

On this visit, I was searching for a specific flavor of pretzels that Kiara told me about (the ones she gets on the plane), which are supposedly only sold at Total Wine. I saw other flavors in the store, but not the one I was looking for. The brand of the pretzels is Stellar and I was searching for the Maui Monk flavor. The website indicated that they had it in stock, so I asked a worker for help. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering him, so I continued searching on my own. After some time looking on my own, I asked another employee, who was much more helpful. He took the time to check and explained that they were likely out of stock and that the online inventory isn't always accurate. He also mentioned how popular the pretzels are and that they sell out quickly--even he buys several when they come in. My husband was also looking for a small bottle of Cointreau, but they were out of that as well. I decided to try another flavor of the pretzels - Sweet and Sparky. These were good, had a spice to them with the buffalo flavoring. These bags are priced at $6.49. I'd like to eventually try the other flavors, including the one I was looking for. This visit was hit-or-miss in terms of customer service and item availability.

We should be taking advantage of high quality and unique flavors that are crafted only by the owners. This is their selling point: making flavors you can't find anywhere else. Sir Vapes-A-Lot is an E-Juice/ E-Liquid manufacture turned store front. When you walk in you get the sense of an open, welcoming store. It's not gender specific, but the owners are fancy men with mustaches and the store is a fancy store with mustache decals on the walls. It's fun to look at! The owners who also work the store, are the most knowledgable people I have ever met when it comes to vape. They answered all of our questions immediately, and after using their product, they were correct. I didn't necessarily like the layout of the store. The display cases on the right have vape pens ranging from glass, plastic, metal, and the newest models. The middle is the register (they have a wonderful grasp on technology when it comes to paying and using their membership). The register is slightly awkward if you happen to be shopping because customers can stand right next to you. Finally to the left is the sampling station. An AMAZING idea because juice can run from $7-$15. If you don't like it you can't take it back. So testing the product leads to customer guarantees. On the back wall is roughly 70+ flavors to choose from, all created by the owners. This is what I think makes them worth it more than anyone. Flavor selections of all varieties, and includes simple flavors like menthol, or a single fruit. Amazing flavors: pro. Store front: con that could use some work. Maybe if the register was at the end or if the display cases wrapped around a corner it'd be more comfortable looking around. :)
