I waited in line while the store clerk helped the woman infront of me. When it was my turn, I asked if they a specific type of vape in which the clerk opened the case. He asked the other man in the store (no shirt; just a blanket?) what he needed and he also needed the same vape. That customer was in the back of the shop looking at juices...not in line. The clerk told me that there was only 1 and since the man was in the store before me (not in line) then he got 1st dibs. I've been going here for YEARS and I'm a loyal customer. If I walked into the grocery store and went to the produce...should I be helped before the people waiting to check out in line? Seems backwards.

The approach feels very personal and it doesn't take long to nail down what I'm looking for. Their banana cream pie is out of this world. Not something I can vape all day, but the flavor is just muah! Perfection! And, as a bonus, keeps me from eating banana cream pie. Quite an accomplishment. I love pie. They are incredibly enthusiastic about helping people quit smoking. It seems to be their primary focus and really make an effort to address the needs of all who walk in. Between this and their personalized approach to testing, you can feel how eager they are to positively effect the community. My only complaint is the nicotine level in the tasting process. The high levels in their testers brings on a nic headache pretty quick. I'd be more likely to test and probably buy a few more options if the high nic levels didn't push me out the door before I may be finished.

I love this place. I am still very new to cigars and no very little so I ask the who I soon to be…read morethe owner lots of questions every time I go in there and he is more than happy to answer my questions. The only reason I would give this place less than four stars probably closer to two stars is because of the lady working there. She's just kind of rude every time I go in there and I have learned not to ask her questions and she just seems annoyed every time I'm in there but then talks to other people very pleasantly and happily so I don't know if she just has a problem with me or what it is but everyone else there is fantastic. I don't know if the prices are good honestly, I haven't been anywhere else cause there really isn't any other options in Indianapolis so this is my go to spot and I've gotten nothing but good recommendations from the guys in there and hopefully the lady that works there gets a better attitude. It sucks going in somewhere that you enjoy and somebody kind of sours it so when she's not there, it's always a much better experience. She also seems pretty new, I'd be shocked when she's been working there for a walk, but she also knows nothing about cigars at all so not worth asking her. Any questions if you do go. Not trying to make this a negative review but I'm just being honest with my experience and I've had in there but the guys working there do such a great job. I couldn't give them less than five stars, but that lady deserves a solid one star because that's as low as you can do. And just a piece of advice please don't make faces every time somebody ask you something or talk to you. It's very rude. And I can see you making faces at me like I can see it like I don't know if you think that I can't see you making faces or you rolling your eyes or huffing under your breath like I can see and hear all those things so just keep that in mind when you're serving customers. Cause I'm sorry your job is not difficult. Literally all you do is stand there and check people out like that's literally it. Sorry I didn't get that off my chest, again. She's the only person that just rubs me the wrong way that works there. Everybody else is great.
