I had purchased a vape pen, and it was not working properly. I called and both employees were super nice and understanding. They swapped it out with a brand new one immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in to purchase a dripper. I had been using a sub ohm tank and am very ignorant to building coils. They walked me thru it step by step and spent at least a half hour helping me! The store is very nice and clean as well. The crappy test tanks are the only drawback, but Im sure upgrading all the tester tanks would be pricey. That being said they will let you test juice on your own mod. Overall, I highly recommend them and will drive a little further to get to their shop. read more

By far the best customer service I have recieved from any store I have ever been in... I went back to the store and asked if I could exchange for a working version of the same vape (I had my receipt and everything) but was told that once you leave the store you can't exchange a product even if it's dysfunctional. So what I learned is that you should thoroughly test every product you buy before you leave the store, including charging them. Which is a little ridiculous.
