I don't know if the prices are good honestly, I haven't been anywhere else cause there really isn't any other options in Indianapolis so this is my go to spot and I've gotten nothing but good recommendations from the guys in there and hopefully the lady that works there gets a better attitude. It sucks going in somewhere that you enjoy and somebody kind of sours it so when she's not there, it's always a much better experience. She also seems pretty new, I'd be shocked when she's been working there for a walk, but she also knows nothing about cigars at all so not worth asking her. Any questions if you do go. Not trying to make this a negative review but I'm just being honest with my experience and I've had in there but the guys working there do such a great job. I couldn't give them less than five stars, but that lady deserves a solid one star because that's as low as you can do. And just a piece of advice please don't make faces every time somebody ask you something or talk to you. It's very rude. And I can see you making faces at me like I can see it like I don't know if you think that I can't see you making faces or you rolling your eyes or huffing under your breath like I can see and hear all those things so just keep that in mind when you're serving customers. Cause I'm sorry your job is not difficult. Literally all you do is stand there and check people out like that's literally it. Sorry I didn't get that off my chest, again. I have purchased three different vape devices from this establishment, and two have failed. I…read morebrought back the first device with the receipt and was turned away because the person at the counter said they needed the original box it came in. Luckily, I had kept it. He was surprised when I returned with it and processed an exchange for a higher-priced item. The second device that failed was for cartridges. It failed to keep a charge after only a few weeks of use. I would charge it it would read 100% then minutes later 0%! This time, I returned with the box and receipt in tow, simply seeking a replacement for what was clearly a defective item. This time I was turned away by the young man who said they could not accept returns after 30 days! Given the failure rate of the products and the fact that they do not stand behind the products, I would NOT recommend this shop.

I'm still somewhat of a noob to vaping. These guys didn't make me feel out of place. Most other shops either talk way over my head, or don't even bother to greet me when I walk in the door. I give Just Vapor five stars for a couple of different reasons: 1) The store is beautiful. Most vape shops you go into are dark, tiny, and have a couch sitting in the corner that looks like it was pulled out of a college dorm room dumpster. Just vapor has beautiful bar, with stools sitting all around. And a big screen TV with a PS4 to play. It's not dimly lit like most vape shops. 2) Price. Compared to most other shops in town, Just Vapor has the best prices I've seen. Not everything is cheaper, but on average, you're going to save money shopping here. 3) Friendlyness. As someone relatively new to vaping, I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was. Not just the employees.. The customers as well. Everyone gave me suggestions on juices to try. They even told me to hang out and play some NHL 15 on PS4. If you're new to vape or a seasoned veteran, check out Just Vapor. I guarantee you won't be disapointed.
