So the biggest issue is that I bought two juices(i salts in blue rasp. Ice & The Finest straw melon sour 50mgs)and put them both into my vape and they both tasted horrible and I knew this place wasn't gonna do a return but at the same time, how are you out here selling expired juice? So one bottle was expired in 01/2020 the other was 05/2021. I called and told him I was coming back and wanted new juice or a refund and he said he would exchange them. I didn't want to buy more juice because I don't trust this place any longer. So my gf and I are in there researching juice and we take awhile sometimes cause we want to make sure we're getting what we like. Second issue, This man is sighing loud REPEATEDLY & acting as if we are a burden when there was 2 other customers who came in & like he had something better to do. I didn't want to buy juice from there. I wanted my money back and was refused even though I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to sell expired juice. So we ask him for 2 that we were gonna get instead and guess what, both expired when we checked. The BANTAM banana muffin didn't even have other ones that weren't expired. The 10 on the shelf were ALL expired so the im having to settle for juices I don't even want. THIS PLACE IS WRONG FOR THIS. This shop has an amazing selection of products & it's unfortunate that we had to deal with this & will never return here again. This man didn't even bother to check his shelves for all the expired juices, he put them back up. IN MY OPINION THE EXPIRED JUICES SHOULD'VE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SHELF AFTER HE WAS AWARE.

After my 5th fogger, the discounts stopped, which I completely understand--no big deal, that's life. But lately, almost every vape I've bought has been half empty. I've even opened them right in front of her so she could see for herself, and she just shrugs it off like it's no big deal. When I brought it up, I was basically told I was SOL. I know it's my fault for continuing to go back, but I honestly figured they would've fixed the issue by now. It's the closest vape store to my house, so at this point I've really just been going for the convenience. I understand products can have issues, but when it keeps happening and you're literally showing the problem right in front of them, it's frustrating to spend money on something that's already half empty. Definitely not the same experience I had when I first started going here.

I was in town for a company holiday party at Harry and Izzy's across the street, and once the party…read morewas over about 10-15 of us decided to continue the evening at Blend for a couple of drinks and a cigar. They were very accommodating to such a large group, many of whom are not really cigar smokers. At the back of the space is a large bar with an equally large humidor behind it. The humidor attendant was helpful and patient with the members of our party that didn't really know what they wanted. We were seated at a long table near the bar, though we took up a couple of smaller tables as well. They do a phenomenal job of air quality management, even though there were a ton of people smoking, the air seemed quite clean, enough so that a non-smoker would probably be comfortable hanging out with a friend who was smoking without being uncomfortable. Though they only have a small selection of beer, they did have some fairly good options. I had a Goose Island Cherries Jubilee Bourbon County Stout (quite nice), and a Camacho cigar. I didn't have any food on this visit, but the menu did look promising, even if a bit over priced. Overall this is a very nice spot for a cigar and a drink, I will likely be back when in Indy again!
