That is great customer service and I made sure to thank him when I met him in person. To whomever owns this place, you have an EXCELLENT employee working at the castleton location! He was super friendly and cares about the customer. I told him what I was looking for and we picked out a flavor immediately. Signed me up for rewards, and I was on my way. So once again... kudos to the guy working (I forgot to ask for his name but I wanted to make sure he got props!) The place is sleek modern clean and very chill. Definitely my style. They have comfy chairs and games to play and generally a great atmosphere. They have good prices and deals. They are tucked away so it's easy to miss but make sure you check them out! I am so glad i was referred there. The staff is not only very personable and helpful, but they had a great selection. I was looking for something in particular, that Just Vapor didn't carry. They introduced me to a much better and cheaper vape instead. It's obvious they aren't in it just for the sales, they genuinely care about their customer's needs. I should mention that the store was very clean and organized. They even have a pool table in there, so that's pretty cool. Thank you to whomever referred me here, this is now my new vape shop!
