Buyer Beware I agree completely with the two other very…read morepoor reviews here. I'll never go to this store again. I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.

I am currently disappointed. I went in on 4.1.26 and bought Dubai Chocolate ($14.99) and when I got…read morehome and opened the chocolate; it was nothing like the display. On the box, it had the chocolate as inviting. Milk chocolate looking, with the green and yellow stripes, thick center of pistachio & kunafa. The chocolate that I received looked uninviting. Looked dry, looked more like dark-chocolate than milk-chocolate. No green and yellow stripe at the top, BARELY in pistachio & kunafa center. I had ONE little piece and wasn't pleased, then I noticed the date and it said "Best Before 04.01.2026," so I STOPPED eating it. Today (4.2.2026), I went up there and let them know about it and basically they brushed me off; talking about "shelf life" then went on to say "if we catch something like that (the Best before 4.1.26 date) we usually take it away. I have been a great customer to them and they couldn't either 1.) offer me a new one with a later "Best before Date" or 2.) a refund. I spent so much money in there, one of those two things could have been offered. Given then neighborhood that they're in, they probably thought I was trying to scam them, which I wasnt, that's bad karma. It's funny because after I told them about the date, they took what they had left (which was a lot) down. Smh, once I feel disrespected, it's time for me to move on to the next place. It sucks because they are in a convenient location for me! Anyway, I believe in karma and I feel I was robbed

After my 5th fogger, the discounts stopped, which I completely understand--no big deal, that's life. But lately, almost every vape I've bought has been half empty. I've even opened them right in front of her so she could see for herself, and she just shrugs it off like it's no big deal. When I brought it up, I was basically told I was SOL. I know it's my fault for continuing to go back, but I honestly figured they would've fixed the issue by now. It's the closest vape store to my house, so at this point I've really just been going for the convenience. I understand products can have issues, but when it keeps happening and you're literally showing the problem right in front of them, it's frustrating to spend money on something that's already half empty. Definitely not the same experience I had when I first started going here.
