Incredibly well-stocked, and lots of stupid cool glass in the center cases. Mere mortals afford these not, but they are really fun to scope out. We usually go there every few months for this or that. The folks that populate the place are chill and knowledgeable. Seniors and veterans get discounts. I've read the negative reviews for this location and have never once seen or heard anything like that. Highly recommended. * big selection * decent prices * knowledgeable and courteous staff * senior and veteran's discounts * convenient location * plenty of parking

When I first moved to Greenwood, this was honestly the best vape shop around. The younger girl was…read morealways super sweet and would even give me discounts, which I really appreciated. After my 5th fogger, the discounts stopped, which I completely understand--no big deal, that's life. But lately, almost every vape I've bought has been half empty. I've even opened them right in front of her so she could see for herself, and she just shrugs it off like it's no big deal. When I brought it up, I was basically told I was SOL. I know it's my fault for continuing to go back, but I honestly figured they would've fixed the issue by now. It's the closest vape store to my house, so at this point I've really just been going for the convenience. I understand products can have issues, but when it keeps happening and you're literally showing the problem right in front of them, it's frustrating to spend money on something that's already half empty. Definitely not the same experience I had when I first started going here.

Their prices are better then anyplace else and their service is the best we've seen. We recommend them to everyone who rolls their own smokes. You can roll two cartons of smokes for about 20 bucks a week where we use to spend that daily on Camel Crush. They were the peeps that told me that you don't need to buy both menthol and non tobacco to smoke both, you just need menthol tubes and reg tubes to have both, you just buy non menthol tobacco....saved us alot. Best place in town. Juliette

I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.
