These guys are always friendly and informative. I've been going here for a few years. They never try to oversell you and I have even been talked into getting something less expensive but right for what I was looking for. Their new location is a lot easier to access than their last place. I highly recommend them if you are new to vaping or not. They are patient and not condescending like so many other vape shops I have been to! Their pricing isn't the cheapest but still very fair because you're paying for convenience or not having to wait on shipping (also their expertise). They sell vapes, tanks, juices (naked seems to be mainly what they sell these days). You can buy a full set up or certain parts individually. They also started selling cbd products. Which they will be glad to teach you about if you have time to chat. I usually go on week days during my lunch and there is never a long line. And if there is someone in front of you they have a little comfortable seating area for you to hang in while you wait. I recently moved to Indianapolis from NYC and was looking for a new vaporizer shop to call home. Well, i found it! I wasted so much time trying about 6 other places. Sure, many places have large selections of juices, tanks & batteries and are nice enough and helpful but NONE compare to the highly experienced and friendly staff here. Straight up, this place is perfect for vapers of all levels. They have a great tasting bar, nicely laid out with juices ranging from in-house, midrange to high-end Premium flavors. From starter kits to Mods, they have and know it all. I got every accessory and part I needed to upgrade what I already owned. I'm relatively new to vaping (I finally quit smoking 4 months ago) but I felt welcomed and not embarrassed by my newbie-ness. I have been vaping for a few years now. And this is my all time favorite Vape shop. There's many other Vape shops I've been too and often get treated like I'm I am a tourist and don't know what I'm looking at. Or the employees are not interested in customer service and just want you to get out of the store. At Indy E Cigs I am always greeted and feel welcome, even when there are a bunch of customers in the store. They take time to answer my questions and find me exactly what I need. I do not personally know the owner, but have seen/met him in his shop a few times and can tell he genuinely cares about his products, store and most importantly cares about CUSTOMER SERVICE! They offer a wide variety of brands and products. You can sample every flavor and the staff is knowledge on what appears to be every single flavor (wow). The staff is friendly and helpful. Clumsy me- on more than one occasion have spilled juice while sampling flavors (10 minutes prior to them closing) When I told a worker, he responded with a smile and told me not to worry and thanked me for letting him know! Thank you for not making me feel like an arsehole! Great shop though this seems to be the place for experienced vapers. The Broad Ripple location makes for good traffic and this place was busy. Huge, really huge juice selection of some really killer flavors; I'll definitely go back for more. Great tester system but some tanks were empty and a few others were burnt. Mild disappoinment but with the large selection, it was still easy to find good stuff. An employee was handling a customer hardware issue. It was obvious that the customer was frustrated but the employee handled it perfectly; calm, cool and very helpful. They carry a good selection of good stuff in the larger bottles too. Overall this place was great they have incredible prices and specials for good juice but there is a lot of room for improvement at this vape shop. One thing I didn't like is the modes they use for tasting the juices. I could barely taste the flavors or get a good hit. It was at 10watts and you could not change it. Customer service had to be seeked out, like they would not have conversation and it was just kind of a cold vibe. Didn't feel like a homey vape shop but I guess I'm being too picky but that's why they got a 4 stars because the price was worth it and it is what it is we got what we needed. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. After several horrific experience at Indy Vapor I found Indy E cig. I went in hoping for a better experience, and I was not disappointed. Not only did I walk out with exactly what I needed for my personal vaping experience...I also walked out singing the praises of all the staff. I visited as a complete newbie to the vapor scene. I needed much direction and searched for a shop with good reviews. They are centrally located in a clean commercial suite. The interior was clean and welcoming. The employees both were very personable and answered all questions and recommended a complete setup. They didn't push me to buy the most expensive items. I found the guy who works there a bit of a pretentious e-cig snob. I accompanied a friend into the shop and he was asking questions. I got in on the conversation and the guy behind the counter asked what I use. I reached in my shirt pocket to pull out my box mod and before I pull it out the guy says, "No, don't tell me you're going to pull a blu out of your pocket!". What if I did? What if I was new to all of this and was looking to upgrade and this guy is coming down on me for not being up to his vaping level? I'd turn and run for being treated that way. I was driving up Fall Creek today and a guy pulls up next to me as I'm puffing on my e-cig and honks and holds his up. I continue to drive and asked him if he knew of a good vape shop around where we were. He said he worked at Indy E Cigs and that I should stop by. I am ecstatic that I did! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional but they actually cared! I quit smoking for good Jan. 16th using the e-cig I currently have but haven't been fully satisfied with it until I stopped by Indy E Cigs. Not only did they resolve my battery issue but I am also blowing bigger clouds and now I know how to clean my tank. I used to frequent Pure Vape Indy off W Washington St. and because of my experience with Indy E Cigs today I will NEVER go back to Pure Vape.
