I have purchased three different vape devices from this establishment, and two have failed. I brought back the first device with the receipt and was turned away because the person at the counter said they needed the original box it came in. Luckily, I had kept it. He was surprised when I returned with it and processed an exchange for a higher-priced item. The second device that failed was for cartridges. It failed to keep a charge after only a few weeks of use. I would charge it it would read 100% then minutes later 0%! This time, I returned with the box and receipt in tow, simply seeking a replacement for what was clearly a defective item. This time I was turned away by the young man who said they could not accept returns after 30 days! Given the failure rate of the products and the fact that they do not stand behind the products, I would NOT recommend this shop. read more

I didn't catch the girls name who helped me but she was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I bought a bunch of coils and some new juice. Also, didn't realize until I was inside, there's also a vintage clothing store in the building. Super cool vintage t-shirts/concert shirts, jeans, shoes, jackets, hats, records, jewelry and Michael Jordan memorabilia. It is incredible!!! Some items are new, but most are truly vintage. read more

Loved the manager, Sam. He told me he was let go because of his disability. Lot of vape places out there. I'll buy my stuff where disabled employees are valued. These are just not good people. Btw, please respond Vapor Trails mgmt. Love to hear more. read more

I've written reviews about other vape shops in Indy. Vapor Trails has become my favorite. My go-to shop use to be Just Vapor a few miles down the road. I still go there, and have nothing against them. But there's something about Vapor Trails that seems so much more welcoming. The guys who work there go out of their way to help you out, and won't make you feel stupid for being new to vaping. When I see them interact with people in the shop who are brand new to vape, they take the time and give them the personal attention they deserve. They even teach you how to build coils. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a shop to call home. read more

Stopped by last night to pick up some juice and talk to the guys about a new pen. Very knowledgeable and polite. Their choices of juice are limited at the moment, (thanks to Indiana's new law) but the ones they do have are really good. Only downside is their prices are a little bit high. But it's Fishers, I wouldn't expect anything different. Will be recommending them to my friends. read more

They sold me an 18650 charger that will not fully charge any battery. When I wanted to return it and pay the difference for a better charger, Taylor wouldn't allow the return. I spent over $350 over the last couple of months in your shop and won't spend another dime now. Nor, will I recommend you any of my friends and acquaintances. You shouldn't treat your customers like that buddy. read more

Would not return a faulty pen that was sold less than 48 hours before. The sales guy even knew who I was, would not help me out. Had receipt did not have packaging only wanted an even exchange. Ran by a bunch of kids that don't give a s***. Would rather go to a higher and more expensive store to get better customer service. Too bad this is so close to where I work will not be returning read more

Great guy was working there the day I went in, let me try some new juices they got coming in. They had some unique devices I haven't seen at many other shops, like the beyondvape beacon mod and some RDA's I've never seen before. They are pretty far away from me, so I go up to fishers every now and then. Not a wide juice selection like I'm used to. read more

I bought a $8 Pyrex (supposedly) tip from them this passed Friday and Saturday as I was just taking a puff off my vapor and the whole top broke off and left the end inside my tank. I had to rebuild my RBA coil just incase any small pieces of glass fell down, and poured out the ejuice I had in there and cleaned it all out. I was out of town until today (Monday) and I went in there to exchange it for one that wasn't broken already. They refused to do an exchange for me. The guy kept telling me he couldn't prove I didn't break it myself although there were no scratches or anything anywhere on the tip. Just the clean break where the tip met my tank. Obviously it was already cracked when I got it. Vapor Trails not only sells broken products but they blame the customers for it as well and refuses to replace any broken products. It's no wonder Vapor Trails is close to going bankrupt. They don't care about their customers that aren't already in their little group of frat guys, they don't stand behind their products, they have virtually NO inventory (the whole reason I went there Friday was to buy Pinup Betty and they were out except for the 3% and they really only have the cheap battery vapors, no good mod units, and over charge for them), and even though they told me and my husband that the return policy is 2 weeks, 3 days later I was refused an even exchange for the exact same product I had that was less than $10. I would NOT recommend this store at all unless you are friends with the people that already work there. Then I'm sure you'd have a great experience. After they refused my exchange I went to Indy E Cigs at 96th and Michigan and bought a great tip for $15 that vapor trails was selling for $35 and the guy gave me 2 free coils for my tank, just because. I had never met him before and he gave them to me because my tank is an older tank (oldie but goodie) and he had them in the drawer for ever and hadn't sold them for a while. So, for anyone wanting actual variety, great customer service, and great prices, go to Indy E Cigs. I have zero affiliation with them. They just earned a customer that Vapor Trails lost. read more

I've never been to the fishers location. But I've spent a lot of money at the Carmel location. My last purchase I wasn't very happy with. I bought a new Heracles chamber that everybody was raving about. I put my juice in it and started vamping but wasn't getting any flavor. So I swapped out my coil thinking I had a bad one. Again I was getting no flavor. So I went back to the Carmel location and told them what was going on. The kid behind the counter bought me a new coil and primed it up and got some good flavor rolling for me. Turns out I have shitty luck and got two bad coils in a row. Which isn't a huge surprise since the Heracles just came out a month or so ago. But after getting a good coil going I'm very happy with the Heracles. Now as for the juice selection it's ok. I get a flavor from another shop in greenwood that is my all time go to. But no other shop seems to be able to match it. They do have a wide selection but I can't ever really pick a flavor because you can only test the flavor a with the starter pens which if you've been vaping for a while you know they don't produce the best flavor. But all in all its a good shop. read more

I'm still somewhat of a noob to vaping. These guys didn't make me feel out of place. Most other shops either talk way over my head, or don't even bother to greet me when I walk in the door. I give Just Vapor five stars for a couple of different reasons: 1) The store is beautiful. Most vape shops you go into are dark, tiny, and have a couch sitting in the corner that looks like it was pulled out of a college dorm room dumpster. Just vapor has beautiful bar, with stools sitting all around. And a big screen TV with a PS4 to play. It's not dimly lit like most vape shops. 2) Price. Compared to most other shops in town, Just Vapor has the best prices I've seen. Not everything is cheaper, but on average, you're going to save money shopping here. 3) Friendlyness. As someone relatively new to vaping, I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was. Not just the employees.. The customers as well. Everyone gave me suggestions on juices to try. They even told me to hang out and play some NHL 15 on PS4. If you're new to vape or a seasoned veteran, check out Just Vapor. I guarantee you won't be disapointed.

For a new upstarting vape shop, this place is amazing. I walked in looking for just a new nice mod, and walked out with a respectably priced coolfire II, and probably one of my new favorite flavors, strawberry mango freeze (basically a fruity menthol like flavor). Their selection of flavors is perfectly well rounded ranging from the fruity, to the tropical, to candy and soda flavor, to even really nice tobacco flavors. Like every vape shop they do have some pros and cons. Pros: -Everything is affordable and usually the same prices as you'll see from online direct manufacturers. -Great flavors (couldn't find one that I didn't find even somewhat unapealing) -Very nice staff -Relaxing environment -Has equipment from anyone, from the beginner wanting to quit smoking, to the cloud chasing junkies that only do sub-ohm builds. Cons: -As they are relatively new they are short on stocks of the more high end equipment. When I went in I was at first hoping to find a new RBA, but apparently they ran out of all of their Igo w-5's (but to their credit I just came at a bad time because they were getting a new shipment in later that day). -Their testing tanks are a little cheap, and were somewhat grimy near the bottom threading from customers accidentally opening the fluids up. -Very small store that is a little hard to find. And the parking lot is pretty small, so it can get packed easily. Honestly though all of the cons are far outweighed by the positives. This is probably my new, de facto, go-to, vape shop that I'll be stopping at every week. I used to be going to Alexander the Vape (another great shop), but Vapor Trails has so much more variety and can cater more towards everyone, especially myself. If you stop by here, you're not going to regret it, because even if they don't have something you want, they'll have another product that'll steal your heart. read more

Their charismatic personalities and wealth of knowledge made my experience at Vapor Trails truly exceptional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and offered personalized recommendations that were spot on. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, which is a rare find in today's retail environment. The store itself is also top-notch. It's clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of vaping products to choose from. Whether you're a seasoned vaper or just getting started, Vapor Trails has everything you need. Overall, I would give Vapor Trails and their amazing staff 6 stars if I could. Deming and Lyndsie truly went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one. Wow! Been out to visit the folks at Vapor Trails a few times now since starting on the e-choocher. Was damn near a 2 pack a day dirty cigrit smoker for years and am so thankful for the helpful and super informative folks at Vapor Trails that lead me in the right direction. Was just there yesterday to pick up a new e-choocher and will be going back today for a new tank and some yummy Vapor Trails brand ejuice. Great atmosphere and love to visit the official dog of Vapor Trails, woof! Will be posting reviews of all my purchases on Youtube user Tier1Beard. Staff member Austin helped me out today and was very knowledgable and helpful. Had exactly what I was looking for and explained everything properly. I usually never give 5 stars, but this place is the real deal. Keep it up guys. I smoked cigs when I was younger and just started occasionally, and want to use vapor as a replacement. So far so good. I settled on a simple starter kit and 2 bottles of "juice". Grape drank is my favorite but Andromeda is extremely satisfying as well.
