This time, I returned with the box and receipt in tow, simply seeking a replacement for what was clearly a defective item. This time I was turned away by the young man who said they could not accept returns after 30 days! Given the failure rate of the products and the fact that they do not stand behind the products, I would NOT recommend this shop.
