I bought 4, went to the car to check and make sure they worked properly, every one tasted burnt. I went back in and told him about it, he asked to see... I took them in and said try one, then the other employees said since they are on sale no exchanges or returns, ( which the sign did not say). I would've paid the difference to get the vape I usually get... instead I'm out my money and have 4 disgusting vapes. If you pay cash, they don't charge tax, prob a tax issue worth looking into. I will not be coming back here, instead I'll make the drive to the beech grove shop that has better selection, prices and service.

I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.
