They don't really explain things to a newbee vaper. Purchase Red Hots and told them what I was vaping with and they neglected to tell me plastic tanks are a no no for that mix, well I found out the next morning when my tank was in pieces and the juice was everywhere. I told them what happened and they just looked at me with no reply. Graduated to a Kangertech subox with a glass tank and wanted an extra tank, I purchased one from them to find I could have purchased it on Amazon Prime for half the price.

My first visit the gentleman took the time to explain all my options on battery size to tank size and answered all my questions without any sign of annoyance. I purchased the smallest battery since it was the most slender even though he warned me about the short battery life. I did agree with and take his suggestion on a glass tank since plastic will pick up flavors and turn cloudy. My second visit about 2 weeks later was to look for something with a longer battery life. LOL Another gentleman explained my options to me again and he showed no sign of annoyance at my bouncing back and forth between wattages. they did not have the one I thought I wanted in stock, so I left to return another day. The recent visit was today (a week after the last) and again I had someone go over the battery life vs price with me. Again, no annoyance from either of the 2 I spoke with today and I eventually decided on a 40watt version. I planned to use the current tank, however with the longer battery life I will get from this new battery I plan to return to purchase a slightly larger tank. I don't know about changes in the juice concentration the other reviewer mentions as I have only purchased twice. Why do I plan to purchase from them ? 1. Friendly staff that will take the time to explain things to you. 2. Only slightly more than Amazon for the items I compared 3. Local company 4. Convenient store hours 5. Tester tanks to try the varying flavors they sell

The approach feels very personal and it doesn't take long to nail down what I'm looking for. Their banana cream pie is out of this world. Not something I can vape all day, but the flavor is just muah! Perfection! And, as a bonus, keeps me from eating banana cream pie. Quite an accomplishment. I love pie. They are incredibly enthusiastic about helping people quit smoking. It seems to be their primary focus and really make an effort to address the needs of all who walk in. Between this and their personalized approach to testing, you can feel how eager they are to positively effect the community. My only complaint is the nicotine level in the tasting process. The high levels in their testers brings on a nic headache pretty quick. I'd be more likely to test and probably buy a few more options if the high nic levels didn't push me out the door before I may be finished.

Well today it was over 100 bucks. Needless to say I did not buy what I went in for. But when I asked the guy behind the counter what that was about, he said "well because of coronavirus..." so essentially they are price gouging those dumb enough not to just go up the street. There's a vape shop in Decatur and Mooresville both off Kentucky that aren't doing this. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of these. Juicy J sucks and permanently lost business by trying to price gouge.

I am so glad i was referred there. The staff is not only very personable and helpful, but they had a great selection. I was looking for something in particular, that Just Vapor didn't carry. I should mention that the store was very clean and organized. They even have a pool table in there, so that's pretty cool. Thank you to whomever referred me here, this is now my new vape shop!
