Nice place to get CBD products from. The salesman were very informative with helping with finding the right product for me. I suffer from several autoimmune illnesses one being a liver disease and fibromyalgia which gives me pain daily all day, I need some relief. They have numerous products for me besides smoking...I did buy some gummies and suckers I loved them both. They were excellent in giving me some relief off pain, for a few hours! Well things are changing by the day. Just a few days ago You indicated bring the "E Cig/Vap Pen in for An Upgrade (see your message below) Now you have retracted that and indicate a refill..... Save it! I will do business with an honest trustworthy CBD company "that keeps their word" That has products that work. That will not try to finesse me out of my money! The vape battery that you originally purchased did not work when you returned it, we did not have any of that model left in stock, so I did give you a Super Power E-cig battery in which was more expensive than the original one, however you are correct that it did not have the temperature adjustment. As far as being overcharged for the oil, I truly believe that we have the best prices around that are unbeatable. Even when we do a cartridge fill, the oil that we use costs $160.00 per bottle, and we do give out free samples of vape everyday, all day long. I am sorry that you are dissatisfied, please come back in for  an upgraded Vape Pen and a free cartridge fill on us. Thank you Dont worry this is getting worse by the day.
