They offer about half a dozen different varieties of Rishi Tea, and I chose Earl Grey, because I love that bergamot flavor. But I've had Chamomile Medley before, and it is also great and very comforting. I thought I would just leave with a tea, but then I saw that they offer soup. Only one soup -- the soup of the day, which changes and happened to be parmesan kale on the day that I visited. Sold! What's more comforting than hot tea and a warm bowl of soup? The soup was creamy and had bits of kale and chicken in it. Almost like a chicken velvet soup (my favorite), but more earthy from the greens. The soup came with croutons, if you wished to add a little crunch to the creaminess. The people behind the counter were super friendly and efficient. They have to be, because Cabin Coffee also has a drive-thru, so they're helping customers from every angle. The inside of the cafe really does look like a cabin. There's also a little nook for kids with a mini table and chairs. There's also a semi-private meeting room, which I saw was reserved for a Bible study group. The place was hoppin' when I visited, which was nice to see. Cabin Coffee seems to be an important spot in the community.

I HAD to try the Beach Day Latte. The latte was made perfectly. The icing on the cake was the house made coconut cold foam! Ohmygoodness- it was delicious. The breakfast sandwich was standard. I will say they did cook my egg to my liking. The bacon was good but still had grease on the two pieces. Our order taker was friendly and extremely helpful with the explaining the menu. I've been a loyal customer since the days of the physical member card, and even now that everything is digital, I still enjoy coming here. While I was there, the barista Marcus (I believe that was his name) was friendly and pleasant throughout my visit. I noticed some coupons displayed in the window and asked if I could have the coupon sheet to use on my return trip. This is not uncommon because they give these to customers to use. He was about to give them to me when another barista stopped him and said that the ones he was handing me were their last sheet. I was a bit confused, since the coupons were clearly displayed in the drive-thru window, and I wondered if more could simply be printed. When I asked, I was told they hadn't received additional sheets yet, so they couldn't give out the last ones. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be any effort to offer an alternative or accommodate the request, which was disappointing. I ended up leaving feeling a bit uncomfortable despite the great service from Marcus. The lady wasn't very kind with her approach but denying me coupons to SUPPORT a local business wasn't on my bingo card for my birthday. My usual was/is a medium iced Blondie with caramel drizzle, and honestly, she never let me down! Then I decided to quit coffee cold turkey... which was brave of me and also slightly tragic. Recently, I decided to start treating myself every now and then, and I got a craving for my OG drink. I was heading to church and noticed the 7 Brew line wasn't long (which feels like a little blessing if you ask me), so I had to stop! Spencer helped me and was super friendly and quick. He typed in my phone number and before I could even finish ordering, he said my drink out loud like he already knew my heart. I was impressed... and slightly called out. That first sip though... pure happiness. My Blondie was perfectly made, sweet, smooth, and exactly how I remembered it! It honestly felt like catching up with an old friend.
