Absolutely love Biggby! Stopped in today and ordered a London Fog, and it was hands-down one of the best I've ever had--perfectly steamed milk, just the right amount of earl grey flavor, and that subtle touch of vanilla that makes it so comforting. Stella took my order and made the drink, and she was an absolute delight--super friendly, quick, and clearly takes pride in what she does. Decided to stop by on their grand opening. If you are expecting Starbucks speed maybe wait to visit because they are new and a little slow. Team works well to crank out the drinks. I love sweet lattes so I was pleased with all the options. I'm at a great spot to bring family and friends lots of kid friendly non caffeinated drinks too. The location isn't in the most convenient spot. The traffic in the morning on Sunnyside is atrocious. They have outdoor seating located in the drive through. It's a weird setup but it's shaded so that's a plus. There's a decent amount of seating inside and I noticed lots of outlets so could be a potential work space. I got the Carmel Mellow iced latte. It's a latte with Carmel hazelnut and marshmallow. It was so good. I also tried their ham and cheese bagel. I wasn't able to get a picture but it was delicious they add cream cheese which I thought complimented the sandwich well. I live very close to this coffee shop. I really enjoy the drinks . WHEN they are made to match my order. Every time I come here , girls are laughing through the intercom, distracted, slow even when not busy . I sat at the drive thru waiting for 10 mins while I watch my drink just sitting there in eyes view ready to, meanwhile the barista couldn't care less and finally when she stopped talking and giggling with her co worker handed me my drink and said nothing . Really disappointed with the lack of respect for customers and they do not take there jobs seriously whatsoever. I understand it's just coffee, but it's very blatant when the young girls act this way. It's difficult to ignore . Then they always ask for a tip! Very unprofessional and rude. And I'm a big tipper but don't see any improvements with the hires here ....I have said nothing for a long time but hopefully this review will help the management and owner improve the quality of hires . So, I came in because I have been to Biggby locations before and it was an ok place. Not Starbucks or Dunkin quality, but it was close to home and I had ran out of Coffee at home. So, I told my wife I would pick us up a couple coffee drinks from this BRAND NEW LOCATION!!! Well when you think of a brand new location you would think they would be on top of their "A Game"....WHELP....this is not the case. It is a few days after their Grand Opening.. Not their soft opening....their Grand Opening. A Tuesday afternoon to be exact. I order a Carmel Marvel Latte with Soy milk, and sugar free syrup, and an Island Bear Latte. Make a long story short .....I waited a few minutes shy of 45 minutes waiting on 2 drinks...JUST to be told they didn't have Soy milk at that location. Why was I not told when I was ordering so I didn't waste almost 45 minutes of my life waiting for nothing. By this time I was soooo mad I couldn't see straight. BUT I politely asked for my money back and left......however, I am blowing a gasket on my review. Not only am I mad they didnt tell me they didn't have Soy milk when I ordered....there were only 4 people in the store when I walked in and me waiting almost 45 minutes and then telling me let's me know they didn't even start on my drinks yet. PLUS, how do they not know what they have, and do not have? Are they not trained good enough? Anyway, terrible experience I'll stick with Dunkin and StarBucks. The coffee here was very delicious. If you like something sweet, the mocha mocha was great. We ended up having to wait for quite a bit of time for a coffee even though there wasn't that much of a line. The prices of the drinks were pretty expensive, comparable to Starbucks or even may be a little more expensive. we didn't go inside, but the outdoor seating area next to the drive-through looks like a good spot to sit on a nice day. read more

Excellent at taking orders immediately at the drive through. Needs to work on customer service. Here's why, I had to ask for: drink carrier, napkins, straws and a bag to place everyone's sandwich in. Note to team: Don't sigh and roll your eyes because it's to early to be told what to do. Other then that, food and drinks are tasteful and delightful. The variety of coffee and beverage options are great. You can have a regular American style latte, hot or iced with many different flavor combinations. Or get a caffeinated power beverage like the Alani that are sold in the stores. If you need a suggestion on a beverage, the staff is great in providing you suggestions. It's a smaller store, but it has awesome study cubbies for those trying to cram for an exam or finish a paper paper. read more

I drive by this place often and have been wanting to try it, I'm so glad I made the time today! I decided to go in since I'd never been here, so I wouldn't hold up the drive through line lol, and the first thing I noticed is how clean it was. No dirty floors or tables, a great first impression. They've got plenty of space to hang out and enjoy a coffee, and even a couple of small one person spots that would be great to get some work done in. The employee who helped me was really friendly and was happy to give me some menu suggestions. They offer all of their lattes as hot, iced, or frozen which is pretty cool. They also have milk alternatives which I appreciated as a lactose intolerant girl. I ended up with the iced spotted owl and it was delicious! I'll also add that even though I stated that I still wanted whipped cream, they confirmed twice that I did still want that when they noticed that I opted for oat milk, which I appreciated! They have other cold drinks that look pretty great and some cute mugs and cups you can buy. Definitely give them a shot if you're in the Lawrence area and want a great coffee! read more

For a new location that just opened, I think they deserve 5 stars, but my first visit I'll give them 4, since they didn't get my order right the first time and swiped my card for someone else's order. I had to wait a little bit for the manager to come to correct the order, but that was the young man's first time at the window.
