To preface, I came here for the Conan Gray cafe event, so it was not the typical experience. The inside is very basic in decoration and it has an industrial feel. I was not overly impressed by the drinks, especially given the hefty price tag. My latte tasted almost exclusively of milk and there was very little coffee taste. The matcha was good, but there were some chunks in it. While we were waiting for our drinks, one of the baristas spilt a drink on the counter. I was very impressed with how the workers handled the situation. They made light of the situation and were able to joke about it. I really appreciate seeing situations handled well. read more

We had a little bit of time to waste before dinner reservations so we decided to give this little coffee shop a try. It was a little confusing as we wasn't sure which door to go in and then realized it was around the corner by the cute little outdoor seating/gathering area is. This would be a perfect place to get some work done or enjoy a beverage on a nice day outside. The girl behind the counter greeted us as we approached the counter and was so nice. We opted for the cortado flight as we wanted something small to share. The girl wasn't familiar with the flight and was a little confused and I see where she's coming from as the flight tray has 4 slots yet it only comes with 3 choices. I chose the Bee one which had a light honey flavor and cardamom on top it wasn't too bad but I could have went for less cardamom Hubby chose the brown sugar and it was both our favorite you got a little of the sweetness from the brown sugar but it was balanced We let her choose one for us and that was the zebra It had chocolate notes to it and was our second favorite We got a salted chocolate chip cookie and it was a little dense but pairs well with the drinks. Came here to co-work with a friend. The space is beautiful! I've been to their other location but this one has so much to offer in the building and just outside is the Nickel Plate Trail which would be great to take advantage of in the summer! I got a medium masala chai (hot) and one of the viral mango cakes (SO GOOD). I know masala chai is made differently all over but this one was really good in my opinion! And that mango dessert was just the right amount of hard exterior, creamy mango interior! So so tasty! I will say, the prices here felt a bit high. For the dessert and chai + 20% tip, it was $20. However, everything was high quality and I also love all the options they have. read more

We ordered the Niyyah-politan. It was just "ok". $1.00 extra for oat milk, $1.00 extra for cold foam (which it was supposed to come with anyways). $10 for one coffee drink is crazy. They have the exact same drink at Java House for $6.50. The vibes were off- no one working acted like they wanted to be there. I have been to Niyyah Coffee once and already love it. I tried their hot latte with vanilla syrup, and it was exactly how a good latte should be - smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. They also have some fun seasonal drinks and food options on the menu, which I'm definitely planning to try next time. I couldn't resist getting the Biscoff Tres Leches, and it was absolutely amazing! So soft, rich, and flavorful that it disappeared within minutes. I honestly wish I had grabbed a second one. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which is a big plus. And the best part? They're open until 7 p.m. (and even 8 p.m. on some days). Most coffee shops in the area close way earlier, so this is perfect for that post-5 p.m. caffeine fix. The service was excellent as well. Overall, it's a total hidden gem and a place I'll definitely be going back to. read more

I ordered The Bumble, which is a honey, vanilla,cinnamon & cardamom latte. I absolutely loved it and if I lived on the north side, I would be a regular here. Great blend of unique spices and flavors. The only place so far that I think has a good amount of matcha and I can taste it in a latte in Indiana. The barista was nice and asked me how strong I want my matcha and I said heavy on matcha and less sweet which was really nice of her Froot loops matcha (vanilla + lavender) 6.5/10 but maybe 8.5/10 for Indiana Matcha is pure grassy on flavor profile tho Creme brulee latte was toasted perfectly and not too sweet. The place is pretty quiet and nice as a working and chilling space. A little bit echo-y in my opinion but I would consider coming back again. read more

Sunny day, beautiful seating, gorgeous park for hiking right opposite to Niyyah coffee and delicious coffee! What more I could ask for. The outdoor space was very busy with kids, pups and lots of people but the place is so spacious that you don't feel it's crowded. Service was great, efficient and kept the atmosphere nice! Great coffee, they have a lovely seasonal menu and some enticing desserts. There's also a great co working space right through Niyyah. Contemporary and modern design, just beautiful! read more

Oh my gosh! These ladies behind the counter are the BEST! Literally go out of their way to be helpful when I don't know what I want. Today I went in for an iced coffee and asked about the nitro. They offered me a sample and made suggestions for a most delicious drink - no ice (bc of the nitrogen) and added cinnamon to the vanilla cold foam. Yum! When I first started going here, I was ordering one of their specialty drinks. They remembered me and my exact order after only two visits (half sweet, sugar free vanilla). I'm telling you, the lovely girl with the long brown braided hair needs a raise! This place is a gem, and so are the barista's! And you cannot beat their rewards program! read more

Niyyah Coffee was overall just okay for me. The coffee itself was fine, nothing special, but it got the job done. The service, however, could have been better. The barista didn't have the greatest attitude; she wasn't outright rude, but it was pretty clear she didn't want to be there, which made the interaction a little uncomfortable. They also took a surprisingly long time to make my order, especially considering I only ordered two regular coffees. On the positive side, the inside of the café is really cute, and they seem to offer a decent selection of food options. Maybe I just went on an off day, because the atmosphere has potential, but my experience didn't fully reflect that. Niyyah has quickly become one of my favorite places in the area! The location is so convenient and easily accessible, right off the Nickel Plate Trail, close to 69 and IKEA/all of the other great businesses in the area. The coffee and tea are always great, and they have a rotating seasonal menu with unique options. Lately, my favorites are the cinnamon roll latte and the orange chai. But the best part really is the staff--they are kind and welcoming, and service is quick and attentive. I love going to Niyyah to read or check things off my list, and have a lot of fun co-working with my best friend in the atrium. I always get so much done when I work here because it's comfortable and usually pretty quiet--and when it's not quiet, it's more lively and bustling than loud in an annoying or distracting way. Niyyah is a bit of a hidden gem. It feels like a local hub for connection, and it's such a cozy gathering spot. read more

A interesting location inside of a large building with other businesses, it's located in the back corner. The ambiance is nice and it's a comfortable hang inside and outside. Been twice now and had two different specialty/seasonal coffees: Zebra and The Bumble. Both were delicious. I also tried the almond croissant which was fabulous. Gals behind the counter are friendly and engaged in helpful conversation both times. I brought a coworker my second time there hoping to spread the word, as I hate that this small biz is having to deal with building construction. Plenty of parking though, so it's not a detriment. They have tons of roomy, functional work and socializing space including a cozy couch/chair area. But there's plenty more work space and seating just beyond the coffee shop, in the coworking space including a long high top with outlets for which you can use Niyyah's WiFi, deep seating cozy chairs for socializing, and other tables. This cute coffee shop is located in the Hub and Spoke complex. Omg, it's gorgeous inside the building. I love places like this. We went Saturday morning. Niyyah isn't on the sign board so we accidentally parked at the opposite end of the building but that allowed us to walk through and look around. We had to look at the map inside the doors to find where to go. Not the cheapest coffee but yummy. 13.40 for two 8 ounce specialty drinks, one with oat milk. I'd say the 8oz was more like 6 oz. We tried the pumpkin shooga shook and the zebra. I had a gift card! It was super quiet, clean, and the staff was low key but friendly. I will definitely go back just to take another look around the building. The prices for hot and cold were the same. I will try an iced drink next time. read more

First time coming and actually I think this is a new show that looks like it's inside some like shopping strip. Big and spacious. The lady who took our order was very kind. So I got the Brown Sugar Shook and it was just too much uh brown suga for me I guess but the Biscoff cake was SO good. Light and perfect, although I didn't get much Biscoff flavor. Drink: Was good. Nothing out of this world, but would have it again. Pricing: Terrible. Base drink is somewhat expected $5.95 for a 12oz latte. Oat milk is $1.50, which is crazy. Then they calculate the tip AFTER tax. I'm not paying you a tip on the total plus tax. That's crazy and really bad business practice. Service: Also horrible. The baristas looked annoyed that I was ordering. One word answers to my questions. And then when my drink was done, they didn't let me know. I asked if the drink that had been sitting there for several minutes was mine, the girl just nodded her head without looking at me. Ultimately you can't charge radicals prices but give McDonald's levels of service. I'm happy to pay for quality things, and I tip over 50% at restaurants for great service. This is just poor training and coaching of the importance of customer service. Do better. read more

It's inside Hub & Spoke --a multi-unit business compound-- which is great to grab a coffee and browse around all the different businesses -- home decor, home furnishings, and more. They have a good sized menu of coffee, tea, & espresso options as well as a handful of pastries and treats. They also have a good variety of flavors and specialty drinks including Masala Chai (note: it's a pre-made whole milk mix so no milk substitutions), Lavender dreams (my fav!) It's also very comfortable to meet, work, and relax. Definitely stop bye if you're in the area and keep this as a great local alternative to Starbucks. However it can get busy. The shop is located iN Fishers ,inside the Hub & Spoke building. The coffee is amazing quality , the barista is incredibly kind and friendly. The staff is engaging and I have seen them talking to their customers. It's such a welcoming space. They have a wide selection of drinks. It's a very cozy coffee shop with many different seating options. We chose a cozy couch area with great window views of the trees! The staff were very friendly and recommended many different options! I chose the Brown Suga' Shook and it didn't disappoint. Sweet and cool since I did it iced. The coffee shop had a lot of people there but it wasn't overly loud as everyone seemed to be respectful of each others space and needs.
