    20oz Lissa's Luscious Latte
    L.A. E.

I have no idea how they remember all of their specialty lattes!! The individual who helped me decide was phenomenal. Great service. There are so many more than just the ones on the board when you drive up. I definitely recommend checking out their full online menu before ordering. And yes, they do pup cups which my two doggos greatly appreciate. Speaking of pup cups, they are the best. They put them in extra large cups that perfectly contain the mess and they even have a dog biscuit in them! I tried the Lissa's Luscious Latte since I'm a fan of raspberry white mochas. I opted for the 20oz but so appreciate knowing they have 24oz coffee drinks for those days when you need to swim in it. ‍ This location also has a walk up window if you'd prefer. And if you're grabbing a hot breakfast, napkins are already in the bag you don't even have to ask. If you opt for the drive through, be sure to check out the window of puppy Polaroids.

This Michigan coffee favorite is starting to pop up around Indy. We have visited the location in the Southport Meijer parking out lot on several occasions. Service is always very prompt and the smiles of the baristas are always wide and sincere. One will find a menu somewhat similar to Starbucks. The prices are very close to Starbucks. However, Biggbes do other a few different drinks and flavor combos that are worth a try. I love the Butter Bear frozen latte and their fruit freezes. It's drive-up only and just magical how so many different treats can come from that tiny unit. But it works well!!!

We came here as they opened a new location right near us on Southport road. I have been to Biggby before in Plainfield so I was excited to try something new from their menu. It is in the Meijer parking lot and it is drive thru only. The menu has smoothies, crème freezes, cold brews, lattes, hot chocolates, teas, and specialty lattes. They also have something called energy blast which lists types of mock tails that you can add red bull to or their own plant based energy and immunity source. They also have a variety of bagel sandwiches, muffins, yogurt parfait, donut holes, cookie, and banana. The line was pretty long for a Monday evening and we waited for about 30 minutes total from pulling up to getting our drinks. Longer than expected for a coffee place. Since they are brand new, I'm sure they will get it flowing faster in a month or so. There were several workers inside and they were friendly. They gave us coupons for our next visit and I actually had a rewards card from the other location that they swiped for me. I ordered a Salted Carmel Iced Coffee with sweet cream foam. I wanted the cold brew but they were out so we just subbed the iced coffee instead. This drink was pretty good and I liked the overall flavor. I had a sip before I mixed it real well and it was a tad bitter. My mom ordered a strawberry shortcake smoothie which I tried and it was really good! I look forward to coming here now and then as it is right in my neighborhood and convenient as a drive thru only. Hopefully they get the line moving faster as they get use to being open! I think it's a place worth checking out.

I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this location for a few months. I think they were originally supposed to open in December but got held held up with some of the utility lines. Since it opened last week, there have consistently been pretty long lines and lots of people stopping in. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 11am and the line was fairly long. It took around 45 minutes for me to get through the line. Once I got up to order, I realized the staff were taking time to answer questions about the menu and make recommendations. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite flavors is cinnamon so of course I chose an iced Honey Cinnamon vanilla latte and a coffee cake muffin. The latte was delicious and full of cinnamon. The muffin was huge. There are a ton of delicious-sounding drinks on the menu and you can order each latte hot, iced, or frozen. I'm looking forward to returning soon and trying something new from the menu like a smoothie.

The one Biggby near me closed years ago. We were in this neighborhood so we decided to grab a coffee after lunch. It seems to me that this is less of a coffee spot for serious coffee aficionados and more of a novelty coffee place with lots of fancy sweet drinks on their menu. True that I could've just gotten my usual oat milk latte but I just looked at the list of specialty drinks and saw a honey vanilla latte which I ordered with oat milk and sugar free vanilla. It was way to sweet and lukewarm. My husband didn't care for his espresso either. The good news is that we had a coupon for free drink with the purchase of another. Note that this is a drive through with a walk up window. No indoor or outdoor seating.

Was very impressed with this tiny little shop! The line was really long, but it moved way faster than expected. I ordered an iced vanilla bean latte. It was really good, but I felt like it had less espresso than other places I have been, so I wish I would've added another shot! But, the vanilla flavoring was very tasty! It was comparable to prices at other coffee shops, too.

20oz Sugar-free mocha mocha, xtra-hot w/cinnamon syrup and whipped cream! So delicious!

Poorly managed, prices raised much higher than Starbucks, equipment not kept clean and employees that talk crap on customers. A recipe for a short life span. You couldn't give me their coffee for free.

    Golden latte.

Parking…read morewas crazy due to the event and we had to park over by CVS and walk over in the rain, which sucked, but it was fun once we were inside. The back area with most of the booths had too many people in it at all times, which stressed us out. I felt like couldn't really look at everything and often had to wait awkwardly to the side until other people finally moved out of the way. I ended up getting a new permanent bracelet after one of mine broke a couple weeks ago. I hadn't looked at the vendor lineup before coming, but had hoped there would be a permanent jewelry booth there and was very happy to see Golden Era. The owner was so nice and told me that Milk & Honey often lets her come by for events, so that's nice to know when going back to get coffee again. We also got a couple of gorgeous floral shortbread cookies from a vendor and had them as a nice little treat the next day. Despite how busy/packed it was, it was still very fun to have the event to browse while sipping on a coffee. I also loved the booth diversity- a fresh flower booth to make bouquets, cookies, permanent jewelry, antiques, vintage jewelry, a few clothing booths, custom press on nails, candles, a mini bookstore outside, and a pet bandana shop outside as well. For coffee, I ordered The Eddie (sea salt caramel macchiato) and my husband ordered The Milk & Homey (cinnamon + honey). The Eddie was definitely sweeter than The Milk & Honey, but both were very tasty! They had a super cute "whimsy bar" set up at the pickup side of the counter to bedazzle your coffee. This was my first time there, so I'm not sure if this was just for the event or not. We also each ordered a turkey caprese sandwich with a side of kettle chips, but they were a little disappointing. They were supposed to be on sourdough, but came out on white bread instead that kept sticking to our teeth and made the sandwich mush together when biting into it. Would love to come back and try a different sandwich or maybe a baked good next time instead.

My daughter is on a gluten free diet and seeing no GF offerings on the menu she ate before we went but joined us for the experience. Our reservation was for 12:30. We were seated within a few minutes. Our waitress, Ashlyn, arrived and introduced herself, promising to be back soon. 30 minutes later she returned and asked if we would like water. We said water and menus would be nice. 30 minutes later she brought a carafe of water and the menus. We had plenty of time to discuss the menu. When she returned she sat down in our extra chair and talked about the selections and made suggestions for us. Then told us to think about what we wanted and she would be back. 30 minutes later she returned and asked if we knew what we wanted. My sister told her we would like to order now. My granddaughters and I ordered the petite tea, consisting of a cup of soup, sandwich, scones and sweet treats, and tea. We all chose the baked potato soup, sweet and spicy turkey croissant, and vanilla almond tea - all served on a tiered tray. My GF daughter ordered a cup of tea. My sister ordered separately. Our tea pot was delivered and we waited for our order. Our waitress appeared 30 minutes later and asked if we needed anything. My sister said yes, we would like our orders. Our waitress apologized for the wait and said there was a mix up in orders in the kitchen. She reminded us that she did not prepare the food, just served it. Our food finally arrived. The cup of soup is literally a tea cup of soup and while it was delicious, it was 3 teaspoons of soup - which we used the same spoons we used for our tea as there were no soup spoons. The turkey croissant was grilled and flavorful, also 3 bites. The tea was now cold but the sweets were very tasty. When our waitress reappeared, she apologized for the long wait and offered to take half off my daughter's tea and noted that we would also save the tax that would be charged on the $5.00 tea. My sister told her that was not acceptable, that she thought half off the entire table was customary in the restaurant world, keeping in mind we have been there over 3 hours. The waitress said she would talk to the manager, then came back and asked us to meet the manager at the register. We ended up receiving half off the entire bill and there was half off for my daughter's tea. 3 stars for adjusting the bill and for the delicious food, that's 2 stars less than my previous glowing review for making my granddaughters first "tea room" experience less than stellar.

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.
