We went in Starbucks a little late it was going to close in 10 minutes, I went to get my daughter some Starbucks and they did the whole order and I payed for it but they only gave me 1 of the drinks when I ordered 2 and I payed for 2 but they were pretending to not have heard anything when I literally had that drink customised and they started acting rude, so things aren't looking to good here when I got home tired and then after my daughter drank that drink she started throwing up and she still is and we had a reservation at a restaurant so we had to cancel it because of this Starbucks worst experience I've ever had!?! Very disappointed in our experience today at Starbucks. My friends and I had taken our kids (both who are neurodivergent) out for a meal where we had purchased several items. My son who is on the spectrum with autism had both vocal and jumping stims at the time in which we were trying our best to calm him down. After sitting for a few minutes we were approached by one of the workers (I did not see her name but she had blue and purple hair) who had told us if we're not able to "keep it down" then we can sit outside (in the SoCal heat). We had complied and sat outside however, we feel as though the situation could have been handled with more empathy. We've brought them to several other Starbucks locations where these behaviors had occurred but have never been kicked out before. read more

I walked in when it was dead empty and decided to order on the app, because i personally didn't want to walk up and wait for them to take my order. I ordered two things, a refresher and one food item, the app told me it's about a 3 minute wait, at MOST 6. They took OVER ten minutes to make one drink and I had to leave without my food. Not the most interesting Starbucks location, from a design / decor standpoint. It's adjacent to a Jon's Market in Glendale. From the outside, I first thought that it might be a kiosk inside the supermarket, but it does have it's own separate space. Everything seemed a little less than stellar. Took a bit longer than "normal" to get our drinks, and the cashier's greeting wasn't as friendly as at some other 'Bucks". It just felt off a bit. Hence the three stars. Still got the job done, as we were seeking refreshment on the way to Brand Park and were passing by. Would I rush to go back to this venue? Likely not. Guess we're getting spoiled by the many newer drive-thru locations, most of which also have fresh, new indoor spaces. Most of those also have at least some patio area. This by far has been one of the friendliest Starbucks I have been too. I was a bit indecisive as to what I want to drink. The baristas provided some great recommendations and even provided some samples. The pineapple refresher with green tea for the win but the mango dragon fruit with peach was a close second !!!! read more

They had to remake my order 3 TIMES because they messed up and tried to convince me that I was wrong when I wasn't. Worker was talking nonsense when I told him they got my drink wrong. This "Bux is on the border of Glendale and Burbank or as we Glendalians call it: NO MAN'S Land. It is in a plaza with Jon's Market and therefore the denizens of this Plaza come from here and far: Black, White, Tan, Green, Yellow and almost every variation thereof. I Love it. In any event i stopped here for a quick, stiff, potent Cold Brew with a splazt of Oat Milk on my way back from a thrilling (un huh) medical procedure. The physical unit needs a good scrubbing as the public spaces are a little scummy. Yet, the Starbuck's employees were helpful and nice and the actual drinks and food came out looking first rate. Parking is plentiful and it's fun to see what type of vehicle these customers will arrive in. I've seen everything from a Maybach and Rolls Royce to a vintage Volkswagen Beetle: which btw means nothing in regards to Starbucks but does if you are a people and car watcher as am i. This unit has been here for a number of years as in the early 2000's when i worked for Universal Studios i used to stop here for a Cappuccino before i fought the Uni Park wars. Mornings are very busy with said biz tapering off in the afternoon: which can pretty much said about every coffee joint. I know that there are Starbucks that serve wine in the evening and even offer Live music. So what's keeping them from moving this out? Quien Sabe?????? This is a good stopover unit should you be on your way to downtown Burbank, Universal City Park or Toluca Lake to tour Bob Hope's House. Cheers! read more

Echo'ing other Yelpers' reviews, great location to stay awhile comfortably. Friendly and efficient service. Got my slow roasted Ham & Swiss promptly and extra hot Pumpkin spice latte within 5mins. Nice to have tables spread around with floor to ceiling windows for natural light. This seems to be a pretty popular location with an ongoing come and go of customers. Luckily parking is a breeze with the huge parking lot. Will def come back here when I'm in the area. read more

After my visit to the LA Zoo, I was in need of a lift. My Starbucks iPhone app let me know that the nearest location was in the DreamWorks Studios. I wasn't sure where the entrance was as there was no sing out front on Flower Street. Better check the app again. Oh there's another one close by. I went to the Glenoaks Boulevard location and it was great! As I drove in I exclaimed that there was a private lot. Great! Parking right in front of the place--even better. I used a free Sweet 15 card for my drink and I sat outside and checked my email and Facebook. The place would be 5 stars if it had not been for the long wait. There were only two people working here and there were a lot of people. It was a good stop after a long afternoon of walking at the zoo. read more

Helpful and nice employees. I've been here many times, my drinks are always made correctly and on time. (Have not done a mobile order to this location.) The staff keep the place clean and stocked (see pic attached) which is always nice. It's in the Jons shopping plaza. I always find parking here but can get a little annoying with Jons shoppers. Currently it's over 100 degrees outside and it's nice and cool inside this location. AC works great! Huge plus in the summer heat. Lots of seating and plugs available for your laptop. read more

This is my forever location! I get coffee here every morning 640a on the dot. It takes me 3 minutes to get there and they never fail me! I love this Starbucks for a few reasons: 1. Their barista is friendly and totally killer. If you're a regular, they totally know what you want, if you order a few things on the reg, they remember those things too. If they get your order wrong (which has happened to me maybe twice in the years I've been a customer), they are very quick to graciously give you a card for a free beverage on your next visit. 2. They understand that Starbucks gold card members have the need to pay separately for items at times so they can gain their stars, and they don't complain about it (just try not to do it when the line is super long). 3. The place is super clean all the time, so is the condiment bar. Super spacious as well. My only complaint here is that the parking stinks, and honestly, the location sort of does too. Being located next to a Jons Market makes it extremely difficult to get your coffee fix on the weekends and during busy times of the day. Sometimes it is so impossible, and such a hassle, that I avoid this place all together. Not to mention, this place is the capital of car crashes inside the business, I know this is not Starbucks' fault though. People like to loiter in the parking lot and take up a single space so they can smoke and drink their coffee. No desire to move for someone that would like to park there. However, this does not deter me from vising this place, as it is just down the street from my house. When you need your coffee, you need your coffee. read more

I came here looking for some candles at Jons and noticed the Starbucks next to it. I walked over and was pleasantly surprised in the layout of the place. It had tons of space and the work areas where people come to work out of was well maintained. It was clean inside and it had all the new freezers that I have noticed Starbucks upgrading in their stores. I probably will not come back to this store, because I live out of the area, but enjoyed it none the less. read more

This store is very inconsistent. The mobile order drinks are kept behind the bar, and the baristas hardly ever make eye contact with you. It typically takes much longer to pick up a mobile order here than any other store I've been to because of where they are kept. I've never had a problem with drink quality here, just speed of service. Parking during busy times is a nightmare. People just park in front of the store and block half of the driving lanes. The grocery store side of the parking is one way and is usually a mess. read more

Groups of strange and unfriendly old men hang out and smoke in front of it or close by in the parking lot. And now they only serve up to a size grande. My food gets cold since every time I have to come back to get it fixed. Never have any issue at other locations even drive thru locations get it right? I waited in line to be attended for 10 min and when the girl finally came to attend me she was having a whole conversation with the person behind me that I just left instead. I should really get names of the staff the direct this directly to them !! It's always a treat to have the atmosphere of an everyday Starbucks thrown into chaos by the presence of a single entity. In this case, the police, as well as some sort of armored vehicle. I normally don't venture to this Starbucks, but I had that rare desire for coffee after a long hike up Brand Park. Usually I'm craving a coconut water or plain flavored water... It was such a gorgeous, cool, and overcast day, it made the hike seem easy. I digress; I stopped at this Starbucks on my way home. There were police buzzing around outside but I wasn't expecting them to be inside as well. Not only that; there were some Kevlar enforced... Uh, enforcers... inside the building acting pretty chill. It gave the building this wonderfully uneasy vibe. I was so entertained by it I felt like the only comfortable person in the vicinity. You must admit it's pretty dang funny that the presence of a police force inside a Starbucks would cause the opposite of a "safe" feeling. Or it's really tragic depending on how you look at it... Either way it's a pretty simply explanation as it just tells our brain that there might be a reason they are hanging around a coffee joint, and that's just a bit scary for everyone. Especially because there are no donut jokes to be had... As Starbucks is about quality, and your health (please ignore the cake pops). This is a great Starbucks by the way. They serve coffee. Starbucks coffee... I was really hoping one of the officers would have shouted out, "we just wanted a drink!!!! Calm down!!" I also like the idea that they all would have been acting casual and then everyone's unrealistic fear would have actualized; like a bear suddenly bursts from the snack section with a 9mm and starts roaring and thrashing around its colossal claws. And then everyone is like, "I knew it! Why else would they be here?!?!" Mostly the bear is just angry it doesn't know how to use a gun. And then my mind gets lost in the whimsy of a bear with a gun and I wonder what it would be like in a world where animals suddenly know how to equip firearms. As horrible as gun crimes are, you have to admit some part of you would giggle after reading: "Zebra Escapes Zoo, Local Police Locked in Fire Fight After Zebra Wields Ak47." Regardless of how you feel about hunting, there exists a sort of sweet justice knowing elephant hunters might expect return fire from any given expedition. And I especially like the idea of a man neck deep in camouflage taking aim on a deer only to hear the click of a pistol... He slowly turns to his left to witness the deer's husband holding a gun stiff to his head, "got you, mofo." Animals can talk now too. I don't mean to make light of violence or suggest humans deserve Mother Nature to turn against them in a new and spectacular way. But I do mean to avoid actually reviewing this Starbucks. Because if I've said it before, I'll say it again... a bucks is a bucks. And if you're waiting for a joke about a male deer. I'm impressed by your zoology knowledge, but you're lacking in the hip-hop trivia department... Young buck. read more
