At first I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, maybe he needs an expresso shot!! Or maybe he had a snooty customer prior to me so let me try small talk and make him happy again! .... And then I ran out of excuses for him. :( And I found myself leaving my perkiness at the door whenever he was working. Seriously, this guy makes me sad. So I have stopped visiting this location. The coffee's the same as at any Starbucks however so I still gave it a 3. But. (And this is a big but) Being that Starbucks is on just about every other corner, you have to understand that customer service is really what will create and bring the regulars. Poor customer service . I went to this location today at 8:15 and a barista with curly hair advised me With attitude that my drinks weren't ready . I arrived at the time my Starbucks app said the drinks were gonna be ready. As I waited I saw drinks that looked familiar to what I ordered. I went up to the same barista and told her my order and she gave me attitude as my drinks were already ready. I did not like her attitude as I patiently waited longer and my drinks had been ready the whole time. read more

Had to update after the awesome experience I had this morning! Being in a rush, I used the mobile app to order thinking I was oh so smart and would quickly speed walk in, grab my caffeine and conquer the day. Alas, my beverage was not waiting for me when I arrived. It's a busy Friday morning, they just have lots of orders I thought. Something unique to this location was a super friendly staff member who was on the other side of the counter greeting people with a smile and handing out their morning goodies. He noticed I had been waiting for a while and started looking for my order- this is when I discovered that I sent my order to a location about 10 miles away. Ugh. I much prefer this Starbucks than the one located on Central & Philadelphia. The drive through line is insane, the parking lot is a mess, and because it's always crowded, the drinks are never any good. This place has a smaller immediate lot, but in the back is entire plaza's worth of parking space. They have a cute patio area, and most importantly, they usually have coffee grinds available for compost since it's not as busy at this location. Drinks are much more consistently made here as well. Inside is a little small though. read more

They have the music so loud they can't hear your order so you have to yell it. Inevitably they get the order wrong. Forget getting a greeting by one of the four people working in there chatting it up. You have to stand there until someone decides to pay you any attention. It's a super hot day today, so this drinks was amazing and super refreshing like the name. Personally, I liked it with lemonade instead of water to add some more flavor to it. This is my first time visiting this location. I wanted to try something new to me but also still normal which would be a cold brew. Luckily Chelsea was able to nicely explain the difference between nitro and cold brew and help me make my choices that were also dairy free. She went above and beyond to be genuinely excited to help and to even let me taste the difference, by giving me a small sample of nitro to try in my car. She was truly a breath of fresh air and I hope that she is treated well here so that she stays at this location for time to come! read more

They are so friendly and accommodating here. They place to study is good but not many places for outlets. The drive thru service is fast, efficient, and accommodating. Bad thing is if it rains there is no awning so you will get wet when rolling down window and getting drinks. I wish all Starbucks think of putting awning or covering over ordering and pick up area. Avid Starbucks goer. Came to this starbucks a few times and have received attitude every single time. Didn't care the first time because i thought maybe they were just having a bad day or busy but the next few times it got to me. I even bought a beautiful starbucks bottle from there. unfortunately it was defective and was leaking. brought it back the next day and they didn't want to let me trade it or give me my money back since i didn't have a receipt. i was not offered a receipt. they gave me attitude the whole time and said sorry don't know what u want us to do about it. they acted as if i broke it. i make 100k a year like i actually care enough to try commit some sort of fraud? Anyway they made me speak to the manager. Manager acted the same way so i see why the employees get away with attitude. The experience I had here today went from "eh" at the very beginning to terrible by the end of it. First the person at the cashier looked like they were checked-out; they didn't say hi or ask for my order. Then my order came out 20 minutes after the time on my receipt. Granted there were a lot of customers, but someone who ordered after me left with their two iced drinks before my Frappuccino was sent out. What's worse is that they got my order wrong, so they had to re-do it. About 5 minutes later, they finished my drink but got it wrong AGAIN! Uh what?? It was the exact same mistake! The barista didn't apologize. A different barista took it upon themselves to correct it, then gave a very weak apology. They said sorry so fast as they practically tossed the drink onto the table where it slid over to me, and then they turned to face away from me immediately. Like wtf kind of service is this? All in all I was there for 30 minutes. Managers, please teach your baristas to turn a terrible experience into a great one. Like they could offer consolation by upgrading their drink by size, offering a pastry, or anything else because that was Just bad. read more

I used to love coming here service was always fast and my orders were correct but the last five months when I do a simple order it was wrong. I always do mobile orders. Ordered a passion tea lemonade got a green tea peach lemonade I cant have caffeine so I wasn't able to drink it and my husband didn't know what I ordered so he just brought it home. Another time I ordered a passion tea lemonade and it was all lemonade. Today I ordered a swiss cheese and ham PANINI and I got a croissant again my husband is trusting that people do there job. Then I go to check my hot chocolate no whipped cream, no chocolate curls that I paid extra for and to top it off it wasn't even hot. I'm trying to give you guys business, I can make it at home way better but I'm trying to support. So managers please talk to your workers to care more and pay attention its hard earned money that is being wasted. My first time at this location and my last. I ordered the new iced peppermint white chocolate mocha, iced chai latte and 2 chocolate croissants. My wife got down to bring the drinks back and as soon as she got back I realized one of the drinks was too dark. It was the iced peppermint white mocha. I tasted it and it was not what I ordered. It tasted like chocolate. So my wife goes back to tell them that it's the wrong drink. They exchange it for her. When she gets back to the car, I see that the color is correct. I taste it and it tastes like their new toasted drink. My wife then tastes her drink and it's sooo watered down you can barely has any taste. I figured what's the point of going back a second time. To beat the morning rush for coffee I will visit this location. It does not have a drive-thru like the Starbucks a quarter mile up the street does. This keeps the crowd limited to those willing to exit their car. Parking is not great at this location. Parking spots in front of this location fill up quick. It is also cramped parking. Better places to park are closer to the Walgreen. It has an outdoor patio. read more

Although All Starbucks have the same recipes as it's a chain coffee shop, this ones one of the best. From its customer service to the drinks, I say they put their best service in both. I normally get the same drink, so I know when the barista doesn't make it right and I never have that issue here. One of the smaller Starbucks I've seen but I prefer going to this Location over many others in my area. FYI there's no drive thru but they're just as quick so it'll be worth getting out of your car. read more

This is a tiny little Starbucks inside. But it is not connected to a giant strip mall and almost stands on its own, which is nice to cut down on wandering miscreants. They have two of the soft comfy chairs inside, the rest are the uncomfortable wood chairs that encourage you to leave whilst seated. Friendly staff, but this is not the spot I would want to sit and have a nice conversation with someone. Too small inside. read more
