Look at this turd that this location custom made for my nephew's birthday! It's awesome! Tasted good too! This is the second custom cake we have ordered here in the past couple of months. Came in tonight and there was a bit of a line, Andrew was handing the line and online orders all by himself. He was very polite, friendly and kept the stress under control. The place was clean, the ice cream is always among and parking is easy to get in and out of. There's no restrooms, but that's fine! It can can noisy but that's just all the excitement from the delicious sampling and shakes! read more

I went there with my partner, and the experience was very unpleasant. The woman who took our order, a lady with curly hair,and had glasses was extremely rude and spoke to us as if we were stupid. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected while we were simply trying to order. But on the bright side the ice cream was very delicious. read more

Went today to buy my wife an ice cream cake! Zero customers inside and I went directly to freezer to look for cake! The employee just stared@me! I had difficulty finding what I was looking for and everything was kind mixed up! The employee never offered any assistance! I turned around and looked@employee-he just stood there looking@me-then another employee came into view! I finally gave up "why bother" and left store! Nothing! I'll never return to this location! I usually buy all my ice cakes from this location! Never again! read more

People are friendly! We love the ice cream and we by it by the quart (2 at a time). Unfortunately the last 3 times we've visited this location our ice cream is too soft. It's not being kept at the right temperature in the store. It still tastes fine but when put it our freezer it gets crystal do to the soften state. read more

Terrible experience! Came in for my favorite a cuppuccino blast at 9:20 pm (40 minutes before close) and was told they started closing early and they had already cleaned their blenders so they weren't doing any more blended drinks with the worst attitude! I asked the employee her name and she took about 30 seconds to come up with the name "Eva". So I'll describe what she looks like since I know it's not her real name. She's was skinny, darker skin complexion, with black hair. I have worked in the food/service industry for over 10 years and have NEVER come across such a rude person! I understand they want to hurry and close so they can go home but there's two blenders. Close one early and leave one open at least. Or make up and excuse/lie and say they're broken! Don't tell me you cleaned them early and are no longer making blended drinks. She had the worst attitude and even rolled her eyes when she was turning around to keep cleaning thinking I didn't see! The other girl working was soooo sweet and was actually working helping the customers. So if you come across "Eva" good luck getting anything you'd actually want, she prohibits sales and happiness! I can always count on Baskin Robbins to brighten up my day. Their cakes are always professional prepared, ready and of course, very delicious. Andrew was our server, and not only was this location following safety regulations during COVID (with proper PPE and 6 feet of social distancing), but even though it was busy and he was serving other customers, he was polite, professional, and efficient with his time. He is quick with preparing cake orders (I usually a cookies and cream individual sheet cake) and didn't neglect his customers. He is a great communicator and puts customers' needs first. I'm always happy to come back for a nice ice cream treat and great customer service. read more

We love getting ice cream here! Probably same flavors as other locations but the people at this location always make us smile with their nice attitude. They do not honor the dollar scoop Tuesday, which every baskin I've been to does. And when middle aged Chinese man or older chinese woman works (owners) the scoops are never the right size. Always super small. I have avoided this location because of that and today same result. I've purchased about 10 cakes at chines hills location and now going to continue with that location. This place is cheap when owners operate the business. read more

Bad service Iyanna (Spelling could be wrong) was the one who assisted us tonight if you can call it that. No greeting when we walked in. I asked for a flavor like strawberry cheesecake since they were out and she said cookie dough, how is that like strawberry cheesecake? Gave the smallest scoops possible. My child got one adult scoop, I got a 3 scoop sundae and hers was bigger smh don't usually get irritated over small stuff I just have always had positive experiences here and now don't want to return. read more

I HAVE A UNBELIEVABLE STORY, THAT IS 100% ACCURATE! I cannot believe that this happens nowadays. So last night after having along day at work, I decided to go to Baskin Robbins, because usually Ice cream makes a person feel better. Little did I know I was going to come across this extremely rude associate by the name of Andrew. It was 9:55 p.m. when I walked in the Ice Cream Shop. As I walked in I told the Associate, Andrew, that the business lights are off and it was pretty hard to find the location. His immediate response was "Maybe you should get your eyes checked!" no giggle or laugh, just a straight face. I then figured he was having a bad day, so I proceeded to order my Ice cream Sandwich. As I was eating my Ice Cream Sandwich, I saw a sign at the door that read: "Download the Basking Robbins App and receive a free scoop." I then proceeded to download the app. As I was sitting down waiting for the app to download, so I could take advantage of the offer, Andrew ordered me to leave. I explained that I was downloading the app and enjoying my Ice cream sandwich I had paid for. He said that if I didn't leave right away, he was going to call the cops on me. I told him that I would leave as soon as I was done with the installation of the app. The time now at this point is 10:02; keep in mind that is two minutes pass closing even though I was already in the store before 10:00. He then got on the phone and called the Chino Police Dept. Shortly after 2 police cars show up. As soon as I explained that I was a paying customer and that I know my rights, they eased up and told me that "everyone is allowed to have a bad day." I did not go into this shop expecting to get the cops called over some Ice cream. Now, to make matters worst I called this morning requesting to speak to the Manager. I spoke to Johnny (who claimed to be the manager) to inform him that one of his employees, Andrew, was extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. "Johnny" chuckled and said, "Okay, I will tell him not to do it again." I am appalled by this response. I honestly believe that people that do not have people skills or don't enjoy working with the public, should look for employment where they don't have to deal with people. This is how businesses lose customers, and I will for sure not be going back to this establishment. I'm a fan. My family loves it. I mean... who doesn't like ice cream?! Location is fair. Clean. Nothing crazy over the top, but we have always had service with a smile. In fact, reading some of the reviews talking about "new management" and "bad customer service"... I just can't agree. Been here plenty of times and never really had a bad experience. My family has only ordered ice cream in cones and cups, so I can't vouch for their cakes or drinks. Will continue to frequent this location. read more

On the outside it looks like any other of the millions of baskin robbins around the country. The decorations are modern, but really people come to baskin robbins for the ice cream. Way better than the cold stone trend, tgif, pink berries, and other frozen yogurt chains. What more than the 31 + flavors can you ask for...there is something here for everybody. Anyhow on with the review, the ice cream and products and ambiance are the same as every other baskin robbins. What separates this place is the customer service. They have a great staff...they are pretty generous with the serving sizes. I've ordered a few cakes, and those have been awesome. They even let me order a cake with multiple flavors of ice cream. I know the stores are individually owned, but this ownership is top notch. I have been to other stores, where they don't even accept the coupons or promotions. This is the best baskin robbins i have been too. read more

Well I can't complain as loud as I want. I took my lovely daughter for an ice cream yesterday and was reasonably surprised that the total was ONLY $5. I would have expected $10. As far as the service, EXCELLENT! What an amazing staff. They do their job well. I would give the service 5 stars but the pricing on other items is too much for just an ice cream. read more

This place is always full of attitude. I went a few minutes ago and the guy didnt even make the sundae with everything it comes with he adds $1 for each topping even though the sundae comes with it. I call a few minutes after because he put coffee instead of pistachio and he tells me im lying and why am i giving him a hard time. I am not giving him a hard time hes the one that made the order wrong. He then tells me to give him proof there is coffee in my sundae . Im not going to drive alll the way back to show some idiot he messed up im too far away.... last time i go here. Worst custoner service ever read more

The customer service was garbage, my aunt was supposed to pick up a cake for my little cousin and they gave the cake to the wrong person and then accused my aunt of just trying to get a free cake. The owners at this place might be "nice" but they are ripoffs. Look at your receipt next time you visit this place. If you order a sundae they charge you extra for every topping over one! What the heck is that?! A sundae is ice cream, fudge or caramel, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry on top. Right? That is wrong at this place, they charge .99 cents for every topping after one. Ripoffs! They should at least let you know in advance before you even order. read more

I didn't walk towards the back of this dessert place. I mainly stayed in the front since I ordered to-go. I saw two statues of a man and a woman near the entrance to the right. At first, I thought they were husband and wife, but it turns out they are brother and sister. Fu siblings from Taiwan who are the creators of Meet Fresh. There is a beautiful story behind their humble beginnings. I saw one self-ordering kiosk, but ordering can be done at the counter as well. I chose the kiosk since there were people at the counter. I got 4 drinks and 2 desserts. 1 Wintermelon Tea - too sweet! 1 Strawberry Green Tea - okay! 1 Milk Tea w/ Boba + Lychee - perfect! 1 Boba Milk Tea - fine! 1 Hot Red Bean Soup Signature - delicious with lots of good ingredients! 1 Icy Grass Jelly Signature - as expected... it's just grass jelly with taro balls! Eat them while it's fresh. Otherwise, taro balls will harden. Overall experience was okay. Young staff was okay. I only gave this review a 4 stars because of the red bean soup. Otherwise, it would have been a 3 stars. This is actually my 2nd or 3rd Meet Fresh encounter. They seem to be popping up more and more. Good spot for delightful drinks and desserts!

I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.

I decided to drop by this Baskin Robbins as I was in the neighborhood, and I have to admit that it was one of the cleanest establishments I've seen. Andrew, the manager, also made my cappuccino exactly the way I wanted it, and was also very kind, talkative, and cheerful. When you treat people with respect they will treat you with the same respect. I see a lot of negative reviews on here regarding customer service, but they must have given management a hard time because my experience was nothing but pleasant. read more

This place sucks. The people are pretty cool, but the managers are assholes. They are rude and really stingy. One time the little asian guy yelled at one of his employees for making a simple mistake. The scoops are really small and not to mention overpriced. I am surprised that this place has not gone out of business. read more
