Ever since the Baskin‑Robbins in my Diamond Bar neighborhood closed, I've been going to the location in Pomona at 2047 Rancho Valley Dr -- and now I'm there at least twice a week. The shop is always clean, and they consistently have a great variety of flavors. Dayna is one of the best workers there. She's always pleasant, patient with questions, and genuinely helpful. She greets everyone with a smile, and it really makes the experience better. Her whole crew is friendly, efficient, and quick to get your ice cream ready. This has definitely become my go‑to summer spot read more

Love this location. It's located in a nice area with lots of shopping and goodies. The shop is always clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. We came in on a busy day and the staff were working hard to get all the customers what they needed. Scoops, cones, and shakes were quickly being served. Our server was Ray and he was very friendly and took time to listen to what each one of us wanted. We were very happy with our visit and will back to try new flavors that come in. Just a note: this location has Family Tuesdays. An ice cream scoop is half off. Love it! read more

Baskin Robbins - Jamoca Almond Fudge! My favorite! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Pomona, California

rude employees, rolled their eyes when we ordered such odd behavior, they barely acknowledged us, name tag said "dayna"

I purchased an online cake. I just want to say that whoever put this cake together was an absolute artist! I couldn't have gotten a better outcome at a fancy high end place. Their stuff wouldn't have been edible and delicious the way this cake was. I was in awe. It was so fun and got the biggest smiles from our whole family. You guys are amazing. read more

My daughter saw the cakes at this location but my wife does not like the she wanted lol I had a fantastic experience thanks to Gil! I came in with absolutely no idea what she wanted, but Gil was patient and incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options until we put together the perfect cake for my daughter. It was beautifully decorated, super cute, and clearly the work of a really talented person. He made the whole process easy and stress-free and my daughter loved it! The store was also really nice and clean. I've never been to Baskin before, definitely better (and more affordable) than cold stone lol read more

I took my granddaughter for some Ice Cream, which I told her was the best! She was very excited. The shop is clean, and the staff is great. I showed her all the flavors, and she loved them all and wanted all of them, but I had to tell her to pick one, and I would share mine if she wanted some. She wanted the content candy and I had the awesome Rocky Road and Cherrys Jubilee. Both of course were awesome. They also have a great assortment of to-go items as well. The only reason I cannot give five stars is the price. For my two scoops, it was a total of $8.47. Wow! Sticker shock. Yes, it is good, but I can get two containers of Tillamook for the same price. It was on sale at Winco as I was just there. Getting a simple dish of Ice Cream is expensive. Nice to have once in a while, but bang for the buck; I will stick to Tillamook. :) read more

The store was clean and well-stocked with plenty of options. Definitely a great spot to satisfy a sweet tooth! read more

Baskin Robbins - Oreo Ice Cream Cake !!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Pomona, California

Stopped by recently to get some ice cream. The kid at the counter was very friendly and accommodating when I wanted to sample all the flavors. I really appreciate hard workers especially in this day and age where everyone seems lazy and rude. The ice cream was fresh and satisfying. I got a banana split and the bananas were there perfect amount of ripe. They even have different toppings to choose from beyond hot fudge, which all i remember from the last time I was there years ago. read more

Had the perfect cake for my wife best taste and everything the person helping me was able to help choose what was needed

We had been craving ice cream for a while, so we decided to give this location a try. They weren't very busy, and we were quickly helped. Because of COVID, there are no samples, so you can't try before you buy. But it's understand able. You also can't eat inside of the establishment which is also understandable since it is very small. We had no major issues, but the employee did seem annoyed and it was very obvious. I don't think it was because of us, but it was uncomfortable. I ordered a strawberry cone with sprinkles, the only thing i didn't like about it was that nearly all the sprinkles fell off. My fiancé ordered a rocky road ice cream sundae with whipped cream and m&ms. We decided to use the tables right outside since the weather was nice, and ended up really enjoying our afternoon. read more

Very clean!! Friendly and just great overall service from staff!! Also loved the new ice cream pops!!!

The service was great when we came by! They were patient as we contemplated between flavors and they're currently allowing samples but make sure you're masked when not sampling! :) There's a yelp check in deal, free single scoop with purchase of a single! What a deal! read more

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream place and I have been to many over the years. The Pomona location was a let down. Ordered a shake and it was noticeably watery. The guy failed to ask if I wanted whipped creme, and when I asked he seemed disgruntled and only gave a little. During our 10 min drive home, the shake completely melted, so we essentially paid for melted ice cream at that point. Never had such bad service/quality at a Baskin Robbins before. read more

Clean store. The service was great. You can try multiple flavors and they won't make you feel bad for it. I feel like the ice cream flavors are very natural tasting not super artificially flavored. Definitely recommend this location. read more

WOW, WOW, WOW! Been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a child. And can I just say this is the best looking one I've ever seen! Not only does it look great but the customer service is outstanding! I've never been asked at one of these if I wanted to taste anything. They just went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I wish all Baskin Robbins look like this. Definitely will drive a little bit out of my city to come back to this one. Keep up the great work! And they have a great incentive when you check in on yelp! So if you're in the mood for some ice cream I suggest making your way to here! Granted you can't sit inside yet but they have seating outside. I love how everything looks so clean and organized. Am I really the first to review this location? I've been to this location a handful of times. It is so clean (maybe its because covid and no ones allowed to eat inside) and modern. Frida she is really nice . We love to come to see her ! Thank you. I will go to Baskin Robbins at Pomona again!!!!!!

The service was crazy. We went in at 9ish yesterday and thought we still had time to order. We understood sometimes places close early but like maybe 9:50 or 9:45? We went in at 9 and they were already cleaning. Understandable. We asked if we could still order and the boy sounded annoyed and said yea. We were looking at the icecream options and the girl asked us if we were ready to order or needed time. I told her we needed time and she looked annoyed and not even a minute later asked us again if we were ready or not. We werent even look for a long time, she was just pressuring us. I understand wanting to close early but there was still a whole hour left so treat your customers better. My appetite was gone after that service that was given. When we were done more people showed up and ordered something with a blender and i saw the boy visibly look very annoyed. This isn't how you treat customers. Im not saying have a smile on your face and be loving, just dont make customers feel like sh*t for ordering icecream when its your job to serve. read more
