My daughter also has a dairy allergy and egg sensitivity, so I needed to be able to trust that whoever was making this cake took it seriously while still being able to give us something special. The end result blew me away! It was exactly what I was hoping for and more. The cake was stunning and honestly, would never know it was completely dairy and egg free.
