To be honest, the noodles were pretty salty for me, but my dad really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful and had lots of scallion oil flavor! The sausage was just a grilled Taiwanese sausage, my favorite. I wish they would give some garlic with it. And their iced sweet soy milk is my favorite. read more

This is a casual dining experience with good parking, close proximity to many other decent restaurants, and decent service. I went with my girlfriend on a regular Tuesday, there was no line and the wait for the food was about 15 minutes. The seats are kind of sketchy, they feel like they bend when you sit on them, but the place is otherwise clean. I was excited about this place but the food is really mediocre. It is nutritionally adequate (has some veggies and protein), but its flavor is seriously lacking. We both had the meat lovers crepe and I was waiting for the flavor to come together but none of the ingredients really worked well with one another. Really salty bits of bacon and spam with surprisingly bitter lettuce and a sauce that lacked any power to cut through the fat. I personally think this place is really missing a pork belly or beef slice protein option for savory flavor with less salt. The savory sauce is also lacking, something sweet like hoisin sauce might help a lot. The signature noodles are also a total ripoff, I expected at least some toppings for a whopping $8, but it was just some noodles with a couple green onions tossed on top. The sauce wasn't even that impressive, it tasted like sesame oil and soy sauce, and not even the good seasoning soy sauce. Very disappointed with the noodles for $8. At the end of the day, the only reason I would go here is because of the nostalgia of a Chinese crepe meal, but it fell below expectations. I ordered the Cheese Buldak Ramen Crepe and the Smoking Hot Rockin' Fries. Overall, I would rate my experience 6/10. The crepe was very crispy and warm, which I enjoyed, but the flavor fell a bit short. It wasn't spicy enough and tasted quite bland, almost as if only half (or less) of the Buldak sauce packet was used. For the fries, I really liked the seasoning, but I wish they offered ketchup or ranch. When I asked, I was told they don't carry either in-house, which was disappointing. Upon browsing the menu, I figured I should try the crepes of course. On my two visits, I've tried the pickle and sausage crepe wrap and the Big Crunch crepe wrap. Both options were solid for me, but I think the pickle and sausage I favored more. The wait times can be lengthy pending the amount of customers. The gentleman makes it all himself from my understanding and calls each one when ready. Since it's made to order, those crepes are HOT! I'm glad there's a Chinese Crepe AKA Jianbing spot opened up in the area. I've always craved for it from time to time but not knowing where to get it. I ordered the Big Crunch Wrap / jianbing. It comes with lots of toppings, cripsy wontons and a crispy chicken patty, lettuce and hash brown. Very delicious and savory, especially with crunch from the wonton crisps. Another item I recommend us rge Rice Roll aka Fantuan. It's a popular taiwanese breakfast food with sticky rice wrapped with Taiwanese sausage, radish, egg and lettuce. They have it in purple rice which is also my favorite! The Scallion noodles is a go to well, the noodles perfected cooked and chewy. The scallion oil has such a great flavor, even though there are no toppings. I ate the entire bowl myself LOL. The service is quick, you're able to order your food at the kiosk and get your order quickly. You also able to see the chef making the crepe. Picked this spot to eat after a hike on a Saturday during lunch. Didn't want to order too much in order to save room for dessert so my friend and I shared a grilled chicken crepe with an extra egg. My first time trying jianbing and it did not disappoint! I got the combo deal including the veggie salad jianbing and signature noodle. The veggie salad jianbing was flavorful and had a little kick of szechuan-like taste. The outside texture was fluffy but there were crispy wonton crackers on the inside that made each bite delicious. Portion size was bigger than expected. The signature noodle is lightly flavored, which went well with the jianbing. Only thing is it was a bit oily for me. Overall, this was a new experience and I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is clean with a nice decor. There's patio tables outside as well so I don't think seating will ever be an issue. In all honesty, I expected something similar to a dan bing where it would be kind of crispy but it was actually like a French crepe (which to be fair, is in the name of this place). The lettuce and tomato was an interesting addition that did not add to the flavor, I felt like it did not belong in this crepe. I like this place! Right next to TPT (you know I'm going to be over there, too), this shop is good for rice rolls and savory, crispy crepes. A friend recommended this place and she was right -the food is yummy and hits the spot for anyone who loves rice rolls! It's like a burrito but with sticky rice and different fillings. You order in a kiosk and they'll text you or wave you over when your food is ready. Staff is kind. Been there a few times and planning to go back. I wished the potato noodle had better toppings like peanuts to add crunch as well as pickled veggies. Taste was okay but talk about the packaging of the soup! The soup comes in a screw cap standing pouch to keep it warm and prevent any type of spills! I love that. Now, the crepe is okay. I wish the crepe batter had more of a taste.
