    Grilled Sausage Rice Roll.

PARKING: Free in the plaza it's located. This is a fast service type of place for Taiwanese comfort food where you pay at the kiosk (there's 2) and then wait for your number to be called. There are a few bar seats and tables to sit inside if you prefer to dine in. BIG CRUNCH POCKIT CREPE WRAP: This is my go to when I come here, which is their take on the Taiwanese "Jianbing". You can definitely share it with someone if you wish, or feel full if you want to just have one to yourself. You have the option to make it SPICY, which I love doing (think chili oil spread inside of it). You also have the option to choose between adding FRIED DOUGH or KRACKER. I usually get it with the kracker as was advised by the owner and is most popular. Either way, both will add a textural crunch to this wrap! BROWN SUGAR TOFU PUDDING: You can get this hot or cold. My mom and I enjoy getting this cold and it's not overly sweet as some places make it. GRILLED SAUSAGE RICE ROLL: They make their rice rolls with purple rice. This was a miss for me as their take on the Taiwanese "Fantuan." The rice was overly sticky and the roll wasn't holding up well with each bite. SIGNATURE MIXED NOODLE: My kids love this! Their take on the typical Taiwanese scallion oil noodles. Make sure you mix the sauce all up with the noodles to ensure each bite is as flavorful as it should be. Highly recommend coming here as they make orders fresh upon order! Perfect place to pick up and go for a short lunch break.

I ordered the Cheese Buldak Ramen Crepe and the Smoking Hot Rockin' Fries. Overall, I would rate my experience 6/10. The crepe was very crispy and warm, which I enjoyed, but the flavor fell a bit short. It wasn't spicy enough and tasted quite bland, almost as if only half (or less) of the Buldak sauce packet was used. For the fries, I really liked the seasoning, but I wish they offered ketchup or ranch. When I asked, I was told they don't carry either in-house, which was disappointing. I would return to try other items on the menu since the location is very close to where I live, but I'm hoping for a better flavor experience next time!

Classic Pockits; Honesly these are hard to find in the US and this place have a great take on it. Real comfort food. Super easy in and out, tablet ordering with photos and descriptions to figure out what to get. We have been here several times and everything is flavorful and filling. Overall must try. Check it out.

I've eaten at Pockit Crepe on two occasions for a lunch break. First impressions are the location is pretty laid back and gives the vibe of a quick bite for lunch almost like a food truck. The location has the Cali vibe decor with its logo in the center on the restaurant. From my understanding, the ordering is all done on the 2 kiosks inside. Upon browsing the menu, I figured I should try the crepes of course. On my two visits, I've tried the pickle and sausage crepe wrap and the Big Crunch crepe wrap. Both options were solid for me, but I think the pickle and sausage I favored more. The wait times can be lengthy pending the amount of customers. The gentleman makes it all himself from my understanding and calls each one when ready. Since it's made to order, those crepes are HOT! I enjoyed the uniqueness of the crepe and the crunchiness of the chips inside with each bite. I think if you wanna try something different and out of your typical lunch comfort zone, I'd give Pockit at least one try. Thanks, Pockit Crepe!

I'm glad there's a Chinese Crepe AKA Jianbing spot opened up in the area. I've always craved for it from time to time but not knowing where to get it. I ordered the Big Crunch Wrap / jianbing. It comes with lots of toppings, cripsy wontons and a crispy chicken patty, lettuce and hash brown. Very delicious and savory, especially with crunch from the wonton crisps. Another item I recommend us rge Rice Roll aka Fantuan. It's a popular taiwanese breakfast food with sticky rice wrapped with Taiwanese sausage, radish, egg and lettuce. They have it in purple rice which is also my favorite! The Scallion noodles is a go to well, the noodles perfected cooked and chewy. The scallion oil has such a great flavor, even though there are no toppings. I ate the entire bowl myself LOL. The service is quick, you're able to order your food at the kiosk and get your order quickly. You also able to see the chef making the crepe. The interior is very spacios and clean with great lighting. Pockit Crepe is located in the Hmart Plaza in Diamond Bar with plenty of parking space available.

First time trying this and have left conflicted on how I feel about this. The texture of the crepe wrap was fun and chewy, the crepe pocket is a very generous size and smells great but the wait is... insufferable if you're famished otherwise I will be back! Wish there was more to say but it's an interesting concept but wishing there's at least one vegetarian or meatless option for their rice rolls.

Picked this spot to eat after a hike on a Saturday during lunch. Didn't want to order too much in order to save room for dessert so my friend and I shared a grilled chicken crepe with an extra egg. Ordered on the kiosk as the lady was busy cooking the crepes. There were 2 other customers ahead of me so it took a while. When the crepe was ready, it's split in half and placed in paper wrap. Flavor was good and half was a decent sharing amount. Just wished it could've been crispier. Like how crepes have various customizations and also other foods look good to try for next time. Located in same plaza as H Mart so there is plenty of parking. There are a as few tables inside for you to enjoy your food. The downside is there is no restroom for customers

Veggie Salad Jianbing + Signature Noodle Combo
    Eric H.

My first time trying jianbing and it did not disappoint! I got the combo deal including the veggie salad jianbing and signature noodle. The veggie salad jianbing was flavorful and had a little kick of szechuan-like taste. The outside texture was fluffy but there were crispy wonton crackers on the inside that made each bite delicious. Portion size was bigger than expected. The signature noodle is lightly flavored, which went well with the jianbing. Only thing is it was a bit oily for me. Overall, this was a new experience and I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is clean with a nice decor. There's patio tables outside as well so I don't think seating will ever be an issue. I'll definitely be back to try their other items, like the rice rolls.

The one crepe wrap (or jianbing) that I definitely recommend trying is the Big Crunch with the wonton crisps because it adds such a great crunchy element to every bite. The chicken itself is big and crispy, so it's super filling and hot since it's made to order and served right off the grill. My other highlight was the mixed noodles which is their way of saying scallion oil noodles. Once you get the sauce all mixed, it's irresistible. The noodles were springy, chewy, and so delicious that I ended up finishing almost half the bowl myself. We also got the grilled chicken rice roll, which I liked much better than the grilled chicken crepe wrap because it had structural integrity. It was hard to hold the crepe wrap since the chicken kept falling out. The food came out pretty quickly since it wasn't busy at 3 p.m. on Saturday and the ordering process is easy because it's all through the kiosk. There's some seating inside but it's also convenient to take it to go since the concept of the restaurant is fusion street food you'd find in Taiwan.

    Leeza D.

I like the concept, crepes and rice rolls made to order with yummy fillings. Easy, portable and satiating. I was already full when I hit this restaurant but what drew me in was the tofu dessert with red bean. I love getting this dessert when I travel through Asia. The tofu dessert here did not disappoint. I will come back and try their wraps. While I was waiting, I heard another customer say he could eat this everyday. He really liked the wrap he ordered. Order by kiosk. Casual. Good service as they doubled check led with me on my special instructions. Please come and create your own adventure.

    Grilled Chicken Jiang Bin
    David M.

Pretty neat venue inside the H-Mart shopping center in Diamond Bar. I must have had jiang bin in my mind after eating the street vendor jiang bin edition so I found Pockit Crepe Wrap. As with all Jian Bin, everything is made to order and you can watch as your jian bin is made. We also tried the pork sung rice roll which is a slightly different take on the Taiwanese Fan Tuan. And, since I was already here, had to get a bowl of the Signature Mixed Noodles too. Take a look at my pics and videos!

    Dani S.

Very unique food! Came here for a quick grub one day, and it's definitely a very unique concept. They offer crepe wraps and rice rolls both are a twist on a famous Chinese street food. Ordered via the kiosk and didn't have to wait too long. The crepes were made fresh. I got the original one and that was delicious. Also got the rice roll and that was whatever, probably won't get again. Overall, nice fast service for quick grub on a very unique food.

Visited Pockit crepes during their soft opening and they literally have everything that i love from Asia! There are many different types of crepes, rice rolls, noodles, and desserts to choose from. Their drinks menu is also quite extensive They have their grand opening on 3/28-3/30 and you can get 20% off! what i ordered: * grilled sausage rice roll * signature mixed noodle * grilled chicken crepe * pickle and sausage crepe * boba tofu pudding * peach oolong milk tea loved every item!

I am so glad we chose Hide Out Cafe in Rowland Heights to have our celebration. The food is delicious, the staff is so friendly, and the cafe is so cozy and welcoming. My brother was sponsoring our meal since he couldn't make it, so of course we had to go all out and order two drinks and two main dishes. (Thank you, big brother)! I got the Boba Bear Set $8.50, which comes with a drink and two house-made cookies, and my mom got their Tiramisu Latte $7.00, which is heavy on the coffee liquor, to be honest, but we had fun with it. The drinks are crafted beautifully, and with the open cafe concept, you can see they pay attention to the small details of their crafted drink menu. The house-made cookies that were a part of my Boba Bear Set are not to be forgotten. The cookies are buttery, decadent, and delicious; they are the perfect tea cookies to pair with! I can't wait to go back and try more of their fun drinks and maybe bring a study book the next time. For our main dishes, we shared the Chimi Wagyu & Frites $35.00, and the Fresh Avocado Toast $19.00. We both love eggs so of course we had to get something with eggs in our dish. My mom loved her avocado toast, and they were very generous with the avocado as well on there. The salad is a definite hit with us and included a great dressing on the side. The eggs were cooked perfectly on top of our toast and steak. The frites with my steak were crispy and seasoned well. I also loved the chimi sauce with my steak as well. The portion was huge so we were able to take some back home to enjoy another day. Overall, my mom and I had a great experience and would absolutely come back for another sip of their lattes and try another fun drink on their menu. We left with happy smiles and full stomachs, and can't wait to come back soon.

However, Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) is very hidden. It has no visibility from the street! Staff is very professional and welcoming. Staff politely and cheerfully answered all my questions. Staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. For example, the location does not have a paper menu; all the menus are accessed via QR Code. Fortunately, Staff let me borrow their iPad which allowed me to see the menu on a larger screen. When I'd arrived, Staff asked if I was dine-in or to-go. I was immediately seated. When I'd inquired about the boba. Staff honestly told me that they needed 15 additional minutes to prepare the boba. I brightly waited. All in all, after the 15 minute wait, the drink took an additional 10 minutes before being ready. As mentioned, I ordered the Boba Bear Set ($8.50). CUTE!!! It's a very aesthetic and memorable presentation. The boba pearls came perfect; they're bouncy, perky, and playful. The brown sugar milk tea mixed with the caramel foam tasted honey-like. It's very TASTY! My biggest nitpick is that the amount felt tiny. Still, it's a wonderful memory that I'm so happy to experience! On ambiance, Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) is comfortable and clean. There's about 13 interior tables, and there's six patio tables. The music is slow-tempo, and the tall ceiling made it feel spacious. In addition, Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) has utility. There's customer internet with password; details are available on the QR code menu. There's also about four electrical outlets. I also appreciated the self-service water station. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. Hide Out Cafe (Rowland Heights) felt very hidden yet well-maintained. It's a lovely spot. Overall, I had a magical, memorable experience. I discovered AMAZING milk tea and many precious memories. If searching for someplace special, I happily recommend. 4.9 out of 5

I ordered the Denver omelette which was delicious and perfectly prepared. None of that overcooked burned egg crust stuff, The omelette was light and fluffy. A good ratio of meat and veggies inside. The home potato's had perfect crusty edges. The green salsa was perfect for those like me who can't take much spice. Coffee was a little strong. The sour dough toast wasn't a true sour dough. It tasted like white bread. Service was a 10 . Mau was friendly and kept checking to see if we needed anything. He usually works at the orange location, I know because I liked his service so well that I asked him. I loved the upbeat music which made for a relaxing leisurely breakfast. It was very clean inside. Bathroom was a plus. It was very clean. No nasty smells or dirty toilet or funky smells. Which is rare. All of the breakfast spots are gone in Rowland Heights/Diamond Bar, Now I have a new breakfast spot. Half Mexican/American breakfast spots.

The customer service wasn't the best -- it felt like the staff could be a bit more attentive and welcoming. The food was okay, not terrible, but not something I'd come back for unless they improve their dishes and add better plate options to the menu. Also, the music was pretty old and a little corny, which threw off the vibe of the place. With better service, improved food choices, and an updated atmosphere, this spot could be much better, and cleaner.

In short, deceptively filling food at reasonable-ish pricing…read more I took my +1 and "little" to a matinee movie next-door, and we thought we would stop here for lunch ahead of time. The place is easy to get to, in the parking garage is right next to it, so no problem there. Bruxie was open and airy, with indoor and outdoor seating. It was a beautiful, cool and breezy day, so we opted to sit outside. We ordered at the counter, and then the food was brought to us. My. +1 ordered the chicken waffles, which came with two large pieces of chicken, a good sized, waffle, and plenty of syrup. We order a smaller kid-sized portion for our Little. I thought I would try the Super Cluck, which was basically a chicken and waffle sandwich, but it came with bacon, an egg over easy, and melted slices of cheddar cheese. I'm not sure that I would order it again because there were other things on the menu that looked delicious, but I was hungry after a workout and wanted all of the proteins. The sliced cheese melted into the waffle was a little weird, but it was I'll filling. Overall, we all ate our fill (and then some), and the pricing was pretty reasonable for what we got. We didn't even have room for popcorn at the movie afterwards!

Honestly, I originally wanted a smoothie, but the cashier informed me they didn't have any, which surprised me. I'm not sure if it's just a late-night thing or if they stop serving them, but that aside, the strawberry waffle was fantastic. It was fresh and just as good as the one I had at another place, super delicious,! though definitely a calorie bomb. If you're watching your intake or on a diet, maybe skip it, since it's pretty rich in sugar and carbs. But I was really satisfied with the quality. everything was fresh, and the staff were great. The vibe inside Bruxie is really nice. they have a great store layout, and even though when I arrived there was no line, most tables were filled, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall, a really nice experience.
