I came in around 08:30 pm today and there was this girl who treated me super kindly. It was my first time coming here and she helped me out using the machines and even gave me some topping recommendations. She was always so respectful and friendly, I forgot to ask for her name but she had a septum piercing and short hair. Overall 10/10 experience. read more

They never have a variety of flavors to choose from and when they do they come out watery disgusting ! Worst Yogurtland location !

I went in on a Sunday night at almost closing time. To my surprise, there were about 8 people inside enjoying their yogurt concoctions. I was craving a sweet treat and decided to come here and I'm glad I did. This place is so neat, clean, and stocked up on toppings. The worker was stocking up more fresh items as we were getting our yogurt flavors. The worker was kind. Everything I got tasted delicious! 10/10. I would definitely come back. I had a great experience. read more

I don't get it! I presented a 3oz free coupon for Yogurtland and it wasn't accepted? Why? 2 female cashiers looking at the coupon like it was foreign to them and I get told they don't accept their own stores' coupon. Horrible! read more

I've been coming to this location for some time now I will no longer be back !! It's been at least three times the machines are out now . Today 4/21/26 the lady goes and rings me up so I go to give her my phone number for rewards and she says the rewards is down for the day so I go to pay then she says the can only take cash for the day !! I told her it would have be nice if she would have said something before hand . I'm done with this place now!! read more

Online hours say 10 PM closing. I arrived at 9:30 PM and was denied entry because they were "too busy" and closing early. I totally understand rushes happen, but customers rely on your posted hours. Turning people away that early is frustrating and feels inconsistent. Please update your hours or policies so people don't waste a trip. read more

This yogurtland does not accept coupons. I live in the area and I received a mailer coupon in the mail with other ads. I've used this exact mailer at the yogurtland in Walnut off of valley with no problems, but this particular location does not accept any coupons. My mailer coupon did not have any specific location on it, even the staff checked it. They repeated they do not take coupons, which I was fine with, I'll just never come to this location again. Per oz they charge .77 cents, is that the going rate for all yogurtlands? I've never had a good experience here, never coming back and telling everyone I know. read more

It's gettin' hot and time to enjoy some Yogurtland! Stopped by with my niece and nephew. We loved the variety of flavors offered today from Citrus C Sorbet to Pecans and Pralines. Fruit was fresh and the kids loved all the candy top options. Service was great. The shop is a bit dusty. read more

Tan girl with the nose piercings and super long nails was very unwelcoming and seemed to be very annoyed that I walked in. Nobody was in the front to help me and I had to ask for help multiple times for any of the two girls to go to the front. Update: I haven't made a YELP review in months. I did one last night for this location, and this morning I woke up to this note left on another one of my Yelp reviews that I had left on a business not related what so ever to yogurt-land. Hence, I know it's the same girl from yesterday. Management obviously called her out on her unprofessional behavior, and she made a YELP page under a different name. LOL. She said she "guarantees my food has been spit on and tampered with." I'm sure she's talking from experience. Management y'all need to do better with the people y'all hire. read more

The GM at this location Allen is very kind and accommodating. He takes pride in his store and goes the extra step to make sure all of his costumers feel like a part of the Yogurt Land family. This store is always very well kept. With such delicious flavors. I recommend trying the cotton candy. My family and I will continue to be loyal costumers! read more

The Tart Yogurt is either always down or out of stock. Have been there 3 times and every time never there.

This yogurtland is sensational. The staff are completely nice, generous, and follow all of the protocols for the COVID 19 virus which made my night way better after dealing with my work place which does not follow the protocols. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a hello welcome to yogurtland how's your day going, that made my day way better and i was able to finish off my night right with a great tasting yogurt. All in All this yogurtland is a 5/5 place and is recommended to locals of Pomona and surrounding cities read more

The yogurt here tastes the same as everywhere else. No issues here. However, when I pushed the Chocolate Shell sauce into my cup it came out cloudy white..... at first we thought it was hilarious. The associate was confused and concerned when we showed her the mysterious cloudy white gunk that was supposed to be chocolate shell. The manager came out, and without batting an eye said, "oh it's supposed to come out white and then harden." Ok Sir. I'm unsure if this man is aware of how a chocolate hard shell is supposed to look before it hardens. I was disgusted and it ruined my experience at yogurtland. It is evident that this man failed to complete the yogurtland side tasks. So, my only suggestions are 1. STIR the hard shell chocolate once in a while. 2. Store manager take a training and learn how to take responsibility. read more

Rudest service and you just need the most basic common courtesy to say "thank you for your patience" when both manager and employee decided to unplug the cash register wifi thing to make my Apple pay work. Also the manager had the nerve to have ONE AIRPOD IN HER EAR??!?!! I gave her my card to save time, but she decided to unplug it anyway and made us wait for a couple minutes (which I didn't mind as much but our yogurts were melting). Not a single word came out from their mouths. Even my friend who waited after me, the manager swiped her card WITHOUT SAYING THE TOTAL.Extremely disappointed with the manager - not much as the employee because we understand frustration. And we get it, you work near a ghetto area where you may have rude people, but we don't need attitude. We're just here for yogurt and they made our experience awkward, uncomfortable and a waste of our time just being there for 10 minutes. *not sure if the lady wearing dark blue is a shift leader or a manager but I know for a fact employees wear light green* read more

Cleanest Yogurtland I've ever been to, staff are super nice and topping bar is always nice and stocked up.

Just went for late night ice cream but was absolutely disgusted with Yogurtland Pomona's health and safety protocol. I found a large hair in the mochi after I picked some up with the tongs. The cashier said that she would take care of it but just put a new pair of tongs back in the contaminated container. Then, I went back to get just a cup of yogurt without anything in it and proceeded to watch someone put their finger in the yogurt that was hanging from the machine. It grossed me out to think that someone who didn't see that would've just eaten the yogurt without knowing someone stuck their hand in it. With covid and the new delta variant going around, I would've thought that Yogurtland would be a little more strict with how they handle cleanliness in their store. Never going here again. read more

I used to get email offers from here, but I haven't seen any in a long time. The seasonal flavors like glazed donut were really good. Lots of diary free and gluten free options and toppings. But if you want to save a buck, take it home and add your own nuts or chocolate chips. Pretty clean store, not very big. Good place to take the kids or get a treat on a hot day. read more

Very clean. Courteous and friendly staff. Great selection of flavors. This time I was pleasantly surprised with green tea and taro. Lots of topping options fruit, nuts cereal, candy pieces. They have cold water (usually with fruit in it) for customers. read more

They never have any of the flavors, workers were closing down early instead of refilling them.

Nice location in the heart of he Rio Rancho shopping center. It's clean and employees are friendly. A bit small. Not too much seating inside and outside only has two small benches. Yogurt is always goooood and the toppings are always FULL! Yes!! A good location. read more

Yogurtland - Cute door handles! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Pomona, California

I think all the Yogurtlands are great. I am a huge fan of their Pistachio and their Peanut Butter yogurts, but you'll also find me regularly filling my cup with their Vanilla Bean, Double Cookies and Cream, Plain Tart, Chocolate Milkshake, and Dutch Chocolate. I have been to at least 6 different locations in at least 4 different cities and every one of them has been extremely clean with very friendly staff. And while visiting Pomona for a wedding, this Yogurtland was, as I expected, true to that standard. One of the things I like about their yogurt is that is less on the sweet side than some of their competitors (I had tried Swirls multiple times, but each time I found their flavors too sweet to my liking, and so despite receiving 50% off coupons in the mail I stopped going there). The only thing that would make this place better is if the yogurt were free .... maybe not, then I'd need to buy elastic pants. :) 5 stars all the way. read more

After we get our yogurt he tells us that their credit card machine doesn't work. We hand him a $100 bill and he keeps pointing to the sign that says we dont accept bills over $20. Well when your card machine doesn't work perhaps you should accommodate with the cash rule. Instead the yogurt is melting on the counter while one of us has to go to chipotle and buy something in order to bring back change. Dont go here. *update. The business owner has now responded to my post by apologizing for the technology but not acknowledging the fact that their employees handle the situation poorly. Bad show. read more

We came after school on a Wednesday and there was no one inside. The store is clean and they have many different choices in flavors of yogurt and plenty of toppings. I like that they always have new flavors when we go. They offer little mini cups so that you can try the different flavors and pick which one you would like. The girl at the checkout was very personable and greeted us with a smile. We definitely will be coming back! They have a few number of tables inside and outside and have self serve free flavored water available for anyone. They also have a locked bathroom that they will provide you with a key to use. It was clean and unisex. It is located in the same shopping center as Target and they have plenty of parking spaces. read more

Store closes at 10 pm, but when I took my daughter last night at 9:30, all the machines were shut off. I asked the employee, who was on her phone at the register, why the yogurt was all turned off. She just replied,"We're closed", and went back to her phone. Ok. I stated it's a half hour until closing. She never looked up from her phone again and just ignored me. I try to spend my money in Pomona, but not here ever again. I'll just go to Claremont where the staff is always friendly and store hours actually mean something. read more

I think this is one of the cleanest and best kept locations. The still have watermelon which I love and all the other fruit is very fresh. The employees are very nice and helpful. read more

The sales clerk named Kenya was very mean and gave us a insulting smile when my son asked for a discount for a big purchase. We just tried to see how will she react if we talk to her nicely as a regular client. Instead, after she gave us a bill she asked why were asking for discount for no reason with insulting smile! Then she went inside the kitchen and started banging the doors and cabinets that we can hear inside the store. The last time we went here a week ago, she was very impolite, frowning to customers and not even looking to us while were paying, instead giving us a very bad attitude. My family cones here almost every week after every time we dine out, because we love yogurt land. Unfortunately, the customer service is becoming worse every time we come here. Food business should hire courteous, nice and happy people because food is not only source of nutrition but also a pleasure. Update: Thank you for response. I think it's not the service, it is the attitude and character of Kenya. She doesn't smile and doesn't interact well with clients.,Some of your sales clerk like Jessie and other male cashiers are really nice. Kenya admitted that she really gave us insulting smile because we were asking for a discount for no reason! She let us heard that she was really upset by banging the doors of cabinets, chairs, table, broom and dustpan while we were eating inside. That's was really rude and we were not able to eat. It was a very disgusting experience. read more

Horrible customer service. We were charged for the 2.99 drink in addition to the weight because the girl at the register did not bother to look at the scale. Brought our total up to $17. We used our CA disability debit card so they were unable to issue a refund to our card. They refused to credit another card, provide cash back or provide vouchers for future visit. Store manager was called and refused to give her name or phone number. We were give a bunk email that was not a yogurtland company email. Yogurtland - Best yogurt man ever - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Pomona, California

When the target was being built a few buildings were coming in it too. When in construction I saw the sign yogurt land. Sounds really exciting right?!?! So when it opened there were the tables, yogurt dispensers, and the topping area. So you get your cup and right next to it are cookie dividers for your yogurt. There were like 20 flavors at least of yogurt. The toppings were a lot to choose from. So I chose a few and they looked and tasted very fresh. There were also 2 registers next to the topping too. The price wasn't as bad for yogurt. The inside was nice and clean looking but it was very crowded. But the part that ruined it was that there were misbehaved kids in there running around and cutting people off from the yogurt machines. And to top it all off I went at night one time and lots of there were a lot of hardcore people were in their pajamas. So that was really bad. I would go here if you didn't want to go far from home, but it would be better to go to a yogurt land somewhere else with a much better crowd than this one. read more
