It's way too sweet now it used to tastes lighter and more nutty than sweet. I still give them 3 stars because they're friendly and welcoming. Came in on July 19. The yogurt was good, toppings were fresh and a great selection. The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude. She was in the back when we arrived, never came forward to acknowledge us. We had to wait a few minutes for her to come out when it was time to pay. She never spoke a single word to us the entire time. Just pointed at the total and made a face when I was having issues with Apple Pay. When I got it working she slammed the credit card machine down in front of me and walked away when I did pay. We sat and ate our yogurt and watched her treat multiple customers the same way over the next ten minutes or so. Then we were sitting there talking and suddenly the music got turned up horribly loud. We went to this location on 05/25/24 around 7:16 p.m. The only worker in there never even spoke to us. We never even got a welcome nothing. When it was time to pay she didn't even said anything just grab the debit card from my hand and didn't even said can I have your card. Horrible customer service. read more

We love this place but when the older workers are not there the place is dirty or messy. And they tend to be stingy with the sample cups. Otherwise we love this location and the stamp card. However I also noticed the pricing is really high. I got yogurt for my boys and myself and it was 42 dollars!! read more

This is my go to place for frozen yogurt and it never disappoints. Today it was terrible. The music was so loud you had to scream in order to be heard. We go out yogurt as usual. We go to pay and the employee (a girl) has EarPods. I tell her it's soo loud in there and she simply nods and points at the total in the register. So i pay. She didn't say one word to us within the whole 1 minute interaction. She gives me my receipt and heads on to the back. It's the worse customer service experience I've ever had. It's a shame. It's a hot summer day and if this is how she's treating everyone coming in, it's giving a terrible experience to the consumer and putting the shop in a tough position. There isn't anything wrong with Tutti Frutti, but there is nothing about their franchise that stands out for me. This location is very clean, friendly, and has cool music playing in the background. There were lots of flavor (no taro though!) like vanilla, pistachio, cookies and cream, strawberry and banana, cheesecake, New York chocolate, mango delight, orange sherbet, and others. I'm pretty sure they rotate these flavors. I did a mixture of vanilla, pistachio, cookies and cream, strawberry and banana, cheesecake, and drizzled condensed milk all over it. Pretttttttty tasty! They have a huge selection of toppings, cookie crumbs, mochi, candy, cereal, jelly, everything you can think of, it's crazy. My friends had some pretty ridiculous combinations, it looked like a cake or a feast. Make sure you bring cash to pay for your yogurt because you need to spend at least $5 to use your debit or credit card. My biggest gripe about Tutti Frutti is that their frozen yogurt doesn't taste like it has cultures and is lacking the true yogurt flavor and texture. It's all icy and taste kind of artificial. It reminds me of a Popsicle. Maybe it's just me, but I feel that places like Yogurtland are superior. If you're in the area and need something sweet to cool you down, come here. This tutti fruitti was decent but I was pretty disappointed with the stores cleanliness and that they did not have dole whip which before I moved to pomona in december I lived in northridge and that tutti fruitti had which tasted AMAZING! If this store can somehow get this flavor I would be coming more often! It was pretty nice that they did have a rewards stamps card. Frozen yogurt is the ideal way to deal with the upcoming warmness in SoCal. On the corner of Mission and Monte Vista a few doors down from the 7/11 you'll find this tutti frutti. Cleanliness is high on my scale of important factors for eating establishments. I'll eat questionable food on a regular basis, but if the place is clean and well kept, bonus points in my book. My cup was probably twice the size I got at Pinkberry and it was still cheaper. Taro, blueberry, and strawberry yogurt topped with mochi, cheesecake bites, animal crackers, almonds, peanuts, yogurt chips, coconut shreds, gosh, I can't even remember what else I put in there.
