I normally only stop for frozen yogurt when with my granddaughter. So on this day in July, we stopped by for our $15+ purchase of two yogurt cups. Mine was a combo mango and some sort of berry yogurt, topped with sweet mango boba, heath bar crunches, and granola. Oh my, it was so refreshing and yummy! Granddaughter's was chocolate and topped with lots of sweets, just the way she is and the way she likes it! It's serve yourself. We only needed the store clerk when it came time to pay. Just had a great visit to Yogurtland! The place is super clean and has a really fun vibe. The staff is so friendly. The ingredients are really fresh, and all the flavors I tried were delicious. A very tight and crowded Yogurtland located within the Claremont Village. Free parking on the street is available otherwise there's a parking structure. If you've never been to a Yogurtland before it's a pay by weight situation where you get to pick and choose your base and toppings The topping areas are usually clean but I feel that every time I come here the yogurt dispenser areas are always a mess. It would be better if workers checked this particular area more often. read more

Everything you'd expect from a yogurtland. The inside was clean and organized. Some of the tables had a bit of crust but it was easy to get rid of. The main flavors always stay the same but sometimes there are special or limited edition flavors which are very fun. The toppings are sometimes stale which makes sense because they've been out all day. The service was great and a smooth transaction. The prices are pretty high for a frozen dessert but I love froyo from yogurtland so I pay the price. read more

I tried the new flavor matcha strawberry side by side with the honey milk, both are subtle flavors. I also added a dollop of the tart mango which had a stronger delicious flavor. I appreciate that none of the flavors look artificially colored. There seem to be more options of toppings available as well. I stuck with my favorite mochi. Came here for the buy one get one for $1 and the cashier asked us to weigh our yogurt separately and the one that weighed the most was $11 and then the additional for a $1. he ended up charging us $18 which was supposed to be $12-$13 instead. I've been to this location twice in the past two weeks with my family. Both times during the week once at 3pm and again at about 7pm. On both occasions 3 to 4 of the frozen yogurt flavors were out, we were the only customers in the store and when I notified the employees who were both in the back they seemed surprised. I don't know what to say. I use to love Yogurtland. The prices have gotten truly outrageous though at $0.80+ an ounce (I remember when it was $0.30 per ounce a few years back!). $26 for my family of 4 to have 4 smallish bowls of yogurt -- inflation has been high, but not THAT high! At least they are transparent about the price I suppose, but that brings me to my next complaing... the frozen yogurt often seems runny and not nearly as delicious as it used to... I find I have to go for their ice cream flavors because the Froyo is just runny and gross... which defeats the purpose of going to get Froyo. At this point, a half gallon of Tillamook ice cream at Vons seems like a steal and much better quality. I hear many Yogurtlands are being squeezed out of business... feel like it's only a matter of time before this one disappears. I certainly won't be eating there very often anymore... which makes me sad because it used to be so great. read more

There must have been a dozen or more to choose from and you could pour your own, which is what we were looking for (since sometimes you just want a little and sometimes you want a lot of something). Toppings were also serve yourself - fresh fruits, mochi, candy toppings (my go to is the gummy peach rings), cookies, syrups. I could tell it was a busy day by the sheer # of people in the store with just two attendants visible so I can't truly fault them, they're probably trying...but many flavors were out or nearly out, there were pools of melted frozen yogurt under most dispensers and there were toppings scattered all over the toppings area. Ok, Gerry (business owner), not sure what's going on with your machines but this is the second time I go into your location and 80 % of your equipment is broken. These were visits weeks apart. Your employee, dark hair colored eyes or contacts, couldn't care less. The last time I had yogurt from your couple of working machines, I got sick. I chugged it to a stomach sensitivity but now I'm thinking your equipment is dirty too! How are you in DT Claremont with 1 working machine and crap coming out of the rest??? on top of that, you have rude employee that clearly could care that you're losing customers. At least 3 machines were closed and on 2 the yogurt was coming out runny. I let her know that one of those 2, was definitely not working and her response was "that's why the place card is flipped over", I told her it wasn't flipped over and she looked at me like I was stupid, then walks to the machine and sure enough, the place card was NOT flipped over. Worst attitude from an employee. I got my half started cup and threw it in the trash before walking out. Good thing there's 21 Choices around the corner, different but better. I ended up going to Tutti Frutti where everything works, it's clean, and even the sauces are not hard as a rock. The employees are also friendly and polite there.
