Jordyn is the BEST!!! She was so so nice and literally made my day so much better!! I am so happy I came here

I'm a big fan of Yogurtland, but for some reason this Yogurtland was not as good (Friday evening 6-18-26). The yogurt seemed more icy and less creamy, as well as more artificial looking with strange coloring. The girls were in the back even though the place was busy. The Pistachio was out and they lost a sale because that was what my friend was going to get. I mentioned it to the cashier when she came out and she asked, "Do you want me to refill it?" It seemed like an effort, so my friend said no, but if someone asks, wouldn't you just say, "Oh, no problem, let me refill it!" Maybe not? I don't know what the protocol is. Anyway, it was still tasty. Just not as good as what I'm accustomed to at the other Yogurtlands. I'm sure I'll go again in a bit and update if it's better. After all, I'm on a Yogurtland kick. read more

I drive from La Verne to go to this yogurtland. Really friendly staff and they have a mini fridge with pre-filled yogurt that is on sale daily. It's always clean and well maintained. All the flavors are delicious! One of the few places left that will let you sample the flavors before purchasing.!! read more

I normally only stop for frozen yogurt when with my granddaughter. So on this day in July, we stopped by for our $15+ purchase of two yogurt cups. Mine was a combo mango and some sort of berry yogurt, topped with sweet mango boba, heath bar crunches, and granola. Oh my, it was so refreshing and yummy! Granddaughter's was chocolate and topped with lots of sweets, just the way she is and the way she likes it! It's serve yourself. We only needed the store clerk when it came time to pay. The shop nice and kept pretty clean. P.S. next door is a super cute shop called The Grove! read more

Just had a great visit to Yogurtland! The place is super clean and has a really fun vibe. The staff is so friendly. The ingredients are really fresh, and all the flavors I tried were delicious. My personal favorite is the vanilla If you're in the mood for some awesome froyo, definitely check this place out! Love that you can sample some flavors before committing! Would be back and in a great plaza! read more

Jordan at Yogurtland made what should have been a routine froyo run into the best part of my week. She greeted me the second I walked in, walked me through the flavors I hadn't tried, and when I couldn't decide, she suggested a combination I never would have picked on my own -- and it was perfect. The store was spotless, every dispenser was full, and she was doing all of it while keeping a line moving and still making each person feel like they had her full attention. That kind of energy is rare in any job, let alone one that involves mopping up spilled mochi at nine at night. Yogurtland is lucky to have her. Give this woman a raise. read more

I get people don't want to work on Memorial Day weekend but the service was horrible. First the plain tart wasn't working without a sign( the reason we go to yogurtland) but we already made a cup with another flavor and would be rude to throw away. The lady at register was too busy on the phone to be bothered and didn't say a word... read more

Yogurtland - Nobody a customer in site but two employees too busy doing nothing to check on flavors or clean the shop... - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Claremont, California

A very tight and crowded Yogurtland located within the Claremont Village. Free parking on the street is available otherwise there's a parking structure. If you've never been to a Yogurtland before it's a pay by weight situation where you get to pick and choose your base and toppings The topping areas are usually clean but I feel that every time I come here the yogurt dispenser areas are always a mess. It would be better if workers checked this particular area more often. read more

.Came in last night and had a really solid experience. The cashier Miles was super polite and easy to deal with, great energy especially impressive considering how busy it was. Also couldn't help but notice how clean everything was, especially the toppings bar. That's always a green flag at a self-serve spot. No complaints, will be back. read more

Specifically this location yogurtland was good. Before the choices were limited but this time they had the strawberry watermelon and passion fruit. The service was good to letting us know about the review . And the ambiance is city like where people can sit and enjoy in a hot day. I would come here again for good vibes. read more

I went there while I had time to wait for bus home and was satisfied with the quality and service. I had the small cup with chocolate and vanilla swirl, some fudge and caramel and little Oreo. I also liked they provide gloves and sanitizer. They don't have any drinks for sell that I can tell. read more

Everything you'd expect from a yogurtland. The inside was clean and organized. Some of the tables had a bit of crust but it was easy to get rid of. The main flavors always stay the same but sometimes there are special or limited edition flavors which are very fun. The toppings are sometimes stale which makes sense because they've been out all day. The service was great and a smooth transaction. The prices are pretty high for a frozen dessert but I love froyo from yogurtland so I pay the price. read more

Love the pistachio ice cream!!! And love how they have variety kinda every season! This is amazing!!

Craved some froyo on this warm spring afternoon, so stopped by here with my daughter for a refreshing treat! I tried the new flavor matcha strawberry side by side with the honey milk, both are subtle flavors. I also added a dollop of the tart mango which had a stronger delicious flavor. I appreciate that none of the flavors look artificially colored. There seem to be more options of toppings available as well. I stuck with my favorite mochi. My daughter paired the matcha strawberry with rocket pop, topped with Kit Kat and mochi as well. read more

Came here for the buy one get one for $1 and the cashier asked us to weigh our yogurt separately and the one that weighed the most was $11 and then the additional for a $1. he ended up charging us $18 which was supposed to be $12-$13 instead. Good selection of yogurt and good toppings. Service is usually really good and friendly but disappointing when they don't have everything available up until their posted hours. Store closes at 10:30 pm. We came in just past 10 around 10:10 and all the yogurt machines were off and being cleaned. When we asked if they were closed, we were told that they closed in 15 min and could still be served, yet the yogurt machines were being dismantled and cleaned already read more

I like this Yogurtland location best! They are so nice and I like my new big pistachio colored spoon!

Nestled in the heart of Claremont, Yogurtland is more than just a frozen yogurt stop--it's a sweet little experience waiting to happen. Whether you're cooling off indoors or soaking up the charm of tree-lined walkways and quaint local shops outside, every visit feels like a mini getaway. Their coconut and chocolate lava cake swirl, topped with buttery toffee bits, is pure decadence. And with so many flavor combinations and toppings to explore, your only limit is your imagination. read more

I've been to this location twice in the past two weeks with my family. Both times during the week once at 3pm and again at about 7pm. On both occasions 3 to 4 of the frozen yogurt flavors were out, we were the only customers in the store and when I notified the employees who were both in the back they seemed surprised. This boils down to management, either poor training or poor employee morale. Needless to say we were disappointed. read more

So many flavor options - really good options like chocolate hazelnut lava cake and salted caramel pecan. There must have been a dozen or more to choose from and you could pour your own, which is what we were looking for (since sometimes you just want a little and sometimes you want a lot of something). Toppings were also serve yourself - fresh fruits, mochi, candy toppings (my go to is the gummy peach rings), cookies, syrups. We got two cups and it was about $10 total (way cheaper than our usual place). read more

I don't know what to say. I use to love Yogurtland. The prices have gotten truly outrageous though at $0.80+ an ounce (I remember when it was $0.30 per ounce a few years back!). $26 for my family of 4 to have 4 smallish bowls of yogurt -- inflation has been high, but not THAT high! At least they are transparent about the price I suppose, but that brings me to my next complaing... the frozen yogurt often seems runny and not nearly as delicious as it used to... I find I have to go for their ice cream flavors because the Froyo is just runny and gross... which defeats the purpose of going to get Froyo. At this point, a half gallon of Tillamook ice cream at Vons seems like a steal and much better quality. I hear many Yogurtlands are being squeezed out of business... feel like it's only a matter of time before this one disappears. I certainly won't be eating there very often anymore... which makes me sad because it used to be so great. read more
