I needed a little pick me up for feeling a bit under the weather today. Thanks to Yelp, I found this Juice It Up. I saw the rating was 4 stars which intrigued me more. Thank you fellow yelpers! I placed an order online through yelp (grub hub) for pick up. It was easy and pretty quick! I walked in and let them know I was there for pick up, gave the lovey lady my name and I recited my order within a minute. I got home and ate the delicious açaí berry bowl ($12.39) and avocado everything toast ($7.69) = $20.08. I'm definitely coming back! read more

Usually this place is great but today the protein shake I wanted wasn't on the menu anymore so I was hoping the girl behind the counter could help me figure it out. She said "oh was it this one" and I was like "well, no. It didn't have açaí in it" and she gave me a blank stare and I was like "ok I guess I can just get that one anyway" and she said "ok that'll be 11.99" - like it wasn't awful but she could have offered to help and didn't. The service was not the greatest. I tried this for the first-time yesterday and wanted a drink that had ginger in it and was told they're out of ginger, I was bummed but went with something else. As I'm waiting for my drink I hear another employee in the back talking about ginger needs to be washed so I asked the cashier that took my order if they were out just for the time being. The casher then says it needs to be washed and cleaned. I said okay I can wait, I'm in no rush. I made sure to let her know there is no rush and she can take her time as she said it will take 10-15 mins and again no problem. First of all being lied to and there was nobody in there. I was the only customer. She seemed upset when she handing my drink and I said, "thank you". The worst customer service. I've had. I ordered my bowl and realized the banana was missing went back inside to let them know and they had said I ordered the granola but they said don't worry we will add banana I asked to pay the difference and they said no it was ok. I could've sworn I said banana but I was so tired I guess I said granola. Anyway the point is they took care of me and left this customer very satisfied. PISSED. Came here to get a smoothie before work as I couldn't do breakfast today. I arrived 5 minutes early and got out my vehicle 5 minutes after what was supposed to be opening time. As I'm walking up things look suspicious because the business looks dark, however I'm comforted by the OPEN sign being lit and on. NOPE. I get closer to find a locked door. I know things happen blah blah blah but now I have to go to work hungry because the stated hours today were a lie. This is definitely a sign of the times as nobody wants to work anymore and customer service is going down hill. If I would have known that I was going to come to a CLOSED business during so called business hours I would have just taken my arse to work early. As I'm writing this review I see a man standing in front of Juice It Up dealing with the same fate as I. A closed door and an empty belly... SMH. Thankfully, the lady who helped me, Natalia (I think), patiently helped me navigate the menu and offered an array of fire recommendations, despite the mid-rush occurring. The girls working were fast, kind and made my experience here truly amazing. I got the almond butter on top and it was fire. I will be coming back for the peanut butter :)

I love the vast variety of healthy options and ingredients, with consideration for longevity and wellness. My usual order is the sea moss bowl with no added sugar and I replace the granola with chia pudding, this is 4.5/5 so delicious and clean at the same time. I've also tried the coco loco protein smoothie and it's p good 4/5. The packaged sugar-free donuts are also not bad, albeit pricey (nice treat to myself when I wanna be bad but still eat healthy as poss lol). 3.5/5. |[ n o t e s ]| Bright interior with easy parking out front. They carry a lot of authentic and unique ice-cream flavors like tres leches, Mamey, and etc. Do recommend tres leches but it's a little bit sweet for me in general. As a mixed asian man, I personally like desserts to be a little bit on the refreshing and less heavy side. I would give the overall taste of the icecream a 3.8/5. However, the authenticity of unique flavors will be 4.5/8 Parking is very easy. If you like Mexican popsicles and street food, give this a try.
