This is a super cool nutrition shop. They specialize in Herbal Life products such as energizing teas, protein coffee, protein shakes, etc. The shop is run by an African American couple, I only point that out because in past experiences patronizing businesses operated by African Americans never turns out well for me. They are so down to earth, friendly, and eager to help you reach whatever health goals you have. They also offer an area for children to play and or unwind. The atmosphere is nice and the play list that's usually going is cool as well. The shop accepts call ahead orders which is great because this trims your wait time tremendously. They are located in the parking lot with Madre Tierra the vegan Mexican restaurant.
Everything at this place is good..teas,shakes and the protein waffles are the best but my favorite is the mini protein Caramel Pecan donuts.. wow I can eat a dozen the owners are cool the service is amazing and they really care about their customer and it's nice and clean inside so if your in the area before or after a good workout hit up upland nutrition...
This was my first visit to Upland Nutrition and definitely will not be my last! I was looking for a healthier alternative treat to take to my staff just to show a little appreciation and the protein donuts were recommended. My gosh the caramel pecan protein donuts were fire !!! They do offer more than just protein donuts-protein shakes, energy teas and even waffles! The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, the atmosphere was inviting and Yuri was welcoming with a contagious smile. But back to them donuts tho!!! Simply delicious...Muy magnifique

Very friendly and helpful owner, Uri. His children were hanging out after school when I was there. He says they add vitamins to the protein powders. The focus here seems to be more on flavor than real food (such as fruits, veggies). But I guess the idea is to add the powdered vitamins for nutrition. I ordered the peanut butter cup protein shake and it was delicious. They add ice to the powders and do a quick blend. Fairly quiet for a smoothie place, which is nice. I haven't tried the teas. I might go back if I need the steps.
Best place! If you're looking for a spot that has good quality protein shakes this is the place! I love coming here after a workout to get my protein shakes! I also love love their protein mini donuts! Highly recommend coming here. You won't regret it
My wife and I stopped here for the very first time after our gym workout and we had the best experience. We were greeted by the kind owners who took the time to get to know us and introduce us to their menu. I had the red velvet oreo and my wife had the rocky road. They were both delish. They also gave us a sample of their banana bread and it was so good that I can't wait to come back and order it. They also have an IG page where you can find their featured flavors, plus you will also find their community exercise events that are free to join. All the menu options are healthy and guilt free. You can tell that the owners are very passionate about what they do and how much they care about helping those who are on the journey towards a healthy lifestyle. It's a small business that's worth supporting!

I have had cravings and have been looking a long time for a place I can go have a sweet without feeling guilty well the answer is Upland Nutrition! The atmosphere is very nice as well. Modern clean look is very inviting. I can splurge at the same time having a meal replacement. I personally ordered the banana and it was so yummy. Definitely recommend to anyone.
Upland nutrition is definitely one of my favorite spots to go to. It is nicely decorated and feels homey. The owners and the workers are amazing and very welcoming. The shakes, teas and protein waffles are amazing. I definitely recommend the Wonder Woman and the protein waffles!

First and foremost, every single shake is beyond delicious, made with ease, patience, and love. Their teas are bomb!! Although my favorite is the beach bum, my hubby and son have had a few flavors and they absolutely love them all. We live 30 minutes away and have other clubs close to us, but this the one! The owners are super chill and so easy to talk to. The vibe, the music, the cleanliness, and those donuts (slobbering) ... Give this place a chance, it may change your life

This place is literally THE BEST!! So so good! The owners are absolutely incredible! So kind and knowledgeable and welcoming! Be sure to tell them it's your first time so they can go over the menu! I started my journey with Upland Nutrition by just replacing my lunch at The Hat down the street with a shake from Upland Nutrition. It's been such a fun journey and I have been shown so much support and love by the owners Yuri and Brittany! (Oh and I've lost some weight along the way too.) But you should come whether you want to loose weight, gain weight or just enjoy really good protein shakes and teas! The teas are amazing. My absolute favorite are Salted Caramel Cookie and you have to try the "Instagram Famous" Banana Pudding!! And for teas, I love sparkling, so my favorite is the 49er! read more

Long story short, you'll want to stop by. This little gem is nestled in between the Madre Tierra restaurant and a bridal store. So many yummy options of protein shakes, even protein coffees, energy teas, and snacks! Too much to try in one go. They have a plethora of dairy free options--yes, even whip--so you can get your protein on and get your sweet fix (without all the sugar)! Feels like you're in your friend's kitchen! Props to the owners for making a healthy option with a great customer experience. read more

As a very health conscious person, I tend to limit my intake of sugars/fried foods... so donuts are usually a no go for me. I stopped in here for a sweet treat for my birthday. My family and I tried nearly everything: fresh fruit waffle, Oreo donuts, pecan donuts, strawberry donuts, Irish cream protein coffee. My daughter got the fruity pebble shake (legit tastes like the cereal), husband got the watermelon strawberry tea, and other daughter got the jolly rancher tea. EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE! The food/drinks AND the customer service get 10 stars. You guys HAVE to try this place! read more
