This place is a dump. Walked in on the weekend and barely anyone even came to the front. The donuts looked like they were on a closeout shelf at Albertsons. I really can't understand how places like this stay in business. C'mon guys.. raise the bar, make some decent donuts. read more

No greeting as me and my father walked in. The price for a dozen claims $13.49 and up but i ended up paying $27 and some change for my donuts and 1 ham and cheese croissant which is 5$ (WAS MID).Terrible service and very mid range donuts. The store lacked creativity and was boring from the inside out. A lesson well learned. read more

This donut shop is probably the closest one to my house - I've purchased here a couple times before, although it's been a while(maybe a year or two). I was craving a fresh delicious donut after church this morning. I was greeted upon coming in ... although I have to admit I wasn't impressed with their selection this morning... they didn't have a big variety... but I was only buying two so that didn't make it hard. I got a glazed and the cake one with pink frosting. Maybe because I was hungry and excited about the donuts that the first one - the glazed was no big deal ... it lacked something. I ate it all though so it must of been good, right? The second one, the cake with pink frosting was better. I don't think this shop would be my place to go. I'm not saying I would never go again. I hankered for an apple fritter after a full day at the 5th Annual Brews & Bros Craft Beer Festival, and the closest shop that was still open was DT Tops Donuts minutes away from the event. I was forever on the quest for a tantalizing apple fritter wherever I went just in case I needed to satisfied an urge. Would I be down for this place next time I was in the area!? PURCHASE THE "APPLE FRITTER IS TAKING OVER THE WORLD TOUR" CONTINUED... Apple Fritter ($1.50) - Not that I was an apple fritter snob - eff it...yes I was! - but there was a certain way I liked mine. First, the price was on par with other comparable ones I've eaten. Second, it had girth but nearly the size of my face (an ode to the great Goldstar Donuts in Van Nuys). Third, there were a ton of apple bits in each bite. Fourth, the overall light brown color was less than what I liked which resulted in barely any slightly burnt ends, and the medium glaze had a decent cracking efect! There were several crunchy odd crannies, corners, and nooks which I liked to break off into small little morsels. Fifth, it was room temperature and had no hints of tiny oil pockets that leaked into your mouth and dripped down your throat. This is a great spot for donuts. Ive tasted the whole selection and couldn't be happier with this place. The donuts taste fresh and age well (don't get hard in the next hour from time of purchases) The store front looks nothing more then plain and boring and it could look better inside. I did go on the busy day and they weren't fully stocked the first or the second time we went. The people are polite and the place is clean, This is my new favorite spot for-sure. If theres anything id like to see is a better drink selection like better coffees or different brand or type of milk. read more

Came here for a quick breakfast because we were in a rush and I dont care too much for donuts but the donuts here are really good. I had the chocolate donuts and hot chocolate. They tasted fresh, soft and the chocolate melts in your mouth. The hot chocolate was so good, not watery or bland, loved it. This place is limited on donuts, they dont have a big selection, I'm guessing they only make a certain amount each day, but I'm glad I was able to get my chocolate donut. The person working there seemed like he was annoyed. He was friendly with a customer he knew but when it was our time to order, he was suddenly very serious and just wanted to get us out of there asap ... Walked into the shop and saw there very limited selection. I actually thought about walking out because we stood there for about a minute while an employee was in the back. He could see us but did not greet us. He finally walked towards us and didn't say anything. We chose three donuts and paid $2.50. He quickly walked away to what he was doing. No thank you. Great doughnuts at a great price. I wanted to support a local place for breakfast and found this gem hiding in the corner of a strip mall. They are hidden around the corner from Coco's Restaurant and Bakery. The interior is clean but lacks flare and what they lack in flare, they made up for in great prices and great doughnuts and coffee. I had an old fashioned doughnut, it was crunchy and perfect amount of glaze. The coffee was fresh and brewed right, so no burned coffee taste this morning with my doughnut. The coffee and doughnut combo totaled to $2.05, I think I can dig up that much change at the bottom of my cup holder. It's a cash only place but there's a Bank of America and Citibank right across the parking lot so it's worth a trek for some cash for coffee and doughnut. read more
