Came here because I was hungry before going to top golf and it was a hit! Super nice and friendly people, great variety of breakfast sandwiches, donuts of course, and many drinks! It's clean and organized in here. There's also a restroom for customers, big plus for a pregnant lady I got a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich, and it was SO good! People often forget that donut shops also sell Boba. I love going to the donut shop for a Thai tea. Boba has always been nostalgic for me, and I'm glad I can bring my kids to such a friendly environment to spend some quality time together and enjoy a shared drink that we all love. My usual donut place was closed, and I told my husband I would bring cinnamon rolls home to have with coffee the next day. I yelped donuts closest to where I was a Miss Donuts popped and I figured WTH its across the street gotta try. Bought 2 looked fresh and delish. I go here all the time for their breakfast and regular sandwiches and their regular iced coffee. Everything we've tried from here is so good. If you buy any of their sandwiches on the side menus, they throw in some free donut holes as well c: the owner is super sweet as well!! she always has a conversation with us and if I don't go for a while she notices when I come back. This is the best donut shop I have ever been to in my LIFE. THE DONUTS WERE FRESHLY MADE!!! And SO fluffy! Their glazed blueberry donut is one of the best donuts I've ever had. And the coffee is FANTASTIC! They have iced, hot, lattes, blended, drip, EVERYTHING! Oh my god PLEASE come to this donut shop NOW!!!! They steal money daily from people by not charging the same price for the same items orders the day prior. Keep your receipts and order the same thing the next day and see the price difference. It's not a lot but it adds up and a theft shouldn't be allowed to get away from stealing from anyone. Plain simple miss donuts steals from its customers. I understand prices may change from time to time but I've ordered the same thing three times in a row and all three days i have gotten three different prices. On day two i expressed this to her in person the lady who was working the register. I didn't yell or scream i just said "you are stealing from the customers daily if you can't keep charging the same price why do the prices change daily without telling anyone all you do is ring up items randomly and people are trusting you. I showed her my receipt from the day before it was one price and the same two items i got was another price today." She is aware that i have asked her why prices change daily. She didn't say anything. Watch what you pay for daily you will see the charges are different. Not cool to steal from the people who help you stay in business. No more "Miss (Stealing) Money Dough" for me. read more

This is my favorite donut shop. Not only are the pastries aalways fresh but they are fast in service and still speak with everyone. This is a very communal place and I appreciate every employees efforts. The breakfast sandwiches are huge and so are the regular sandwiches. They have something for everyone here and the coffee is always better here because it's local. They have boba,fancy sweet drinks and the prices are perfect even if you're feeding for 4. read more

Used to be our favorite doughnuts place although they used to close at 3pm but now even though they close later it has declined in quality. The doughnuts taste like old burnt oil and they are a little bitter and sour plus all the frosting or toppings just crumble off. Prices are different but I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon they didn't even greet me when entering I had no idea if these ladies were customers or employees on a break. I'm wondering if they switched owners because years ago they were very friendly. read more

I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone and I won't be going back myself. As a disabled veteran I find it extremely disrespectful to let other customers walk in and cut in front of me with no disregard while the workers just stood and said nothing but proceeded to help the man instead of me. Food made me sick. DoorDash order. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. There are two kinds, the one that's whole and stuffed with cheese and ham. Then there is one they make a sandwich out of a croissant. I ordered the one that is stuffed and got the one made into a sandwich. I had stomachs pain all night from this nasty food. I suggested not going their unless you don't mind a stomach ache. read more

Found this gem while searching for a good donut shop close to me. Let me say I am so happy that my boyfriend found it because everything about this place is amazing. We get the sausage and egg croissant #17 and the bread is so fluffy and it's overall delicious. Today I looked in the bag and saw this super cute donut on top. The staff are so great and sweet. Don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars!! They are so generous here and they have the most delicious donuts! I ordered half a dozen a little before they closed and they gave me a free tiger tail and apple fritter!! The donuts were extremely fresh, soft, and tasty. worst customer service. Lady helping at the counter was extremely rude the entire time and they only take cash. I walked out of there thinking Ewww what terrible customer service. you should be kind your customers especially new ones. They're the reason your business still stands. Aside rom the fact that you probably only take cash so you don't have to report everything to the IRS. Miss Donuts you left a bad taste in my mouth...be kind to people. read more

Honestly, it wasn't much different from an iced coffee you could pick up at a gas station. The small ice was correct and appreciated, but unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't there. I really don't think this particular drink should be called Vietnamese iced coffee because it sets an expectation that the drink simply doesn't deliver. Again, this isn't a review of the business, food, or service--ONLY THE VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE. I just wanted to give other Vietnamese coffee lovers a heads-up so they know what to expect before ordering it.

When I politely asked about the missing everything bagel, the employee insisted that I had only ordered one. She also refused to provide her name when asked. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was required to pay again for the missing bagel. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. As a former New Yorker, I was equally disappointed with the bagels themselves. The restaurant promotes a New York-style bagel experience, but these bagels did not resemble the authentic New York bagels I grew up eating. They lacked the characteristic chew, texture, and flavor that make New York bagels famous. The bagels were also barely toasted. Rather than having a crisp exterior and warm center, they seemed only lightly warmed. A properly toasted bagel should have some crunch and color, and these simply did not. Mistakes happen in every restaurant, but how those mistakes are handled is what matters. My recommendation to future customers is to carefully inspect their order before leaving the counter. Unfortunately, based on this experience, both the customer service and product quality fell well below expectations.

The young woman helping me was very friendly. Before looking at the menu, I mentioned that I was looking for matcha, and she explained that they no longer carry it. She also directed me to the business next door, Greenhouse Matcha, which is owned by the sibling. I placed my pastry order, went next door, and when I returned, my box was ready. Everything was delicious. I didn't even notice the note about the freebie until I got home, which was such a sweet surprise. My goodies included a peanut butter cookie, gingerbread cookie, mixed berry tart, strawberry croissant, and a free monkey bread. Everything was delicious, and I'll definitely make sure to go earlier next time so I can try some of the other goodies.

Great service!Went there to grab a donut it's down the street for my house i always prefer to support privately owned shops than big chain stores because my dad. Used to own his own shop and I know it take a lot of Hard work and how kind and caring small business owners can be. They have the best donuts and best service 100 percent this is my go to donut place affordable, friendly service, and scrumptious donuts fall season and here and coffee and donuts are the first thing that come to mind to start off any long day and can make a sour day so much sweeter. This is probably the best donut shop i've ever been to. The owner of this donut shop is by far the nicest and most helpful pserver i've ever met. The donuts are always freshly made, and all breakfast sandwhiches are by far more superior against any other restraunt or donut shop. The coffee is one of the greatest better than starbucks and their boba tea is also one of the greatest. Overall, I recommend this donut shop for any morning! read more
